• H (8/5): Very good - Great communication with owner, who was very helpful. The location was great ( wanted to be near the O2) : 422 & 188 buses run very frequently to & from the terminus outside Greenwich North tube station & it was only 2 stops away. The flat was clean & comfortable. There we three of us & we all ended up with a separate room. My sister used the sofa bed & padded out the base with the rug to make it softer. Thank-you for accommodating us!

• Kiran (7/5): Overall was pleasant, would book again if was travelling back to 02 - Spacious and so close to Greenwich 02 which was why we booked. Had everything needed for a comfortable 1 night stay. Host was great with communication and it was a very easy check in and check out. Its a little rough around the edges so if you want luxury dont book. The hot water was also tempremental 1 of us got a hot shower, 1 of us got a luke warm shower and the other had to suffer with a cold shower.

• Inga (7/5): Pleasant that met expectations - It was perfect location for our trip. There were facilities that we required and extras, which was nice. Flat spacious. Could some deep cleaning done. Stained and sticky floor. Outside noise, felt like sleeping with open windows.
• Ian (7/5): Good - Attending a concert at the 02, perfect location for that, it was really only a bed to crash in after the gig...flat was comfy and clean. Area wasn't great, entrance and hallway was a bit grubby and could do with a bit attention, the price i thought was a bit expensive for 1 night stay.

• John (9/5): Comfortable, clean apartment in a great central location - Great location for visiting the O2 arena, 5 minutes away on the bus. Just as easy to get into central London. Nice little apartment with plenty of room for a large family. Kitchen with all equipment. All towels and bedding provided. Comfortable beds and TV in all room with good WiFi. A brilliant alternative to having to get 2 or 3 hotel rooms. The communal areas of the building aren’t very inviting. People stood in the corridors smoking at the windows and strong smells of rubbish also. But once inside the apartment, we felt safe. And no internal noise could be heard. The outside road is extremely busy 24 hours a day but this can’t be helped. The bathroom has no windows and no ventilation but again we managed fine with this.

• Sandra (8/5): Nice accommodation. Ideal for the O2. - Good location if you need to go to the O2. Near to bus stop and just 2 or 3 stops away from the O2 / North Greenwich station. Accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn't use the camera on the front door but it was nice to have for security purposes. Rooms face the main room so could hear some road noise at night. It didn't disturb our sleep however just something to be mindful of if you're a very light sleeper. It was a little tricky to find as there are a lot of houses and apartment blocks in the area, a small map would be useful.

• Megan (9/5): Clean cozy apartment, close to the O2 Arena - Great location close to the O2 - A quick bus trip away! Very clean cozy apartment. Nothing negative with the property, however sound does seem to travel through from the entrance hallway but no issues during our stay.
• Jane (8/5): Our London trip - Had everything we needed plenty of towels toiletries loo roll and nice to have teabags and few bits in the kitchen, Good location for the O2 and bus 129 takes directly there handy for local shops We all had a great time Stairs to the property bit of a problem needed help with getting up with the suitcase.. was a bit of a musty smell due to the bathroom having no window or extraction fan and building site works across the road very noisy from early morning

Would recommend if you just need some to put your bags and sleep Unfortunately we did not have any hot water as it had not been turned on. Spoke with owner and had good communication but we did not have time to shower.
• Verity (8/5): Clean and comfortable, with short walk or bus to the O2. - The flat was very clean and comfortable and had what I needed. Easy walking distance to the O2 and on a good easy bus route too. Host helped with my questions before my arrival. I ended up staying on my own, so felt a bit uncomfortable with the situation of the shared corridor and stairs access to the flat because I was unfamiliar with the area. Also, unfortunately there's a lot of construction work to walk through the middle of on the route between the flat and the O2, although I appreciate this is nothing to do with the host and is just unlucky.

• Stacey (8/5): Good value for money for a visit to the o2. - Comfy beds. Easy to access. 3 TVs and a hairdryer. Towels provided. Easy to walk to the O2 but we were lazy and got an Uber! Really good value for money. Yes it’s a social housing area as other reviews said but wasn’t unsafe. Two locks on the door and a doorbell camera/peephole. Had to pay to park on someone’s drive but was only 3 minutes walk away (booked online before leaving). It is all permit holders only around the area. Don’t think anyone would’ve chosen to steal my Vauxhall with the range rovers and Mercedes around so felt pretty safe. Didn’t receive the code to access the property until after 3pm but we were running late anyway. Some hand soap in the bathroom would be welcome.

