• Sarah (2/5): Not at all worth the price - The smell, wet towels, damp and mold, being informed after booking that i have to carry out a ramp to park my car.
• Anver (7/5): - Other than this we went for leisure so we came only for sleep, so had a good time in the house Need free parking East access to grocery and bus stop is very near Had plenty of restaurants Home need to be deep cleaned Dish washer is not working and also unclean Washing machine was not clean TV was working only wireless display,. Meaning TV will work only when you share your phone screen to TV Freezer was broken One of the bed mattress is uneven Owner need to fix the above so it will attract more customers.

• Nina (1/5): Mit Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft die ich je hatte - Die Lage war ok und der Schlüssel war korrekt hinterlegt. Kommunikation im Vorfeld war auch in Ordnung Das Haus war in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Es war alles schmutzig, Müll lag unter der Couch, im Garten waren Zigarettenkippen und Bierdosen vom Vormieter, überall war Glitzer. Betten viel zu klein, Wohnraum nicht für 8 Personen ausgelegt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren nicht sauber und haben gerochen wie nass zusammengelegt und nicht richtig getrocknet. Auf den Fußmatten im Bad waren Flecken und Toilettenpapierreste, die Toilettenbrille war komplett lose und es waren Urinflecken auf der Toilettenbrille. Schränke waren von innen schmutzig sodass man keine Wäsche hineinlegen konnte. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft nicht einen einzigen Cent wert

• Susana (8/5): Pleasant stay for the entire group, Very good location, excellent and accommodating staff - Staff- extremely helpful and accommodated our group— a very tired group of young people with an earlier check-in. Location absolutely amazing- easy access into the city and all forms transport at the door-step Family enjoyed the stay in the house For family meals there were Limited larger pots and pans for cooking purposes- some pots very old May required overview of general kitchen equipment.

• Penny (10/5): Don't Book during the week - because I want to !! Brilliant place ! - I have to book accommodation for our subcontractors every week. Normally its a rip off and the properties rarely match the photo's. This place is brilliant. Plus there is parking - again VERY rare !
• Penny (10/5): Great place for a family, friends or work colleagues. - Great property we would stay there every week if we could - this is the 4th time we have stayed there. Its a first that the team staying, have actually said thank you for the great digs !
• Jana (6/5): Pleasant - + position, excellent accessibility to the center + shop around the corner 24/7 + willingness of the owner in case of problems: a stuck door handle + working underfloor heating + plenty of hot water + just enough for a short-term sleepover of up to 8 people, don't expect anything more from it - it would need more careful cleaning - slightly frowsty towels and sheets - narrow double duvets (but warm enough) - equipment of rooms, kitchen and bathrooms already at the zenith - no hangers in the corridor to hang jackets
• David (4/5): I will advise the owner to tidy up. My £60 for cleaning up was not fair. - Not far from my point of interest One Bedroom has massive leakage. Dishwasher was filled with plates and dirty water, very bad smell. The house has very bad odour. No space in the dining, only three people can eat at a time, though it was a property for eight to sleep in. My family of 7 have to eat in groups. The property owner claimed he just heard about the leakage but the damage on the ceiling has definitely been there for a long time. We are told to push the bed in another corner to sleep in that room.
• Veronique (1/5): my stay in this property was a nightmare after getting soak in the night while asleep - the location was great and near the train station me and my baby boy got soak while sleeping with alot of water from there ceiling twice i told the owner of the property what happen also shown proof of what happen video and photo proof. the water from the ceiling damage my phone plus given my baby a cold which the property owner didn't accept that it has happen even though i have shown proof but he was still rude and came across as disrespectful.

Very easy self check-in. Close to Surrey Quays tube station. The house/furniture/carpets were worn down and it wasn’t very clean (especially carpets in upper floor). Kitchen equipment was wildly put together and amenities like coffee machine, etc. were partly not working..

• Laurence (8/5): decent space, good location, highly recommended - modern, clean, great location in south east London - very easy to get Uber or bus/tube to central london. couldn’t get hold of the owner to get safe code access so was waiting outside for 30 mins to enter. despite confirmation saying check out 1030, I received a message asking us to vacate by 0700!!! however, when I explained that we have planned on 1030 and had our transport etc booked for this time, they said it was fine.

• Tomasz (10/5): Good place for rest for 9 people - I was thinking about this rating while I was there. This apartment is simply a place to rest - in a positive sense. It is a whole house with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and with big kithen. It is a perfect place if you going to visit London with a group friends or with Family. We were there-5 adults and 4 kids. And there was enough space for everyone. The owner is very communicative and helpful- responding in couple minute. House is clean. Beds are comfortable. There is a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in the kitchen avaliable to the guests. It was close to shop and to bus and metro station. Squirrels run around in front of the house in the morning. It was just what we needed for the trip. A dripping tap but I reported it to the host
