• Adam (4/5): Not worth staying at this place. - Location is close to village but only by car The dishwasher was not working, and management was unable to fix it during our 4 days trip. Very bad as we were not expecting to wash dishes while on vacation. It was clearly not working before. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Air conditioning on top makes a loud noise. The kitchen area was too tight for even 1 person to work. Overall bad management who want to save few bucks for repair and don't want to satisfy customers.

• Wendy (6/5): - The unit was lovely, very clean, & had everything one needed. Well stocked, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, lots of towels. The airconditioning absolutely needs work, when the thermostat reaches the temperature to turn the unit on, it is so incredibly loud, it wakes one up from your sleep, it makes an incredible thump,.very unpleasant, in the end we had to turn it off, as no one could get any rest & we had an infant with us, who woke up crying every time the AC clicked on. It was very hot the first 2 nights, and it would have been great if we were able to use the AC, such a lovely place to stay, what a pity. There was also no patio furniture. Also the pillows are extremely hard, think the issue is the pillow cases are too small, making the pillows bunch up into a hard mass.

• Nakul (8/5): Was a good stay for the amount of money spent - Location was good, close to mountain. Temperature difference between upper and lower floor. Cob webs on lights and ceiling
• King (7/5): We enjoyed our stay at the Loft - The sofa bed did not lie flat - there was no support at the head of the mattrass and it went beyond flat or it had to be a little propped up which was better but it couldn't lie flat. Like sleeping in a hospital bed. :) Seemed simple enough but there was no instructions on how to keep it flat (unless it was broken...) It is a bit small for a family of 5 as only 3 seats at the kitchen table but it didn't deter from our enjoyment as some just ate in front of the TV!

• Niamh (10/5): Excellent accomodation - The place was exactly as described, WiFi, fresh clean loft with all the cooking utensils , hot showers and comfortable beds. It was in a great location only a short drive or walk to the blue mountains village or down to the waterfront. From the door a stunning view of the mountains. I wish I could have stayed longer.
• Jona (8/5): A relaxing stay near the Blue Mountain - the place is the same as the picture, it’s clean and comfy. I like that all utensils that we need are in the kitchen. Very near to the pool and just 5 mins to the blue mountain village. the sound of the aircon upstairs is very noisy. Additional chair in the balcony will be better other than that all are good.

• Di (9/5): THis is a really nice place to stay. We had a great experience and highly recommend this location. - We had a great experience with our stay here. The place was clean and close to the village. We loved spending time at the pool! Great mini vacation! Will definitely be coming back! The only thing would be to offer a more family-friendly menu for lunch options near the pool. Hotdogs, hamburgers, pizza, and fries would be great options for families staying at the resort. We had to leave to drive into Collingwood to go pick up food for the family. Just a suggestion.

Perfect spot for the family or a weekend - Perfect spot we only had two of us so there was way more space than we needed but could definitely fit a family of 4-6 … weekend was great had all we needed with in a 2 mins drive or a 8 dollar Uber…. Right by the to pool (2 hot tubs)… very clean room and complex… full kitchen fully stocked… smart tv… two bathrooms both with tubs (1 jacuzzi) Only thing we both agreed on is place needs to get new/ more patio furniture… only had 1 old plastic with a old small busted table couldn’t enjoy any fresh air without going to sit at public picnic tables

• Philip (7/5): Enjoyable, but not worth the one night, as the cleaning fee was per stay and more than the room fee - The accommodation was clean and tidy The cleaning fee, was more than the room fee as we only spent one night at the accommodation. When we arrived at the location, all of dishes were left in the dish washer. Dishes were supposed to be cleaned and put away so we could use the dishwasher. This was not possible. We did not use any dishes due to this issue. I did ask for a reduction of the cleaning fee, but this request was denied. There should be a separate fee for one or two night that includes the cleaning charge.

• Viswas (4/5): Worst and un happy - The air conditioning units are doing lot of loud noose which disturbed the sleep for everyone, tried to request the property management but they were not even responsive I think for the price, it is waste management to stay here

I liked the fully stocked kitchen stuff There is dirt and dust on top of the kitchen shelves that can be seen from the upstairs loft. And lots of dust on top of the pictures hanging on the walls. Would have been nice to have 2 chairs on the balcony instead of 1 broken one.

• Anonymous (9/5): We will be back great value for the price. - Spot is great. The beds are very comfortable (not the pull out couch) nice to have a kitchen to cook in. Would be nice to be able to use one of the closets locked off for storage when you are staying a few days. The pool area is really nice. Great spot for a small group trip. You are not close enough to walk to the village, the Uber ride is about $10, just not bad but if you go back and fourth a few times, we spent an additional $100.00 on Ubers over 3 days.

• Sharon (8/5): Our stay was great, we had a great time exploring and taking part in new adventures - The apartment was beautiful and comfortable, it had everything that we needed for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean and welcoming. The fridge was clean and empty. We did not use the dishwasher I was disappointed that the unit was advertised that it had a view (I was excited to see beautiful views), however, the view from the balcony was a huge tree (which I loved), and the view from the front door was a view of the parking lot. The pillows were not the most comfortable

• Angeline (8/5): Cute suite close to everything - We liked the layout and nice seating in sitting area plus kitchen. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and 3 beds. Most of what was needed was stocked in the kitchen. Linen was nice. Pillows were nice. Beds were comfortable and nice firm sofa. Easy entry was good. It was quiet. The pool was great with nice seating and hot tub. It was steps away. I would definitely recommend this cute suite close to everything. There was a Kurig but not mentioned so we could have brought our decaf pucks because only caffeine were provided. There weren't enough wine glasses or cutlery. The fireplace switch couldn't be found with no note of instructions. The fireplace remote said low battery and didn't work. One of the bedside plugs didn't work so the lamp could not be used when charging a phone overnight. The shuttle link to make reservations on Monday didn't work perhaps because it was a holiday but it would have been nice for this to have been noted. Garbage was overflowing outside all over the road. Noodles for the pool would have been nice. Complimentary bodysoap, shampoo and conditioner would have been nice or reminder note to bring your own.
