Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Christopher (5/5): great location but people will be put off by the above points - The stairs are hazardous - narrow and slope backwards The car spaces are too narrow resulting in scraping the front fender trying to manoeuvre.
Peter (10/5): Very enjoyable and relaxing. Certainly hope to stay there again. - View was fabulous. Fully equipped unit. Great location. Very quiet. Very small bathroom sink. No interent (not a great problem).
