• Teodora (7/5): Great location and lovely views - I absolutely loved the location of the property, the view was spectacular. The pool was great and right off the main entrance. The villa itself was lovely: the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware and silverware, and there was a dishwasher! The villa had a lovely upstairs terrace. A few things that would have made our stay exceptional: since this is a duplex the terrace on the top floor is directly next to the neighbor's terrace. Well, there should be something like a plant or a panel that blocks the direct view to their terrace. I felt like the family next door were on my vacation. They were constantly on that terrace and it felt very uncomfortable to be there while all of them were there having breakfast or what not. The terrace is easily the best part of the villa but we ended up using the downstairs one more because of the privacy issues. The other thing I wished for was a simple microwave and the downstairs bedroom did not have an ac which made it quite hot. There was luckily a fan in the room so we were able to manage. I actually loved that there was a beach umbrella there left by the owner as you can easily go to the beach and not have to pay for chairs/umbrellas if you wish. Also plenty of hot water on demand, which can be a challenge for a villa located on a cliff. Overall amazing place and also the property manager was responsive when the toilet stopped working in the middle of our stay and we quickly resolved the issue. With a few easy additions as mentioned below this place would be a 9 or even a 10. I wish that the property manager provided a few normal things that you would find in any hotel/rentals/airbnb etc like shampoo, soap and enough toilet paper. Upon arrival were were given only 1 roll of toilet paper?! I have never had to buy my own toilet paper anywhere I have stayed. Also, I had to buy soap and good thing I brought my own shampoo and conditioner. At this price point these things should be provided. I was contacted by the property owner with questions of why we used so many sheets. There was no cleaning the entire time (which is fine) so we may have used a a few extra sheets but I should not be made feel bad about things like that or they should be specified upon arrival.
