Nice stroll to the local shops , Cavity Cafe was awesome, beautiful hearty meals and the locals were very polite and welcoming.

• Angela (10/5): This home is a wonderful getaway in the peaceful seaside town of Venus Bay. - We were pleasantly surprised by how instantly at home we felt. The décor strikes a lovely balance between modern and vintage pieces — stylish yet genuinely comfortable. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped, with everything we needed and none of the usual clutter of unnecessary utensils often found in holiday rentals. The house itself was spotlessly clean, right down to the freshly cleaned windows. The location is another real highlight, with the local café, supermarket and Beach #1 — the only patrolled beach in Venus Bay — all an easy walk away. The only small challenge was the semi-fenced backyard, which meant our pooch was limited to the rear deck area. That said, the space was generously sized and nicely shaded for much of the day. • Eddy (10/5): Home away from home - The house is neat and very clean. It has everything you need for a weekend away or a longer holiday_ from towels, toiletries (except toothpaste), laundry detergents. It's kitchen is also extremely well equipped with appliances and cookware allowing you options for self catering instead of eating out. There's only one bathroom and one toilet which may require some co-ordination with use 😌

• Scott (8/5): - Beautiful cosy home with old furniture that instantly gives you the feel of a family beach house. The old furniture with modern art hanging is a beautiful blend Would of liked some firewood for the fireplace as it was expensive to go and buy bags of wood.

• Anthony (10/5): Most enjoyable and stress free break near a spectacular beach. - The house was clean and welcoming, every comfort of home seemed to be provided. It was very dog friendly and suitable for any well behaved dog, it even had a safe deck that was large and completely fenced. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were very soft but as I take my own that was not a problem for me.

Thanks! - The place was exceptionally clean and the host had thought of many things a person might need on a time away. I received a text asking me to turn off a light that was on the wifi for 4G backup. I attempted to do so but failed and when I tried to contact the owner, was unable to get a reply. Sorry. Also, ... there was a large eastern brown snake in the front yard upon our arrival!!! Not my favorite welcome, but maybe not much you can do either.
