• Yasmine (10/5): Very modern, clean and hospitable. Highly recommend! - Absolutely loved our stay at this villa. It exceeded our expectations and the host, Tasos, was very helpful with recommendations of what to do in the local area. He even booked a lovely restaurant for my father's 60th birthday and organised a cake, he really went above and beyond. The villa was extremely clean when we arrived, and there is so much space so it is amazing for groups. The basement was a great space to play games or sit and watch netflix without disturbing anyone else in the house, and even had a bathroom down there to avoid having to keep going up and down the stairs. The ground floor and first floor are identical - 2 big bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen on each floor. Everything was extremely modern and Tasos really has thought of all the little details. There is also a lovely terrace area on the roof which is perfect for dinner or just chilling up there in the evening. One detail I really appreciated was that the stairway was closed off to each floor by a door, which meant I didn't need to spend the whole holiday making sure my 1 year old didn't climb up the stairs. Overall, cannot recommend this villa enough. 12/10!!!
• Peyman (10/5): Clean, new, comfortable, well-furnished, well equipped villa with excellent location & amazing host. - We were two families (four adults & three kids) and stayed at the villa for nine nights. We loved the villa and enjoyed our stay! New high standard villa, comfortable, well furnished with nice decoration, very clean, well-equipped kitchen with all necessary items (pots & pans, utensils, coffee machine, press, kettle, etc.), excellent pool with fountain and jets and clean water (with effective water filtration system), very nice game room (table tennis, billiard, dart, gym equipment, large smart TV, etc.), charcoal barbecue with all equipment as well as charcoal, excellent outdoor dining area and sitting area, excellent roof terrace with view of the sea. The villa had all cleaning material and tools, extra towels, paper towels, shampoo, tissues, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. In the kitchen, basic items were provided (water, coffee, tea, beer, wine, etc.) The host (Mr. Tasos) was very helpful and kind. Upon arrival, he drove us and showed us the area. In the middle of our stay Mr. Tasos sent us fresh local deserts. The location is very good: walking distance (10 minutes) to a nice beach, walking distance to a grocery store, short drive to Protaras city centre. We give Geo Panoramic Villa a perfect score of 10. We thank Mr. Tasos for being an excellent host! everything was excellent.
• Katarzyna (10/5): Very clean and comfortable villa , with great host and easy access to great beaches . - Very clean and very comfortable villa located in quiet area. Suitable also for separate families due to 2 full equppied kitchens and well arranged rooms. Nice, very clean bedrooms and terraces / balconies . Two very clean bathrooms. A lot of space with very clean swimming pool. Very warm welcome including full equipped fridge ( water, drinks, great wines, icecreams , great coffe and all things you need in the kitchen. Extremely nice and helpful contact with host, thank you Tasos for your great hospitality and all tips. Cyprus is the place that deligted us and we definitely want to come back.

• William (10/5): Excellent villa. Good location and a first class host - We found the villa on the booking.com website and liked the location. Not in the hussle & bustle of Napa, but close enough for easy access. We were met by the owner Tasos, greeted us and provided an overview of the villa, location and local attractions. He couldn't have been more helpful. Cant think of anything we dint like about the villa, our stay or the service we received from Tasos
• Sophia (10/5): Luxurious villa in great location! - Such a gorgeous villa! Spacious and super clean. Very well equipped! Two kitchens with dishwasher, laundry machine and so many amenities, it is impossible to list them all. We did not miss one single thing! They even supplied adapters and equipment for the swimming pool, as well as a high chair and baby beds, all free of charge. There was laundry detergent, coffee, hair driers on every floor, great WiFi, large TVs, quiet air condition in every room. Great location 5 minutes walking distance to Turtle Bay where you can snorkel with turtles. 10-15 minutes to Konnos Beach, a beautiful beach with white sand and crystal clear water. The host welcomed us warmly even though we were delayed. He provided fresh drinks and snacks which was wonderful after a long travel day. He also checked on us frequently asking if we need anything. I would recommend this villa for families or a group of friends but please treat it with respect to keep its beautiful condition. Everything was perfect, thank you again Tasos!
• Highjustice (10/5): Exceptional - Tasos is very good owner. Provided all necessary information and access to all facilities. It was a pleasure to stay on his villa with a clean and cauzy swimming pool. All household appliances were new and functioning. Tasos provided nice welcome package (beverages, water, oil, etc.). Real travelling time to Konos beach was 12 mins by foot. Since we were staying during Ortodoxal Easter, Tasos provided us with their national bakings - flauni. We appreciated that much. Really great and well-equipped gym and game room. We enjoyed spending our time there. Departure was also smooth. 1. WIFI was slipping from time to time. Not critical, however, 2. Jacuzzi was not functioning as expected ( too weak stream power )

• Robert (9/5): Superb - From the moment we landed in Cyprus, our host, Tasos, was extremely helpful. First, he was very flexible regarding key collection times, and then he offered help and took us to the store for shopping. We were in constant contact with him throughout our stay. Tasos asked if we had everything we needed and sent us a number of recommendations regarding restaurants and places worth visiting while in Cyprus. We have used many of them and are very pleased. It's really rare to find a host like this. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back here. The rented house is well-equipped, located in a very good location, close to the main road and about 3 km from the city center and most shops. In the winter season, the area is deserted, but it is a perfect base for trips to the northern part of Cyprus, to Larnaca, or nearby Paralimnia. During New Year's eve time, Protaras is quiet, which is good, but also, the city is completely empty, meaning that there is not much to do close to the villa. Many shops and restaurants are closed the whole day or available only for a limited time. It could be a problem if you want to have everything close to the place where you stay. However, I suppose it is not a problem at all during a regular season.
• Ebony (10/5): Exceptional - Me and my family couldn’t fault this property at all. From start to finish our host was amazing always helping us whenever we needed throughout our whole stay. The villa was absolutely spotless and had everything you needed and more. The host even equipped us with all your essentials which was really appreciated and such a lovely touch. He recommended us some fantastic places to eat which were local and activities and places to take our baby. He played a huge part in making our holiday one too remember. And for this reason we will definitely be coming back to geo panoramic villa. It’s Perfect for families of all ages, very spacious with 2 floors so plenty of space for bigger families or some privacy with a smaller family. The best villa we have ever stayed in and the best host who went above and beyond. We felt very welcomed to Cyprus the second we arrived. Beautiful location, beautiful villa and beautiful country you must visit if you are thinking about it and must stay at geo panoramic villa. Couldn’t fault
