• Fabiana (1/5): Aiuto - Non mi è piaciuto niente Non avevo letto recensioni come una scema, dalle foto mi sembrava bello e ad un buon prezzo. Arrivati era terribile. Sporco, rovinato e senza nemmeno una coperta di scorta. C’era una luce automatica vicino al letto che si accendeva anche mentre eri a letto di notte e ti svegliava. Veramente l’esperienza peggiore che abbia vissuto.

• Demy (1/5): insoddisfatte e deluse - La posizione, nonostante ci fossero pochi parcheggi e la disponibilità dello staff ingresso tenuto male e sporco. camera totalmente diversa dalle foto a livello di dettagli, sporca e rovinata (capelli nella vasca da bagno e buchi sotto) con la doccia quasi inagibile per quanto il piatto doccia fosse rovinato (dettagli cancellati nelle foto di booking) odore strano in tutta la camera e insonorizzazione delle pareti praticamente nulle. abbiamo lasciato il soggiorno non appena arrivate. ci dispiace lasciare questa brutta recensione per quanto lo staff sia stato gentile e disponibile nel cercare di soddisfare le nostre esigenze PRIMA del nostro arrivo.

La cama era con dos colchones separados, incómodo para dormir en pareja Nos dimos cuenta la segunda noche que la puerta no se cerraba bien de la habitación, esto es inaceptable. Y nos despertamos a las 06 de la mañana por unos ruidos fuertes en el pasillo , se escuchaba todo alrededor Por el precio me esperaba mucho más, decepcionante

• Sophie (6/5): Excellent location - Confusion on what floor we were meant to be staying but the host was very helpful and friendly. Responded to my phone call straight away. The location is perfect. Very comfortable bed and the room was clean. The host also gives the option to drop our bags earlier on check-in day and leave them to collect later on check-out day, very convenient. Very noisy as you could hear people in the kitchen as if they were with you in the room . There is a shower in the room and the sensor kept turning itself on in the middle of the night. There is a pigeon situation that must be addressed. They gather in numbers above the window and spend the night by or in the aircon exit pipe. They are extremely noisy - We Couldn’t sleep at all the first night. It felt like they were going to fall through in the room at times. The following nights were a bit better but still very noisy. This could be fixed with netting.

• Tigran (3/5): Not worth the price - Friendly host. He reacted fast and tried to help where possible. There are some major problems with the appartment: - The appartement is not clean. There are spots everywhere on the floor and furniture. There are spots on the bathtub, toilet and walls. - The toilet is not stuck to the floor and moves. - The bathtub does not work and does not empty. Looking at the reviews from the past year, this has been a known issue that has been reported multiple times and never fixed, nor changed on the site. - We can hear sounds coming from the walls and ceiling. Having heard this before in my own house it sounds like rats. - Furniture is worn out and falling apart. - The place is very noisy. You share the kitchen, which is fine. However, people slam the cabinets and doors early in the morning, waking you up.

• Christina (9/5): Central, clean and modern - Very central, big room, clean and modern The flush in the bathroom was sometimes working and sometimes not, without seemingly anything wrong with it. Also the instructions for how to enter were not clear during check-in, so this created some confusion, which was eventually solved by the staff though! The insulation was not too good so you could sometimes hear the neighboring rooms.
• Handan (7/5): Average. - Check-in was good. The lady was helpful. Location is very good. Bed is ok. Shower is good. Bath with the tube is bad. Enough towels. Room is clean. Heatings were on day time, that's good but during the night they are off automatically. Why? It should be up to the guest. Walls in the bathroom need to be painted. Warm water comes very late. Soap quality is awful, makes your hands super dry. Please pay some attention to small details. With some little touch it can be a more than average place. Put the soap in a nice package for instance. Leave some tea & coffee bags. Add a water machine. These are no big deals. Rooms are expensive but this a general Firenze problem. The real problem is this: 3-4 rooms are next to each other and share a very small antre + kitchen. There is not much in the kitchen and because rooms are so close, you hear all the noise, door hits and people's steps upstairs. Street is quiet but the guests are not :/

• Emily (9/5): Great apartment - The room was perfect for me and my friends for a two night trip in Florence. The apartment is located very central and it was clean and comfortable. There could be a bigger kitchen but for Pasta it‘s totally enough:)
