• Janet (8/5): - Quite spacious and fairly close to things. Clean sofa cover needs some attention. The instructions for the parking needs to be bit more detailed. Outdoor area needs some better drainage as it was full of water.

• Hiu Fung (7/5): - The location is good, can walk to the fish market. The car park is convenient and the parking space is large. But you have to read the instructions carefully first in order to find the parking. The room is large. And the balcony is large too. There are so many key boxes located in the same place. And the instructions of finding the key box as well as the password may be wrong. You have to contact the host to clarify it. Luckily, I can contact the host at 00:00 in mid night. Otherwise, I might have to sleep on the street. The house is big but full of rubbish left by the previous guest. The table is oily. The toilet also not clean enough.

• Regina (2/5): Never return. Misleading photographs - key location instructions on email. A picture of screen shot of location and arrow. Blurry, lock box was strapped to a council sign on footpath outside location. Code incorrect for lock box, had to email host and reply was "try this"(we were given instructions to another lock box). Eventually got one key/fob. Code was correct but we were provided the wrong-colored lock box initially. Car park. Not signage that car needs to be on incorrect side of entry to activate sensor pad on ground. Once in carpark our 'orange' color was our carpark, but initial lockbox color was wrong. No marking inside carpark. Unable to email host as we were underground. Took 30 min to drive over 3 levels (split level carpark) to eventually find unit number, which was yellow, Carpark numbers not in chronological order. No instructions on how to get to lift. Location is 2 towers split into 2 which we did not know. used 2 different lifts, eventually found room. 2 guests had to attend appointment. 3rd guest unable to leave room as we were only given one key/fob which was required to get into and out of room. Remaining guests arrived later, unable to get in as no key. Guest inside of room had no access to use intercom to buzz guests into room. We had ball to get ready to attend and was late. Room had no champagne glasses; one room had a broken blind and would not go up to allow light. Astro turf on balcony had no drainage, was we and soggy, appeared to have just been laid on top of concrete. No tea/coffee making facilities (expect the basics). Reception unable to assist in helping late guests access room. No welcome instructions, no details on what to do with key on departure or in emergency. We returned it to footpath, lock box. Surely attaching such objects to signs or poles not part of property is a safety issue and compliance issue. Safety issue also for guests as they cannot leave building or enter without a fob. Having one fob for 5-6 guests is unreasonable. Especially if an emergency occurred.

Only 5 chairs around the dining table and we were 7 people There was a leaking issue in one of the bedrooms And when we entered there was abit of a stale smell, not sure if it was due to waterworks being done in the area

• feng (9/5): 千万千万别丢了钥匙。否则，所有旅行计划都变得糟糕。 - 地理位置极其优越，可以步行到悉尼的核心区域，特别是就在悉尼新的渔巿场边上，可以大吃一次或者几次海鲜食物。澳洲龙虾，三文鱼，任意，自由… 只有一把钥匙，像其他住过的客人所言，对于团队入住，极其不便。我个人不小心丢失了一把钥匙，经过讨价还价，赔偿了酒店方150澳元。要特别小心保管钥匙。进院子，进楼，上电梯，进屋子，没有钥匙寸步难行。
• Yoko (5/5): 広い部屋に滞在できて、メッセージや電話対応も迅速でありがたかったです！ - 当日にお願いしてearly check inさせてもらえたのが助かった。 ティッシュがなかったこと、トイレットペーパーのストックがほんの少ししかなかったこと、シャンプーがなくなってしまったことなど、備品類の不備が気になりました。

• Deeanne Schiffke (8/5): Nice apartment in a good location - Was close to the city. Room was a good size etc had everything we needed Collection of key is hard when there's no where to park and entrance of carpark is on the other side of the building on a one way street.

• Benson (7/5): In general, it's a quite place to stay but lack of convenient store nearby. Room size is acceptable. - Location not very convenient to city and public transport

• Jenny (8/5): Very good - Great apartment for a group- well equipped. Owners were very accommodating letting us get into the property early stay a bit later. We had problems with the air conditioning and they sent someone straight around to look at it. Is on quite a busy road so some street noise.

• Kate (8/5): Very good - Location was good. Beds were comfy. Only 1 key was supplied and we had 7 people. A bit of mucking around to get key as it was attached to a bike down the street.

• Aa (8/5): Very good - This property was a little hard to find at first. Then once we found the entrance to the carpark there was not enough instructions on where the car spaces were, we drove around and around until we finally found them, it would have been much easier if they said to park on level 1 for instance. We only received 1 key for 7 people staying there, so we had to coordinate when we left and came back to property. The property itself was clean and had everything we required for our stay.

• Olivier (1/5): Bad experience. Overated apartment - The appartment was very dirty. We checked in at 2pm.instead of 3pm. But an extra hour of cleaning would not have been enough for solving all the issues : dirty flloor, windows dirty, 1 window was not closing properly, stains on the sofa , bad smell .. we booked for 2 nights but after the 1st night, we left.
