• Ben (7/5): Excellent, quiet location and clean, spacious apt. Bed was not very comfortable for a couple. - The apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained, and the heating system worked well. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions efficiently. It was somewhat expensive to pay for early check-in and late check-out, but we did appreciate having the option as it gave our 1 night stay added flexibility. The location is great and easy to access the Duomo, and great restaurants/bars are right around the corner. The apartment complex was very quiet. Unfortunately, the bed was sub-par, with a strange elevation/bump in the middle that was quite uncomfortable for my partner. The slats beneath the mattress came out of position more than once, giving us quite a scare, even after just attempting to get into the bed normally. The pillows could have been more comfortable. We had to ask for hand soap as there was none in the kitchen or bathroom, only dish soap we found below the sink. After our request (which was swiftly answered), more shampoo bottles were delivered. We would normally think to stay here again, but for the price, a much better bed would be expected.

• Elena (1/5): Strongly not recommended! - There were major issues with the hot water in the apartment. You will be taking a contrast shower (extremely hot and ice-cold water). On top of that, the heating device kept shutting down, and we had to step out of a cold shower to restart it just to get a few moments of slightly warm water again. Next, the apartment is constantly dim. Even on sunny days, there isn’t enough natural light coming in. You will also hear everything happening in the inner courtyard and the hallway. My impression of beautiful Milan was ruined because we stayed in this uncomfortable accommodation. (We were also constantly fixing the bed, sitting on chairs made of thin wire, lacking basic cutlery, getting rid of mosquitoes at night, and dealing with various other unpleasant issues related to this place.) Those who give this property a high rating probably stayed here for one night in the summer, just to leave their bags for a few hours. I can’t find any other explanation for the high scores. Strongly not recommended!

• Henry Pena Torrente (8/5): Aceptable - La ubicacion muy buena y el Apto en general es comfortable. El acceso al Apto es muy complicado recoger las llaves mal porque la persona no tiene la informacion correcta para poderlo hacer facil y en verdad era muy sencillo pero si no te dan la informacion correcta no lo puedes hacer, la cama demasiado baja y con problemas en las tablas que sostienen el colchon nos toco arreglarlo nosotros pues todas las tablas se caen y obvio el colchon parcialmente al piso.

• Ingrid (8/5): Bom, mas precisa melhorar em acessbilidade. - Fácil acesso, mas precisa de internet para acessar o prédio e apartamento. Boa localização. A reserva era para 4 pessoas, mas só havia toalha para duas, talheres para três. A cama de casal estava quebrada. O elevador só funcionava com acesso a moradores e tivemos que subir dois lances de escadas com malas pesadas. Faltou acessibilidade a idoso deficiente.

• Fionnuala (10/5): An excellent stay in Milan. - The property is very accessible, 5 minute walk from multiple metro stations, including the Duomo station. Trams also run at the bottom of the street. We were able to travel to and from the airport using the metro and train, via central station which is a 10 minute metro journey away from the apartment. A short 5 minute walk to the end of the street is the Duomo, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. It is located on a quiet side street with some cafes and restaurants next door and on the same street. The property is spacious, with kitchen facilities, washing machine, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron etc. For sleeping there is one double bed and one double sofa bed, both were very comfortable. For 3 nights the apartment was very reasonably priced, especially being very centrally located. The host kept in contact via WhatsApp, very accommodating and provided useful information and tips on what to do during our stay. Initially we struggled with the code access at the door of the apartment, but after day one we were more confident.

Three people cannot sit together at the table. The dishwasher was probably damaged because there was water in it. The rest is at MEDIUM level.

There were no issues with the online check-in. There is an excellent restaurant right near the apartment-Organic Pizza and Food. sometimes a bit cold, the shower drain

• Brian (6/5): nice . very good location. just some works to make to give more charm and make it better to live - location bed there is no charm, the system to open or close the door is not fix, curtain blinds are not working, the bathroom is old and not functional (the place to put towels is broken) the chair to sit are very not confortable there is lots of work to do in this flat to making it good you can ear the main entrance door when sby enter so windows are really old to conclude, we can feel this is only to rent and nobody takes time to make it better and i dont like that

• Avni (8/5): Good apartment, secure and ideal for a short stay in Milan with easy access to sites. - Nice apartment. Good location. Decent enough size and basic facilities. Could have done with some more shower gel, there were mosquitoes and the boiler was slightly problematic in places.
• Valeria (10/5): Our stay was only one night, however, the place is so great , next time I travel, I would choose the place for longer st - The property is in a great location, it has many windows on both sides on an apartment. The beds are comfortable and looks like the apartment is recently renovated . It has some kitchenware and good enough for cooking some easy stuff. Cannot say any negative things about the place, only it was confusing for me that in the instructions the apartment described as the first floor, and in my understanding it was the second one. It is not a big deal it just confused me as we call ground level is a first floor. Anyways, you need to take two flights of stairs to the first floor 😏

The place is about 5minutes walk to the nearest metro station (& Starbucks - The place is very near Duomo and there were a lot of shops and restaurants. The place is located in a quiet area and loved the automated doors so we did not worry about leaving or losing the keys! The lift wasn’t working properly so it will be a challenge to bring our luggages if we were in a higher floor

• Anonymous (8/5): We still had a great time in spite of tge minor issues. - Location was great! Remote staff helpful. Should have clearer and detailed instructions on all 3 doors. No heat, no hot water until calls were made.

• Roni (8/5): great location, self check-in - great location, a few minutes walk from the Duomo, primark and everything you need. great Wi-Fi, hot water in the shower and responsive owner. no curtains on the windows so in the morning there is too much light if you sleep on the sofa, and there where noisy digging at the very early morning from outside the apartment
