• Moran (10/5): נהדר, אך יקר. - דירה ענקית! חדר מאוד מרווח ונעים. יש חדר שינה גדול מאוד, סלון ענקי עם מטבח ופינת אוכל. חדר המקלחת גדול מואר ונקי. הצוות נעים מאוד, כל דבר שביקשנו עזרו. ניקו את החדר פעם נוספת בזמן שהותנו (מי שישן מעל 7 ימים מקבל ניקיון ביום לבחירתו). יש מעלית. החדר שקט. מטבח מובזר היטב כולל מגבות, קפסולות למדיח ולמכונת כביסה. שימו לב אין מזגן!
• Moran (8/5): נחמד למשפחות, ציפיתי ליותר כי לא זול כלל. - מקום מרכזי ונעים, יש מעלית. הצוות היה נהדר, עזר בכל דבר שביקשנו. ניקיון טוב, בחדרים והמקלחות. הסלון מרווח. יש אוויר נהדר. שקט מאוד, לא שומעים כלום מהרחוב. המטבח מאובזר היטב. יש 2 קפסולות למדיח ו-2 למכונה (שכוללת מייבש) - לא השתמשנו. המוצרי חשמל כחדשים (למעט המקרר שמרעיש מאוד בלילה). כאשר הגענו המגבות חלקן היו לא נקיות - (החליפו לנו מהר - צוות נהדר) המיטה המתקפלת בסלון ממש לא נוחה - קפיצים של פעם. מומלץ להחליפה. החדר של ה-5 מאוד לא הגיוני, יש רק 4 כיסאות אוכל. המקרר מאוד רועש (בחדרים אחרים לא היה ככה).
• RaPi (8/5): Fajnie ale drogo - Ogólnie bardzo fajny apartament i mógłbym do niego wrócić przy kolejnej wizycie w Londynie, aczkolwiek po zdjęciach oraz cenie spodziewałem się troszkę lepszej jakości. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Duży plus za możliwość przechowania bagaży bezpłatnie w dniu przyjazdu czy wyjazdu. Strasznie gorąco w łazience. Trafiliśmy na weekend z temperaturą ponad 30 stopni C, a w łazience grzejnik grzejący na maksa, bez możliwości wyłączenia. Kosmetyki mydło/szampon, w niewielkiej ilości, skończyły się po 1 dniu. Dostepne opcje early check-in / late check-out w cenie 30 GBP, niestety tylko o 2h, czyli max do 1PM. Dla nas opcja checkout do 5PM byłaby idealna, niestety niedostępna.

• Milena van Voorden (4/5): Avoid this property if you expect a high standard apartment from the photos - The staff were nice and the location was good. Quiet street, easy access to multiple busses and a big playground nearby. The apartment was not even close to the standard shown in pictures. The furniture was damaged and unsafe, it was dirty (including even hairs in the shower the first day we arrived, dirty carpets and mats), we were not offered a bedding for the third person (we requested it beforehand and our request was accepted), the bed was a terrible foldout couch and the bed in the main bedroom was just a materace thrown on top of two pieces of furniture and a back added to make it seem like a bed when it wasn't. The apartment was not even close to how it was presented in pictures.

The main bedroom window was next to a hallway where people were talking, running and slamming doors all day long.

Nel fine settimana la sera diventa parecchio rumoroso per la presenza di ristoranti e pubs nelle vicinanze ma a mezzanotte e mezza chiudono. Occorrerebbe migliorare l'insonorizzazione degli infissi. Inoltre l'appartamento per sua esposizione tende a scaldarsi notevolmente e il sistema di riscaldamento al suo interno che non è facilmente regolabile, lo rende ulteriormente caldo. Già a inizio Maggio la notte faceva parecchio caldo. Lo consiglio per un soggiorno autunnale/invernale
• Pawan (9/5): - Great location - there's many cafes, pubs and restaurants on the street, the street is semi-pedestrianised so it doesn't get a lot of through-traffic and is pleasant to walk in. Close to big landmarks like the British Museum, and St Paul's. Close to Russell Square tube station (don't take the stairs!) Staff were helpful and nice. I could leave my bag there before check-in and use the washroom. Place was clean and well kept. WiFi was good. Not much. I think having some milk in the fridge or on the table would be nice (I've seen sachets of milk elsewhere) for a cuppa.

The staff were really great - we arrived late on Friday night and they left a key in a lockbox for us and sent us a video with incredibly clear instructions that made for an easy check-in The rooms were a little tired, and the bed pillows were uncomfortable/flat.

• Alexandra (9/5): Perfect place to stay if you don’t mind a 30 min walk to Central London & need a cost effective solution for your Lo - Very spacious, good facilities including a kitchen with everything you need, fast WiFi, a TV in both living room & bedroom, a big window looking out onto the street - great for people like us who enjoy people watching. Great location & price for central London - only 30 minute walk from the centre! Great for sightseeing as we love walking. It made our anniversary in London perfect. There wasn’t much not to like, we aren’t very picky at all and just needed a fairly priced place to lay our head and enjoy our night. Our trip consisted of mainly sight seeing and plans in Central London. There were a few bits of the property that looked a little run down like some marks on the carpets and flooring but not enough to make any difference to us.
• Amy (8/5): Cosy little stay - Central for where we needed to be. Well equipped. Good price. Easy check in. It was really hot overnight despite the heating being off. The automatic light outside the bedroom window was frequently going off throughout the night.
• RS (9/5): Very pleased - Pleasantly surprised & very pleased. Staff good on reception, go through everything with you & how to get in touch if any problems. Room not as pictured but absolutely no complaints about that, the room was great, plenty of room, all general facilities, plenty of clean towels & linen, spare pillows available, extra bedding as requested, very clean & comfortable. Tea, coffee & milk sachets available for arrival but you would need to get more for after that. Hot water no problems. Great shower. Nice & warm which we needed, but easily managed via thermostat when required. If i was to be very picky it would be the noise, even though they appear double glazed windows you wouldn't think so. We were there for a leisure break so never got back in before 11pm & It's not a very busy street at night, just one late restaurant that can have noisy people outside. It is on the side of Gt Ormand Street hospital & down the road from a police station so the odd emergency service, but really very minimal compared to most of London I would imagine. If you expect a completely quiet night in London I think you are going to the wrong place 😆

