• Liesbeth (5/5): - The host was easy to contact. The location is good. There is air-conditioning and a private bathroom. We were unfortunately disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It didn't feel like it had been cleaned (hairs in shower, floor, bed). The towels and bed smelled stale. We therefore did not feel comfortable in the room. That's why I can not give more than a 5/10, even though the facilities were nice. Making your guests feel that a place is clean, is very important in my opinion. Second of all: we knew it was a homestay (so in someone's appartement) and the reason we booked it was because we were keen on getting some recommendations from someone who lives in Ho Chi Minh and to get a different experience compared to a hotel stay. Unfortunately, we did not see our host during our stay (maybe because we were not in the room too often). It's not something we would have cared about if the room had been clean, but the lack of this aspect just made us think we would have rather booked a hotel room somewhere else.

• Karen (10/5): Great stay with kind family - Very comfortable room with lots of storage space and own bathroom in the family home. Room has air con and a fan and is very quiet. Hosts were very friendly and provided gifts of fruit and water. Great location close to parks, river and shops. And Landmark 81 the tallest building in HCMC which is great to visit to see the city from the 81st floor
• Asia (10/5): Amazing place to stay - We've been at Hana's apartment gor 7 nights The apartment itself was bright, spacious and modern with Aircon and fan in the bedroom and private bathroom. It forms part of a modern luxurious living housing estates. There is a massive nice green park just across the street. The owner was always at our disposal to provide us with access to the gym. When we first arrived we were a bit confused when it turned out that it was a shared room, but it was no problem for us, all of the family members was very kind. We will remember this place very fondly and sincerely recommend it.
• Boba (8/5): Very good - I didn't see it's shared appartment. In order to visit the swimming pool you need the owner to go together with you to unlkck it with fingerprint.

• Viral (10/5): If you want a supportive and stress free stay then book this property. - Hana is absolutely fine lady. She took care of everything during our stay. She even helped us by suggesting new places to visit that we never heard of. Her house is beautiful and room was clean. She maintained her apartment very well. The view from the room is amazing and she never disappointed us whenever we needed help. She even arranged a rental motorbike at very good price. She and her husband are very friendly people and they speaks and understands English which made our stay way easier. I have only booked for 1 day initially but decided to extend it for 3 days. There is nothing that we didn’t like. Everything was perfect.
• Aldo (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed at Hana's apartment only for 3 nights but I wish I could have stayed for more in Saigon because that's the type of accommodation I was looking for,, the apartment itself is beautiful, bright, spacious and modern with Aircon & fan in the bedroom & private bathroom, it forms part of a modern luxurious living concept residences that have everything that you need just a few steps away, the whole project is landscaped with many different tropical trees and plants everywhere and they are very well maintained meticulously to perfection by full time gardeners,, I like that type of living, it is a very very safe neighborhood. There is a massive nice green park just across the street and at night it changes into a light show, several restaurants and beauty parlours that are almost brand new , there is a modern clean 7-Eleven close by that stays 24/7 open so if you come from Europe like me and you stay up at night cos of time difference you will be able to grab a drink and some food at any time of the night , I suggest this place to solo travelers, couples, and especially a family with a child as it is so safe! ,the bed is large enough for a couple and a child that sleeps together, there is a swimming pool too,,I would live there myself I liked it so much , there is no car traffic here like in the centre, when I stayed in the centre of Saigon it was very difficult and dangerous to cross the street just to go to a restaurant, here everything is around you, I will definitely be back. Everything was pleasant and perfect.
• Damien (10/5): Fantastic room, lovely people, amazing location, great value. - I had a lovely time staying with Hana and her family. The appartment is modern and very well presented. The building is in a great location, very close to the incredible Landmark 81 building which looks amazing at night (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Landmark_81). The building is part of a larger development of multiple high-rise appartment buildings. There are many great restaurants and shops just downstairs - so, no need to travel to get a meal. When I did need to travel it was only a very short (and cheap!) Grab ride (like Uber) into the city. I stayed for three nights and made some lovely memories which I'm sure I'll hold for many years. Having to come home!! In all seriousness, I can't fault it. I had an overwhelmingly positive experience.

The location is awesome, there is so much nature around and you have beautiful big Park with many things to see. many stores around in a few seconds or a few minutes. i have nothing to complain. nothing to complain from my side.
