Yong (7/5): Good - Location is near to train station. Size of apartment is big. Bath tub has no shower curtain. Blanket for twin sharing bed is too small for 2 persons to use.

Was dirty not cleaned before we arrived from previous ppl that stayed there was dirty towels and bed ninnen every where beds not made up no cutlery or crockery or any useful utensils.overal for a modern place that it appeared on the website was not to standards.
Patra (2/5): Totally disappointed! - We, altogether 5 people, booked this apartment for 4 nights. We're asked to pay in full in advance with cash only, no credit card accepted, even though it’s very inconvenient in our country, we managed to make it accordingly. Three days before check in date, we were told to move into another apartment as an air conditioner in this apartment was broken and could not be fixed in time!? We ended up at a 2 bedroom apartment and one empty room with a washing machine instead of a 3 bedroom furnished. One of our friends had to sleep on the floor in that room with a washing machine without any mattress, sheet, pillow, etc. and had to borrow those things from another rooms. The kitchen was not fully equipped, there wasn't any kitchenware in the first place, however they were supplied later when we asked. The management and service were very poor. This apartment was not ready for operating at all. Overall we were totally disappointed! It was such a bad experience for us on this so called serviced apartment :(
