Lysiane (8/5): Very good - I felt safe there, staying on my own. The staff are pleasant, and the gardens are well maintained. The room is a fair size and clean with a large balcony. It is cleaned every other day by the resort staff. There was a welcome pack from the owners in my room, which made me feel very welcome. The resort is literally on a beautiful beach, which is good for swimming. There are allocated loungers and shades for the guests at the village. The shops are not really walking distance as mentioned on the welcome letter from the réception desk. The shop at the resort really dies not have much choice in fresh foods and it is expensive as well as the lady who comes with her van with fresh fruit and vegetables ( she gives a roubd figure abd dies nit way anything!) The restaurants around the resort are average and expensive. I recommend that you ask your driver on the way from the airport, to stop at the supermarket so that you have some food when you arrive at the resort. There was a very noisy fridge in the room, which the owners said they were going to sort, put as it did impede my sleep.
Peter (10/5): Overall I was very satisfied with the services and my comfort during my stay. - The lady at the reception was very friendly, homely and receptive. The payment process for Room 33B was rather clumsy. If the facility is allowed to manage the entire process it would be better.
