• Jan (1/5): Disgusting - Not really anything I had to kill 3 cockroaches in the property The property is in desperate need of a deep clean, it smelled like urine and itcwas very stuffy. The showers are moldy and the aircon vents totally moldy and disgusting. There is a hole in one of the walls and the couch is old and requires a good clean. The place is a dump to out it simpl. Typical money grab.

• James (5/5): - Once we were located at the booked site, location was good. The issue with the booking was blamed on Booking.com and no responsibility was taken from the property manager. There was an issue with the booking, the apartment was double booked, and we were moved to a sub standard facility for 3 of the 10 days of the booking. This increased travel time and cost to and from the event that we were participating in. While there were additional parking costs that were reimbursed from the local agent. This did not at all compensate for the substandard accommodation.

• Tim (8/5): Pleasant stay. - Great location for our needs. Close to supermarkets, coffee shops 😋 👌 After hours, key pick-up took a little bit of extra time, but not the end of the world.
• Haddad (9/5): Superb - Location was amazing!! Close to a lot of great cafes. Picking up the keys was a little bit of a hastle because we got there near 5.30pm and the location where to pick the keys up from was a bit tricky seeing the man working there did not know much about it and I had not read the instructions on where to pick them up from. :( I should have read the instructions carefully. But George (host)) was very quick to respond to my messages and veyr helpful.
• Brenda (7/5): Good - The location was good. Easy access to the bus, ferry , shops and restaurants. The living space was very small for a two bed apartment. At least one lift was always out of order and on one occasion both were out of order and the apartment is on the 10th floor.

• Shelley (6/5): Nice property - Clean and tidy No spa as described at accommodation. Pool was freezing cold. Apartment was much smaller than expected. A bit of a run around to get keys to property but owner was nice to deal with.

• Mohammed (9/5): Superb - - Mainly is the location as it ia near my customer site. There is also free wifi connection. - Kitchen utensils are also available for us to cook our meals like pots, pans, microwave oven, dishwasher appliance, boiling water pot, refrigerator. - Washer & Dryer is also available. Iron & ironing board also available. - Wish that it has a bidet in the bathrooms but not important.

• Martin (7/5): Enjoyable experience spoiled by lack of follow up in relation to items left in the property. - Residential property so lots of pets, location very convenient, everything provided by way of utensils & cooking appliances. Aircon minimum 22°C so quiet warm, small maintenance issues such as toilet paper holders loose, drying filter full of lint. Unfortunately we left a very expensive orthopedic pillow at the apartment, initially the agent was helpful however following the wrong pillow being retrieved there was no further assistance, getting clients through the property as seamlessly as possible is their priority.

• Susan (10/5): A great place to stay for me to recover from surgery. - The location was fantastic The beds were incredible. Most comfortable bed I've slept in for ages. Unit was clean, comfortable One lift in the complex was continuously out of order. One night they had it working and the noise to the unit was so loud. The deemed it out of service and then there was only one lift for the entire building. Wait times were horrendous in peak times. A dog pooed in the lift and it took half a day for someone to clean it up. The TV was difficult to use. Written instructions and make sure that people know they can charge the remote control

• Simon (9/5): Great location and very modern feel apartment. - Very convenient location. Gym was great - lots of equipment. The common areas were very tidy and clean. Loved the bedroom - felt quite luxurious. Got locked in the main bathroom. The locking mechanism needs some adjustment. The remote control for the TV was difficult to use and ran out of power.

• Val (10/5): Fantastic host, fantastic stay - Located close to the city centre and within walking distance to supermarkets. Located on level 10. Car parking included down in B4 with a lift to the ground floor., then another lift to the floor where the apartment was located. The apartment had everything you could possibly need. Full kitchen, washing machine and drier, large tv, 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plentiful supply of tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing supplies and laundry liquid also shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms. Nice little balcony too. Host was very helpful and responsive providing pictures of where to collect the key from and how to get into the car park. Overall lovely stay. The only thing was the visitor parking, cars appeared to be there all day and night and it was always full, so no chance of stopping there for a brief visit before heading out again, but that didn’t matter as we had our own dedicated space.

• Phil (9/5): very comfortable - The Apartment was well appointed and comfortable with modern furniture and fittings. The appartment looks straight across to an office block only 20 ms away so we had to keep the blinds down to have any privacy .
