• Антон (1/5): Bad - Please note that the apartment description states that this is a non-smoking room. This is not so - there was a lot of smoking in the room: the upholstered furniture (beds) and bed linen were smoky and stank of cigarettes. It is impossible for a non-smoker to be in this place, much less sleep there with small children. The night spent in the apartment was disgusting because the pillows, blankets and beds had a very strong smell of cigarettes, as if you were sleeping in a huge ashtray. It is impossible to open the window and ventilate, because even at night it is very loud outside. We traveled with small children and paid for these apartments for three days. There was no opportunity to move to another place late in the evening; the children were tired. At night I wrote to the owner - no response. In the morning we left for another hotel. We did not get our money back for the three days we paid for. Everything is clear about the owners of the apartments - they are scammers. They deceive you when they write that the apartments are non-smoking. But what surprised me most was the position of booking.com. Technical support did not help at all, they sent the same type of messages about how “sorry” they were, but did not take any actions in favor of the tenant On the contrary, the owner of the apartment ignored both my messages and messages from technical support, and they wrote to me that "Unfortunately, we can no longer pressure the property staff to change their mind and process a refund or compensation." And booking.com offered me $30 compensation!!! This is completely humiliating and funny. I paid $600 for three days, spent a terrible night there with my family, and left, not wanting to spend another two days in this place. On the day of my departure, the owner had already listed the apartment on booking.com again, deciding to earn more money since we left. Although 2 more days were fully paid for by me. Booking.com takes a commission from each order on the site, and should act as a guarantor of security for both the tenant and the landlord. That is why I made the order not directly from the owner of the apartment, which is cheaper, but through booking.com. In order to avoid direct communication and conflicts with the owner of the apartment if any unpleasant situations arise, and so that booking.com can help in solving problems, since the order was made through this site. But booking.com is not ready to delve into the unpleasant situations of clients or solve them. I was very surprised. But it was worth it. And moreover, even after a huge correspondence with booking.com, they still did not change in the description that this is a smoking room. And they did not delete this object, although people are being deceived there, and they know this thanks to my messages. I even wrote that this is complicity in fraud on the part of booking.com, and a huge blow to their reputation. But, apparently, these words mean nothing to them anymore. Yes, I lost $600, but I had a great experience with booking.com. Thank you all, everything will be returned to each participant in our story a hundredfold.
• Rashid (9/5): A comfortable and safe place to stay - The location is good with plenty of restaurants and easy access to attractions and nearby parking facilities. The owner Zeburi is really a very nice and friendly person. The rooms are good size and clean with air conditioner and TV in living room.
