• Margaret (9/5): Clean, convenient and easy to get around - Good location, central to where we needed to be and close to all the amenities we wanted. Had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy and well presented inside. Liked the security and front door code panel. Quiet street. Encountered a few large spiders - one of my family members has a fear of spiders so was very anxious. Suggest getting the house treated. Outside presentation was a little concerning with the overgrown grass and wiring in the front of the house. Gave the impression there hasn’t been anyone in the house for awhile. Suggest getting this attended to before guests arrive.

• Cheryl (5/5): - Only thin cover on the bed. Employees were cold. One went to get doona out of cupboard which was filthy and had blood on it. Didn't find out about it until they returned.

• Heidi (4/5): Worst accommodation, not worth the price paid for rental, very poor quality - Beds very uncomfortable, cheap pillows and no extra pillow cases. One of the beds did not even have a doona just a doona cover. Had to ask for extra towels, blankets and pillow cases, never got the pillow cases. Paint finish appalling and walls not clean, unit looked like it was in the process of a remodel. Kitchen had the bare minimum with very old pots and pans, not very suitable for cooking. BBQ available however unable to use as hose did not fit the gas bottle.

• Suzanah (8/5): Cosy, secure cove that’s accessible to many Asian food outlets - Other than that, the place was great. It would be great if there is a water bidet near the toilet seats.
• John (7/5): Resonable access to airport n facilities ! - No breakfast Having to pay security deposit a day before you can get access to property! More notice needed ! Tried to get in contact with host after leaving property in regards to refund of security deposit ! Not available ! But it did eventually come though! Would be good to get some assurance on these situations, what with so many scams out there !

• Jcthey (1/5): - Nothing at all. When we booked this homestay, we were not informed at all that a security deposit would be required. On the day of our arrival, the host notified us that we needed to pay the security deposit before receiving the keys. We had no choice but to make the payment on the spot. However, after checking in, we found that many of the facilities were dirty and poorly maintained — for example, the bathroom light was not working, and the barbecue grill and cookware were rusty and unclean. During our stay, we informed the host about these issues, but the host responded that the house was old and therefore could not be expected to be in perfect condition, and also remarked that guests should not expect too much. While we can understand that an older property may have some imperfections, the level of hygiene — particularly with regard to the bedding — was completely unacceptable. The bed sheets and duvet covers were covered with dust and hair, which was extremely unhygienic. Overall, we do not recommend staying at this homestay.

• Tarek (1/5): I would not recommend in the future - Nothing, we didn’t like it because it’s completely different with phones The house was dirty with unpleasant odors, the walls and doors were stained, and the curtains were completely out of order. The television did not work, and I contacted the landlord to explain all these issues in detail. In addition, the sofas in the living room were very dirty and in poor condition, and the furniture was old. Therefore, I would not recommend it in the future.

• Saripah Rosilawati (7/5): We like the homestay but being a Malaysian, you need to look into petty things for the Malaysian to stay. - The house is nice, cosy and very clean. It’s near the gas station and easy access to places we are going to visit. Its also has the security system where we feel like at home. They do not have heater in the room and no additional blankets for cool weather. The heater in the hall was set for 2 hours only whereby its has to be reset on and off. There is no tap in the small toilet for past motion, we are Malaysian and we always wash whenever we do business. We have to buy a bucket and fill with waters and leave it in the toilets.

• Lisa (9/5): - The unit has everything you need. It's located in a quiet environment that feels safe. There is a fully enclosed carport for your car. The unit is tidy enough and is more like a home away from home than a 5 star resort. It's good for couples or a family with plenty of rooms, beds, and a little enclosed courtyard out the front. We found it to be good value for money for 3 people. There is a refundable $300 damage bond to pay the night before check-in, which was refunded to our account within 2 days of check out. Overall we were pleased with the accommodation and cost. Victor was quick to reply to messages.

• Dan Klepel (9/5): Excellent house in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to shopping . - The house was clean and spacious and had all the essentials without extra frills. Overall the house worked very well for us. A clothes dryer would have been nice and also more heat /air options as only one bedroom had this option.

I would not recommend this place to stay. - The host did provide portable heaters for 2/3 of the rooms when I advised we were cold, and told there was no spare blankets. Check in details were not sent on time, I had to call to get the information. The beds only had 1 thin blanket, with no spare blankets, in winter. The house was not clean, we bought our own cleaning products and spent our first night cleaning. Even the sponge to clean dishes was gross, and the microwave had melted cheese and stains. We also had to refill the soap dispenser in the bathroom as it was empty. It’s like the house wasn’t cleaned since the last stay, in preparation for our stay.

• Kaylene (8/5): Weekend getaway - The location was good. The house was tidy and just as pictures show. We used the laundry, and the machine was a little dirty as was around the machine. Unfortunately the pillows were a bit tired and the cups and plates were way to high in the cupboards for shorter people No biggy really. All in all it was still a nice stay.

• Heather (9/5): Perfect home for family/group stays! - Check in simple and easy, communication from host excellent. Very comfortably furnished, had everything needed for a self contained stay. Close to groceries & service station a short walk away for essentials. Ease of access to main arterial roads. Very quiet residential street. Will definitely stay again! Dishwasher was out of service. Not the property or hosts fault, but a note to future guests; Google Maps gives incorrect directions to the house. You cannot access directly from Corfield st, you have to turn up Stalker Rd at the fuel shop, then onto Redmond Rd.

Dead flies on the window sills in bedrooms, fridge fairly unclean and dirty. In pictures there were 3 double beds but when we arrived there were 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Property was hard to locate did telephone the owner but he was not the most helpful in providing directions

• Vicki (8/5): Very good - It was spacious, and suited our needs perfectly. We were picking my parents and daughter up from the airport and we all had our own bedroom which was great. Everything was provided. We were very happy with the property and the location is close to the shops. The entry instructions were really easy to follow. Really loved the keypad. Could possibly do with a few more coming containers. We could not find anything to use in the microwave.

Very quiet and we do have a good night sleep We stayed 2 nights n both nights we experienced multiple power trips. The main heater in the living room not working at all. The heater for hot n cold water hard to toggle to the wrong temperature. This is made worse by the power trips that happened

• Jodie (6/5): Too expensive for what it is, but a decent place for Gosnells. - Living room comfortable, enclosed garage with remote, very short walking distance to servo for milk and other supplies you may need, and the chemist. Very close to Tonkin hwy and Albany Hwy so good spot to get around SOR in Perth if you have a car. No top sheets provided on beds, wobbly bed in single room, unclean glasses, mugs and dining chairs. Thought it was amusing one of the instructions for visitors was to put out the bins on Sunday for the rubbish truck on Monday….didn’t affect us, but seriously!?

• Yoshiko (9/5): Superb - Check in was a breeze & although we wanted to extend another night but couldn’t the host gave us an extra hour for check out which was much appreciated. clean and bright property, would recommend The aircon took a little while to work out but eventually had it going. One of the couch feet was missing so it was lopsided. Barely noticeable though and could still sit comfortably so nothing major. Overall was happy with stay.
