• Stephen (8/5): - Location was good, 7 min cab ride from Paddington Station. Easy to get into the city from Warwick Ave tube station. Correspondence from Istvan was easy and informative. Place was comfortable, clean, lovely upgrade.

J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir :-) - le calme la propreté - tout est nickel la luminosité très jolie décoration - on se sent comme chez soi dans cet appartement de taille très agréable le quartier très calme et très joli de la petite Venise la taille des lits (un peu petite) et le confort des lits (nous aimons les matelas plus fermes) - mais nous avons très bien dormi quand même !

• Jurgita (8/5): A clean and nicely furnished apartment for a short stay, but not ideal for 5 guests and with a longer walk to the metro. - The host was helpful and responsive. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and nicely furnished. What didn’t you like about the property? The mattress in the living room is not suitable for sleeping and is quite uncomfortable. The apartment works well for two double beds, but if accommodation for 5 people is needed, one person will not sleep comfortably. Also, the nearest metro station is about a 15-minute walk away, and the walk feels less comfortable late in the evening.

• Iain (7/5): Very clean flat in a reasonable location. - Very clean, reasonably close to the tube around a 10 minute walk. There is a massive step in the kitchen which was difficult to navigate when carrying plates. This could be difficult for people with mobility issues and possibly dangerous for small children. The bed was too hard for us, but my son found his bed OK.
• Sam (8/5): A lovely apartment - Arrival instructions were very clear. The apartment was very clean and had a vacuum, sprays, and equipment for keeping it clean. We were missing some bedding linen on arrival, but the owner was helpful and sorted this very quickly. The double beds were very comfy.. Plenty of towels, plates, cups, glasses for a family of 5. A lovely apartment not far from Maida Vale tube station, in a quiet part of London, with a super view. The pizza shop and taco shop round the corner were very convenient too, and the food was excellent. We had a lovely stay. Thank you. The mattress on the sofa bed is incredibly thin and uncomfortable. Please get a mattress topper to help get a good night's sleep.

• Anita (9/5): Great facilities, location and value for money. - Facilities were excellent. Flawless check in/out. Very clean and modern. Only one mirror in the apartment (in the bathroom). Need a mirror on each room or even one in the living area.