Appartamento ampio. Cucina perfetta. Pulizia ok, ma non eccellente. Bagno eccellente, doccia top. Avrei messo un 9 ma per colpa dei letti: sono troppo scomodi. Il divano letto è in condizioni pietose. Il materasso è praticamente inesistente e si sente la rete nelle ossa. È più comodo il pavimento. Anche sul letto della camera matrimoniale è impossibile dormire. Mal di schiena. Materasso completamente inesistente e ha finanche il topper, ma la rete si sente nella schiena e si capisce che bisognerebbe cambiare totalmente il letto, non solo il materasso. Assurdo, perdersi per così poco!

• Joanne (8/5): Ideal Place to stay with Family - We were on the top floor so we had a balcony and we loved sitting out and also looking at the view. The apartment was spacious. It suited us perfectly having two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a nice lounge we could relax after getting back. We also felt secure as had a fob to get in main entrance and corridors and the apartment door had a deadlock and a chain so we felt safe. It has everything we needed and they put some dishwasher tablets for us. We had breakfast and all the plates and cutlery were nice. Great location too. Can’t say there was anything we didn’t like. Some of the furniture was a bit older but this didn’t matter it’s all clean and suitable it doesn’t need newer furniture

We had a terrible check in experience where we arrived after 7pm and the instructions/entry and key codes were incorrect. This was very disappointing and unnecessarily stressful given we had our 2yr old with us too. The apartment was also really warm and kept coming on at 24c in the night!

Il serait important qu'il y ait une photo de l'appartement réservé par le client afin d'éviter toute confusion et déception à l'arrivée... L'appartement n'était pas très propres (vitres du salon sales, beaucoup de mégots de cigarettes sur le balconnet, radiateurs sales, et sol du balcon d'accès sale...)

Plenty of clean bedding & towels. My only criticism is the pillows were not comfortable I think they need replacing as they were very lumpy & uncomfortable. Also the twin room could do with a mirror probably would be good on the inside of the wardrobe door. Other that this little issues it’s a perfect place to stay & would definitely rebook.

Walking distance from King's Cross - lovely quiet street with good coffee shops and excellent Italian restaurant on doorstep. Very comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms a plus. Very nice friendly, helpful staff . we only stayed 2 nights but would be good for a longer stay as has a washing machine, cooker, fridge etc. Good wifi although not a smart TV. • Diane (5/5): Large apartment in great location with a lot of issues. - The size and location of the apartment was great. Less than a five minute walk to Russell Square tube station. The beds are the worst I have ever slept on! The mattresses are obviously worn out so they've been covered in mattress toppers which do absolutely nothing for the comfort level and move about all night. We spent the 8 nights we stayed here doing musical beds, trying to find something a bit more comfortable to sleep on but each bed was terrible. My daughter ended up sleeping on the couch for the entire stay! For the price we paid this is unacceptable. If you plan on eating in the apartment there is barely enough crockery and cutlery to keep you going. Literally one fork, spoon etc per person. Why the rationing?! There is a large decked balcony attached to the apartment which could be so pleasant, but half the deck is rotting and dangerous if you're unsteady on your feet and the garden furniture is also falling apart. Curtains don't close properly, the windows don't keep the street noise out. The apartment we stayed in definitely needs an upgrade.

• PEDRO (7/5): Apartamento céntrico - La localización céntrica es lo mejor Las comunicaciones podrían haber sido mejores. La primera noche sin edredón ni sábanas en el sofá cama. Al día siguiente se solucionó. La Tv no funcionaba el youtube y muy lenta como bloqueada. Las instrucciones de entrada son mejorables, nos costó bastante entrar. La apertura del pestillo de la puerta es al lado contrario u no explicaban el mando de proximidad que había que utilizar.

• Grice (8/5): - Location ,friendly staff,safe off road parking,well kitted kitchen . Would stay there again .
• Ally (9/5): Comfortable, but we had room facing the main road on a Saturday night which was noisy - The host was helpful, they also had on-site parking The front entrance to the hotel is on a main road, so you have to go down the side road on the left with a restaurant on the corner just before the hotel where you can park, but after the black metal gate is opened at Sherriff's court where the parking is. So call the host first to park there before you go in, otherwise you'll have to go in and out of your car twice to first collect the room keys, then to bring the car to their car park. You might as well park there first like we did. But ask the hist first, as gate requires code.

• Richard (1/5): - It appeared nice, a decent price etc.. until it wasnt. hotel cancelled my booking hours before I was due to stay due to advertising rooms they didnt have are a rate they couldnt support.
• Amy (8/5): - Great location and fab to have the option to park. Nice and quiet and the street it’s on had some lovely cafes and shops. Only 20 minutes walk to the theatre district/soho etc so well placed for exploring centrally. Tv wasn’t working properly but otherwise ok for a nights stay centrally.
• Richard (10/5): Good value for money with freindly staff, secure carpark at the back and very cosy spacious apartment. - Very spacious, warm and cosy when we arrived. Fully functioning kitchen for cooking. Bathroom and ensuite clean and hygienic. Nothing at all. I would definitely stay here again.
