- Marcin (10/5): - beautiful view from the balcony, the swimming pool on the 25th floor is impressive, the room is comfortable and clean
- Daniah (1/5): VERY BAD - The WORST HOTEL ever! The check in was not instructed well and the person on the WhatsApp was rude AF. He had no interest in helping at all and left me to sit there until someone let me in early Everything! Bed was rough, some things missing like remotes and stuff and no cleaning people to clean everyday, had to buy my own toilet paper instead of it being provided.

On communiquait uniquement par WhatsApp : à chaque fois que je l’appelais, il ne répondait pas
Il m’a envoyé son numéro de compte et m’a demandé de faire un virement de 150 en disant que c’était une caution.
Je lui ai proposé de venir immédiatement pour lui remettre l’argent en main propre, mais il a refusé en insistant sur le fait que le virement était obligatoire.
Le problème, c’est que les banques étaient déjà fermées à ce moment-là.
Résultat : il m’a laissé attendre dehors pendant près de deux heures.
Finalement, je lui ai dit que j’allais donner l’argent à n’importe quelle personne présente sur place s’il le souhaitait.
Ce n’est qu’à ce moment-là qu’il m’a envoyé le code d’accès, car le logement fonctionne en self check-in.

- zi cheng (2/5): not recommend - Close to public transport which is convenient to travel. close to shops lot for food and groceries. TV with no remote control. Broken light. Bed spring is broken. construction beside swimming pool which makes it not so suitable to swim. no waiting area on reception/enterance area while waiting.

But b4 arriving i contacted how to get the room key, , and the person of in charged mentioned he or she has overlooked and forget my booking about my room, coz they said the room tat i booked under maintenance, im upsad why i was not informed earlier so i can booked other hotels, since they oni informed at 10.30pm , i was so frustrated. The room i paid n booked was not apprently i got , the room condition was bad, bathroom water tab leaking, water was stuck not flowing, tv not work, we came for relaxing atleast tv should work. I check in on friday check out monday, 4 days 3 nite, . So you guys actually scam us by charging for other room booked but given other room. Pls Don t scam by doing like this anymore.

Took almost 1 week to refund my depo after i make noise to host. They promised to refund within 1 - 2 days but took almost 1 week.

- Sree (4/5): Disappointing - The top view Very worst n the agent very late reply (comfyhomes) be alert before you book there guys .. the room is not very nice and very smelly and got many cockroach got ants and the TV can be used and also got the door lock problem and the washroom door was broken another thing, my check-in time was 4 pm. I got check-in by 6 pm. They make me to wait until 6 pm because they are room though was a problem so before you guys booked this hotel with them check everything first very very worse and very bad experience. Especially the agent name Ella comfyAsia was worst agent ever ( if cal or text no reply after we pay the amount )

- Aubrey (1/5): Save yourself and your vacation. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL - The room smells mulky. There were hairs on the bed and it feels itchy. I had bites all over my arm and back. Its as if the host didn't clean the room before our arrival. Everything! The bidet is not working. The room is too dark- the lights are busted. Only one main light is working well. The room is very dirty with ants on the table. You can hear cabinet noise from the other room and shouting and playing from the upstairs room. It was an extremely unpleasant experience that we had to leave that night and book another hotel.

- The AC temperature was fixed so it either got too cold or too hot when we would turn it off ( my friend ended up with a bad cold and a sore throat)
-We stayed for 5 days and only received one roll of toilet paper and when we asked for it on our last night the manager promised to send it but upon discovering we were not extending our stay ended up not giving us any

Curtains and door broken. Shit bed. Pool on roof quite run down with broken tiles and seedy bar. Total scam, don't bother!

- Sreemathi (1/5): Bad. - The view. The manager of the property. He is ignorant, only cares about money, can’t reply your texts or accommodate anything. During my 4 night stay, he gave a room with no heater which is included in the provided facilities, didn’t change our room, didn’t compensate, didn’t reply any texts. He initially promised to change the room, 2nd day he only waited for 1 hour and said the room was taken already. The other 2 days he just ignored the messages. The last day, one of his other tenant OPENED OUR ROOMAT MIDNIGHT with another room key, apparently 2 rooms away from us and by mistake. But the key worked? He had another room but just ignored? Overall the worst place I’ve stayed at. There’s no WiFi, no TV, nothing but bed and balcony with view, the room is aesthetically not pleasing too. Spend your time and money wisely! He was supposed to compensate to me for the heater issue after I complained to bookings.com and yet nothing, just more ignorance.
