- Anawin (3/5): Very disappointing experience. I’ll never come back to this hotel. - The hotel is located in Bukit Bintang, surrounded by many places to explore. It’s easy to get around during the day. However, at night it can be very difficult to find a taxi to go out or come back to the hotel because the street gets extremely crowded with people. The air conditioner in my room didn’t work. I told the reception, waited an hour, and nobody came. When I asked again, they said there was no technician, so they moved me to another room. The new room had no towels, and I had to go back to the old room to get them myself. Didn’t get to sleep until after midnight. Really bad experience.

Can’t beat the location, in the heart of Bukit Bintang very close to Jalan Alor. Close to light rail and metro Only thing I don’t like are their towels. They are not good and will not get you dry

- Kamal (5/5): Was good but they can do better with the pricing and all - The location is one of the most advantageous, its near to entertainment, food and more. Jalan Alor is just a walk nearby, cafes nearby are excellent, 24hrs kedai mamak is nearby, 7e is across the street, Roti Cina Mon is jsut outside the door, at my 2nd stay i just discovered that patrons can use an open kitchen and laundry at the ground floor~but takes a looonnggg time to finish, took me 3 hours for laundry! but alas its an excellent location! There was no TV, the renovation is ongoing when i was there. The laundry time is horrible, 3 hours to complete using em x_X

- Farhana (5/5): Passable - Near to food places No towel and dirty bedsheets. When asked for it, the staff said I needed to wait because no towel and bedsheets were available. I got the towels and bedsheets at 8pm.

- Marissa (1/5): Bad experience which ruined my day - I don’t have a chance to stay despite my advance booking The Kingston 1 Hotel turned down our check-in, claiming they were fully booked, and referred us to another hotel that was drastically different and of much lower quality than what we had originally booked. To make matters worse, the new hotel also turned us away, stating they were under different ownership. This all happened at midnight, leaving two fatigued ladies without proper accommodation after an entire day of traveling. When we returned to Kingston 1 Hotel, they suggested we cancel the booking, saying it hadn’t been charged yet, but I was unable to do so. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and have lost confidence in Booking.com. I demand a full refund for this booking. We were left stranded at midnight, forced to walk around to find alternative accommodation after the Kingston 1 Hotel refused to honor our reservation. This is completely unacceptable and has caused us significant distress. I expect immediate action to rectify this situation.
- Keron (6/5): Not good or not bad, just average. - Location very strategic No remote tv. No hair dryer even i ask for many times. The towel did not absorb water at all. The bathroom not so clean. Check in hour at 3pm but the room still not ready at 4.30pm.
