- Kathryn (8/5): Enjoyed the stay. But there could be more attention to detail to make stay more inviting. - Very good location close to train station. Disappointed with lack of tea towels. Lack of mugs. Had to supply toilet paper. Property did not supply shampoos. Lacked decent towels.
- Helen (5/5): Inconvenient due to incorrect information about parking on the listing - It was clean and a good size for London. It was reasonably well equipped but certainly not to a luxury standard! The furnishings, decor and equipment were a little tired. The area was convenient for the station if a little rough especially after dark. It is advertised as with parking. The parking was actually unavailable, the host had not properly researched the situation. The parking was either public parking on the road which was full and you had to move the car between certain hours anyway so not appropriate or private parking. The problem with this private parking was one had to upload a utility bill in one’s name to be able to buy parking as residents only, obviously complete impossible . The hosts should have done this and then charged the client as it was only available for them.
This spoilt our whole stay as we had booked this specifically for the parking as we had a car!
The host could not provide parking so we ended up finding a private rental space at an inconvenient distance from the property

- Linda (7/5): The stay is pleasant and will recommend for others to stay. - Location is next to train station. Apartment is big clean and nice. The dryer is not working and therefore our clothes take longer time to dry. The drainage at the toilet shower is slow and water is flooding.
- Yin (9/5): Superb - Big and well equipped. Responsive host. Massage chair is a bonus. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Very close to Greenwich train and dlr station. Location of the key box is a bit tricky so would be nice if Check-in procedure can be sent earlier and clearer.
