• Chiara (1/5): Rude staff - The lobby The staff was extremely rude. They clearly treated guests differently depending on whether they booked through Booking.com. No one was willing to help us find the key, and they refused to let us in without it. If we hadn’t eventually found the key, we would have had to spend the night on the street or pay for another hotel. The host had left the key in a location that was very hard to find, mixed in with many other Airbnb keys. The host also claimed that Wi-Fi was included in the room, but the signal didn’t reach the rooms at all. When we asked at reception for the Wi-Fi password, we were told—again—that since we booked through Booking.com, the lobby Wi-Fi wasn’t included. This was a lie, as it was the only Wi-Fi available in the entire building, and it didn’t even work in the rooms. Even when I explained I just needed it for a moment to message my sister, they made me wait over 20 minutes while they tried to find a "different Wi-Fi" for us, just to avoid giving us the actual password. And as if that weren’t enough, there was a cockroach in the room. Absolutely disgusting. I definitely don't recommend this place, and I'm definitely not coming back
• Tegan (7/5): Good couple nights. Loves convenience of location and how easy it was to get everywhere. - Good location , convenient. Two bed and all ya need for a weekend. Aircon didn’t work that great , spas/jacuzzis don’t work at all. No great parking was charged $60 a night even though it said max $30 charge 🤔🙄. Need to fix that pretty crappy in my opinion.

• Jarnevic (4/5): It could have been better with minor improvements - The Room was very close to cavill ave and cypress station so easy to get food and places. The shower pressure is great and heaps of toilet paper available for the stay! On arrival, the room had a strong stench of smoke that didn’t disappear for a few days. There was no quilt in quilt cover on my bed just the sheet alone whilst there was one as normal on the other bed. Unfortunately it was schoolies time and the room was next to a bunch of schoolies which left us with multiple nights of yelling, screaming, slamming doors and loud music until 5:30am in the morning. Then on checkout returning the key cards was a hassle as we weren’t informed that the code had now been changed on the lock box and we could have just left them in the room….

• Lina (8/5): Pleasant stay, central location - Location is centrtal, close to the shops, malls, shopping precint & restaurants. Tram is literally outside of the door. The internet was a bit slow and dropped off every now & then.

• Rose-marie (8/5): Great room for the price. - Great location, tidy room, comfortable beds and most toiletries supplied. The lockbox was a little hard to find, the host details had faded and there were so many others there. Some hand soap in the bathroom and sugar/coffee would have been great but overall just minor issues.

• Duke (8/5): Room was great but the hotel, not so good - The room we stayed in was well presented, clean and tidy with good aircon. Bathroom needed a shower curtain, also the extractor fan didn't work very well. There was no hotel pool and the hotel spas were cold, and absolutely dirty, with scum built up around the waters edge, yuck.
