• Sahar (3/5): The worst stay I've ever had, every time I returned I was afraid of not being able to enter the apartment in this we - Average location, I liked the quiet, I am very disappointed, there is no responsibility towards the clients, there was a problem with the door opening code and no one took care of the problem, the solution was to open the door remotely digitally, certainly after calling them, and after a while they answer and open the door. The neighbors helped us several times to open the door, and certainly after they took the code. Therefore, almost every time we returned to the apartment, we had to change the code, and also get help to enter the apartment. Secondly, the sofa intended for sleeping was very bad and uncomfortable. I will never return to this apartment.

• Hanna (7/5): - Все було добре. Затишна квартира на першому поверсі, є все необхідне: посуд, кавова машина, чайник, посудомийка, холодильник. Все чисто і охайно. Доволі зручне розташування. Хвилин 15 пішки від центру. Доволі гучно. Якщо хтось заходить у парадну, здається, що заходять в квартиру. Є поганий запах каналізації з душу. Не було одноразових капців, що не дуже зручно.

• Olga (8/5): Very good - It is a lovely apartment to stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom is nice and clean. It was very easy to get to the property following the instructions from the host.

• Jiawei (9/5): Superb - Very easy to find the entryway. A video is provided about how to access it. Very easy to get into the apartment. The apartment is very big, and bigger than I expected. Very nice condition, and have a small kitchen. It is good they provide one set of towers for me to use for bathing. But given I need to stay there for 5 days, it would be much nicer if I could have extra towers to exchange. The host is very helpful, but we can only communicate through email, which is a bit not so convenient.
