• Lusanda (5/5): In the middle of good an bad - The safety and comfort If is cold, should consider buying a heater for winter visits and also there was no water the whole day

• Palesa (5/5): - Our host didn’t even bother coming to check on us, on our arrival there was no key at the reception so we had to call the host with no luck, there was no coffee and sugar and lastly our linens were dirty

The place is good enough for 3 people to share and the amenities weren't hard to use Neighbors are friendly Our host is beyond rude and cheeky She wouldnt answer my calls before the booking until I kept calling to response via her initial text On the day of the booking she didnt want to answer my friend or my calls to assist us with finding the key because she didnt place it where her instructions said they were and her only answer was " Im on a call with someone else". No sense of urgency or care and passive aggressive over the phone. She diluted her sunlight dishwashing liquid and add some of it into the her hand soap dispenser

• Andile (2/5): - We were not cared for in so many ways and it was extremely disappointing. 1. When we arrived the TV was not playing we called the owner and she didn’t answer , we wrote an email to enquire she didn’t answer. 2. We did not understand why there is a reception when at the same time you can’t be helped at the reception!! When you tell the securities at the reception about a certain problem you need help with they just say you need to call the owner why the Bolton doesn’t have proper receptionists???? 3. Electricity almost ran out we had to text the owner multiple times for her to load electricity of which she did but the question is if we were not strict enough were they going to provide enough electricity? No! And they hardly answer their calls or WhatsApp 🙄 4. The worst of them all WATER CRISIS!! we checked in on Tuesday and water went out early in the morning Wednesday until we left Friday!! What a horrible experience we didn’t get help from the owner how to fill water in we had to look around the area and search for tank or something where we can fill water , that was so horrible not having water for 3 days! In a place that caters for guests??? We paid to be here but we were mistreated!

• Eduardo (3/5): Very desapoiting, I regret to have booked. - Very good location and seemed to be secure. The place need refurbishment, things falling apart inside the apartment. The pictures on Booking.com a deceiving to customers.

• Kgalalelo (7/5): - The place looks exactly like it is on pictures. The water was hot all the time. The apartment had a funny smell in the kitchen, it had a rotten smell. The cars on the main road can be disturbing at night. The cupboard needs to be fixed.

• Palesa (8/5): Very awesome even my son didn't want to leave - The accommodation is what it looks like on the pictures. I love how big it is. Neighbours were making noise, the room didn't have heaters so it was so cold.
• Hawa (2/5): Very poor - I definitely would not call this luxury. The cupboards were broken, we had no water shortly upon arriving and our room was infested with baby cockroaches. Towels being kept on the toilet are extremely unhygienic.

TV was working. Mop;broom and basket available. Unit interior is beautiful,I like the TV unit. WiFi is free,had no issues. 1.location(negative)-next to busy road, noise from passing cars. 2.no instructions as to how to switch on the TV. 3.owner does not answer calls,prefers WhatsApp and responds after ages. 4.stove not working, owner says it's been like that 4 days before our arrival and it was never fixed for the 4 days that we stayed. 5.not enough cutlery and no salad bowl. Only 2 tablespoons for 4 people. 6.2 toilet rolls for 4 days for a family of 4. 7.smell of dampness in the room,owner says unit was full of water because the taps were left open by other tenants. 8.the one bed is sinking a bit in the middle. 9.shower-the floor was not cleaned properly,the were hairs on the floor. 10.towels were few(2 small and 2 big) for a family of 4. 11.one extra blanket in one bedroom only and the place is cold. 12.COCKROACHES-its a problem. 13.owner not truthful,the booking.com website showed the unit costs R3300 but when we wanted to pay,only R3600 was accepted by the system. 14.living room space is too small. 15.One sofa to seat 4 people which is not practical (the sofa seats 4) 2 extra chairs will greatly help

• Thato (5/5): Can do better - The location The place needs to be fumigated, there's cockroches. Please invest in white towels, we couldn't touch those dark ones and they don't look clean either. Communication with the owner is a problem, either late response or u just get blue ticked. Bedding has wholes on it.

• Nilvia (6/5): Didn't like - The location The entry door didnt' t lock, soo we had to put the fridge to block it. They sent someone to fix it on the next morning. The apartment has cockroaches, mosquitos and had problems on water supply on the last night and morning. The bed linen was not clean.. Another problem is that the apartment has 2 floors. For families with children it is a discomfort, considering that there is only one bathroom. The owner never answered our calls, limited himself to responding the messages.

• Khumalo (2/5): Very poor - Nothing False advertising. Unit situated next to a busy road no peace and quite. Unit was dirty , with cockroaches.
• Melisha (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great. The staff is very friendly. Hot water never ran out and the place had water available just incase of a water outage. The swimming pool was also very clean and that area is well kept. The bottom bedroom bedding was not clean. The bedding is white so the brownish feet marks at the bottom end (foot of the bed) were very visible. There was also a perfume smell on the pillows that indicate that someone had slept there but the bedding did not get washed. The draw beneath the basin in the bathroom also has a terrible smell.

Couldn’t even verify that I was in and out of the property within two hours and claimed I stayed there over night and tried dodging refunding me. Pictures posted online must have been doctored. Cleaner say had the audacity to say I got what I paid for. Standards and cleanliness not up to scratch. Smelled of damp. Bed linen of very poor quality and bed bases worn and torn.

• Mathapelo (1/5): I didn’t enjoy my stay here. The cockroaches were horrible, there were holes in the bedding which proved it had not been - Cockroaches!! Holes in linen , no blankets (it’s winter in jhb & I asked the host to bring a blanket & she didn’t ) no hand wash in bathroom, 1 tissue for 4 people for a 3 night stay?? Not enough plates. The property is for 4 people but there’s 2 plates? Rude staff upon arrival. Host doesn’t communicate check in process clearly/seemed confused/unsure.
• Wendy (8/5): Comfortable, clean and pleasant. - It was all good. Comfortable and clean. We were 3 adults and a single 3 seater couch for a four sleeper is not practical. There were only 2 baths towels in the apartment, we had to share. There were no wine glasses.
