On arrival at Urban Chick Studio By ‘the Strip’ the automatic entrance gate was not working; the residence was infested with cockroaches and the bed had fleas in it. Our client was unable to stay at the residence and needed to book alternate accommodation after 1 day. Online this residence looks inviting, the real thing is anything but, very disappointing. I was in contact with Full House Management with the issues, photos were supplied, these hadn’t been rectified by the time our client left the premises. I look forward to receiving a credit for this accommodation.
