• Fikri13 (1/5): Dégouté, je ne recommande absolument pas - Nous ne comprenons pas les notes laissées par les autres utilisateurs, je pense que les standards varient pas mal... A notre arrivée, nous avons signalé que l'appartement sentait mauvais, et l'odeur est là à chaque fois qu'on rentre, ce n'est pas temporaire. De plus, l'appartement ne rend pas comme sur les photos. Le ménage a été fait, mais de la nourriture a été oublié dans le micro-ondes par le précédent occupant, c'était dégueulasse. J'ai déjà signalé cela au propriétaire qui est sympa, mais qui n'a pas été à la hauteur. Puis, le lendemain nous avons croisé plusieurs cafards, on a donc quitté le logement immédiatement. Le propriétaire a proposé de nettoyer le logement de nouveau, on ne se débarrasse pas de cafards en passant un coup de chiffons... Nous avons demandé le remboursement des deux nuits (sur les trois nuits) que nous n'avons pas passés dans le logement, nous avons été remboursé de même pas le montant d'une seule nuit. La piscine n'y comptait pas trop pour vous baignez, la salle de sport est ok et l'espace de jeux pour enfant est pas terrible. Vous trouverez 1000 fois mieux à Kuala Lumpur pour le même prix.

• Marianiki (8/5): - The location is convenient and the apartment hosts 3 people comfortably. The owner is very responsive and took action to our requests. The apartment had stuffy smell and we found cockroaches. However, we informed the owner and he sent the cleaner to properly ventilate and clean. Overall some more maintenance is recommended.

Great place for 4-5pax. I think all condo checkout around 11am, & waited the lift for 30min just to go down. If u wanted to go around, please plan your itenary by going down before 11am or after 12pm.

A free parking space is provided by the host during the stay. The apartment is guarded 24 hours which is safe for any travellers. Its located near to MRT/Monorail (Hang Tuah MRT Station or Imbi monorail Station). A 10 minute walk to either Berjaya Shopping Centre or LaLaport made it's location strategic for shoppers. The apartment equipped with basic amneties with kitchenette and washing machine (and dryer) which very convenient for family trip.

• Winko (9/5): Nice - Building- Good location,walking distance to lalaport, have restaurants nearby, theres mini mart at the hotel lobby, nice pool Room- Nice for 5 adults cause theres a lot of mattresses, Have balcony with city view, heater available in the shower, complete kitchen utensils,microwave stove and refrigerator functioning well, the ac is great, Have good wifi connection and tv, soap and shampoo provided. i love that once you entered the room it has a very pleasing smell, the bed and mattresses is so comfy even the sofa is comfortable to sleep on, Theres divider between the bed and common area Host- Able to give you a very complete and easy guide for check in and check out. answered every question nicely overall very good service by the host. Some things may need maintenance, we stayed for 2 nights and on our last night there, the water from the ac near the bed started to drip to the floor. Overall we had a very comfortable stay here.

• Hung (5/5): Not comfy as claimed - Location The bathroom needs to be repaired, as (dirty) water was dripping from the ceiling. Spare mattress is placed in the bedroom, hiding the light and air-conditioning switches. The mattress is too hard. There is no bedside lamp, or switches to control the ceiling lights. Very inconvenient at night when one tries to turn off the lights. The couch in the living room is very narrow. Sitting there is very uncomfortable.

Smart TV, cute deco (my girl love the kitten deco) They provide spare mattresses, pillows, towels. They have basic kitchen setup (fridge,microwave, water boiler, induction cooker and utensils too). Washer and dryer, Spare consumables is available too. It's nice that the facilities has separate pool for kids. Suggestions to improve like providing utensils for halal use only and complimentary drink sachets. Lift waiting time a bit too long

Loud renovation sounds from above unit as early as 8.30 am until evening. Kids unable to take a nap cause it’s too loud during our stay.
