• francis (3/5): Ne pas réserver - L’emplacement très bien. Nous devions avoir la maison, au lieu de cela, nous avons reçu un mail la veille pour nous dire que la maison était en maintenance. Nous avons fini dans un immeuble insalubre avec 4 chambres et salle de bain commune avec un inconnue. C’était très mal entretenu, moisissure, trous dans les murs, aucune isolation des fenêtres donc on entend le moindre bruit dans la rue. Le même code pour toute les chambres … on hésitait à laisser nos affaires ! Les chambres sentaient très mauvais.
• Rebecca (4/5): Even though there was lots of faults it was great for what we wanted it for as a one night stay. - The host was fabulous and very accommodating. The location was great- a bit of a walk from the tube but ok for us. The price was great for what we wanted. There was no where to sit in the kitchen as advertised so nowhere really to congregate as a group. There was no cooking trays or wine glasses. The kitchen cupboards were in a really bad state. There was graffiti on the headboard of one of the beds. The showers were terrible with very little flow in one and the other like a tap.

• Marta (5/5): Mejorable, por lo que entiendo el precio. - La relación calidad-precio no está mal viendo los precios de la zona Por las ventanas del piso superior entra muchísimo frío. Uno de los cuartos no tiene calefacción, por lo que no se puede usar. El mobiliario es muy muy antiguo y estropeado.
• Toshima (1/5): Very poor facilities but location good can be advertised as is so that guests don't get disappointed - Location was the only good aspect. Unfortunately rooms aa shown in booking totally different from reality. House was full of dust and it was also an old one not properly maintained at all. Two baths with one in a tub and shower not working, very small also. We were 3 families with children and it was very difficult to manage with kids and such poor facilities. Falsely advertised. Should mention house age, old beds and furniture. Basic facilities provided and untidy and dusty. The yard from entrance better nott mention .....

• rosaina (7/5): - Great location. Easy access to nearest bus stop. Had 5 rooms to accommodate a large group of us. The cleanliness is not at par. The owner left their laundry stuff in washing machine. Need to be careful with the old table at the kitchen.

• Mathai (10/5): Excellent spacious and immaculate - Spacious and immaculate. Very good location. Exceptionally good. Since it was Friday night, our neighbous were having party and fun outside that lasted till 2am. It was too noisy

• sarah (1/5): - Rien n'allait dans le logement. En dehors de ça, il est très bien placé. Nous n'avons pas pu accéder au logement à 15h car des femmes de ménage sont arrivées et nous devions rester dans la cuisine. Cela a duré longtemps pourtant le ménage ne semble pas avoir été fait et n'a pas été fait dans la cuisine lors de notre présence. D'ailleurs elles déambulaient en chaussures partout dans les étages. Le logement était extrêmement sale. Le four et la machine à laver ne fonctionnaient pas (celle-ci était pleine d'eau). Le wifi non plus. Les plombs sautaient, nous avons dû débrancher la machine à laver pour avoir de l'électricité dans la cuisine. Pas assez de vaisselle pour tout le monde. Pas de terrasse ni de canapé. Un mini jardin plein de détritus et de crottes. Poubelles pleines à ras bord. Un toilette sans lunette. Des traces de pipi sur l'autre toilette. Douche et baignoire encrassées. Nous avons dû refaire tout le ménage. Le propriétaire ne s'est pas montré très conciliant. Nous avons demandé de la vaisselle supplémentaire qu'il a déposée le lendemain mais certaines choses manquaient. Quand nous l'avons contacté, il a répondu qu'un problème électrique était survenu au dernier moment et pas réglable avant une semaine. Mais nous avons été informés car nous l'avons contacté. Des trous dans les murs. Matelas sales. Je ne recommande absolument pas. Nous étions 13 avec 6 enfants en bas âge, ce n'est pas tolérable. Le logement n'est absolument pas entretenu et c'est bien dommage.

• Denise (7/5): Great central location - The place was close to the public bus and within 20mins walk to Kings Cross Station or can connect with bus. Makes it very easy to access from the airport and St Pancreas Train station if travelling on the Euro rail. The place met the needs of 7 mature women travelling with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Like most London properties they do not cater for hot weather so not great in a heat wave. Some facilities need to be upgraded to improve value for money. Whilst saying this the owner was very quick to respond to our concerns and they were addresses quickly. Despite these it was a great location.
• Lucy (1/5): Thank god it was only for one night. - The location Everything. This property should not be available to rent. Its unfit for people to stay in. It was filthy, the toilet was broken and leaked all over the floor, the other one didn’t even have a toilet seat. The curtains don’t cover the windows, the drawer in kitchen didn’t even have a handle, there was no plug for the sink. Absolutely horrific. The guy that met us told me i could park outside which i did & paid and still got a parking ticket. Having to pay £90 cash for early check in of a property that bad is shocking.
• Fieke (4/5): Not worth the high price - The location was great and there were more than enough rooms/beds. There was a mountain of trash in the garden which was attracting rats. The house itself was dilapidated. The toilet was leaking, there were nails sticking out of the floor and the kitchen was literally falling apart. The cleaning ladies did their best, but it is impossible to clean due to the state of the house.