• Tom (5/5): Adequate for one night, fairly clean, basic facilities - Close to Greenwich park, good check in process, clean Advertised as sleeping 5 with a sofa bed but sofa was not a proper sofa bed, had to just use cushions on the floor which weren’t long enough for a person to sleep on. Shower did not drain and hot water ran out quickly - no instructions for turning on water heating. Very small bin in kitchen, small bathroom bin rather than proper kitchen bin. Mugs and glasses very dirty. Lots of traffic noise.
• Helen (10/5): London evening event - It was clean, tidy, and near where we needed to be, excellent value for money. The actual block entrance was very smelly and off putting but didn't affect the accommodation in any way.

• Lisa (8/5): Convenient location and good price - The flat had everything we needed and the location right by a bus stop to the O2 was great The shared entrance hall wasn't very inviting, but that didn't affect the quality of the flat that was really nicely done up
• Lorna (8/5): Great location for O2 - Location to O2 was excellent. Facilities were clean and well thought out for guests. Bedding and towels were very clean and fluffy. Flat was a nice size. Main road was quite loud. Beds are soft but that's just our preference. Bathroom lacks any ventilation.

• Ali (10/5): Beautiful apartment, just have everything you need. - The apartment is beautiful and has everything we need. FULL kitchen utensils, two kettles, coffee, tea bags, and even cereal!!! The hairdryer is available too, and the room and bathroom are clean and comfy. Smart TV in the living room, WIFI is good Locating the building proved a bit challenging at first, but after contacting the owner, I received clear instructions and quickly found it. Unfortunately, during one of my friend's showers, the hot water ran out, causing a slight inconvenience as he had to wait for it to heat up again. Additionally, the stove is an older model, which means cooking takes longer than usual.

• Caitlin (8/5): It was great for visiting the O2 - The flat is in a good location. The place was clean and tidy, the beds were comfy. Table and mirrors in each bedroom for makeup etc. Free WiFi and TVs in each room is nice too. Host was quick to communicate and helpful! The area seemed nice and quiet too so no disturbances through the night. Didn't use the kitchen so can't comment but looked like everything you'd need was there! The bathroom is a bit small and the shower is not the best, I had some trouble with hooking it on the top so had to hold it. A few little things that were missing, like a tea towel in kitchen and maybe some smaller towels in bathroom for face/hands etc. It would've been nice to have some body soap out for use as well. There was also a really strange smell in the place when we arrived.

• Emma (4/5): Inadequate stay and unhelpful host. - Location for O2 was good, only 20 minute walk. We arrived to a tatty front door which was quite off putting. On entering the flat quite a few parts needed repair or improvement. We booked for 5 adults and it was apparent that the bed for the 5th adult had not been prepared. We searched the flat to find a duvet in one of the bedrooms - no sheets or pillows. We called the host and he was very unhelpful by just saying the sheets were in a cupboard for us to find and there were no extra pillows as we were expected to use some off the beds in the 2 bedrooms. I explained after a long day travelling we expected the bed to be made up for the 5th adult and the other 4 adults wanted two pillows each and felt it wasn’t too much to ask for 2 pillows for the 5th adult. We were told he had no pillows and the expectation was to share! I asked for a partial refund which he asked how much - I said £20 to which he laughed and said to take it up with Booking.com which I will be. The sofa bed was of poor quality, dirty when unfolded. The sheets (one waterproof and one satin) were totally inadequate and were fitted so were no good for this type of sofa bed at all. All we can say is thank goodness it was for one night and would definitely never use again or recommend this host.

When we got there the floor was really sticky and the bin available was really small for 5 people staying there. The fold out sofa, although marketed as another bed, was incredibly uncomfortable. The living room also smelled quite pungently of weed.

Quiet apartment but near a main road easy access to bus network. 20min walk from tube and Greenwich . Nice large, clean and well maintained apartment with easy access to the centre of London Plug in the kitchen sink didn't fit.

Bus stops in front of the door, by bus 10 minutes to underground Greenwich north or half hour walk to underground Greenwich north. 15 minutes walk to the Asda, Aldi, Primark, Ikea, Burger king. Near the Brewery, where you can have a drink, play games, sit outside or inside and watch sports. Nothing
