- Higor (1/5): environment with the smell of cigarettes - the photos do not correspond to the house the house smells of cigarettes dirty bedding dirty house I complained they did not recommend renting this expensive and dirty flat dirty smelling cigarette dirty bedding had no bedding to be subsisted
- Stuart (1/5): Scammer and a fraud. AVOID - If you like getting scammed. This is the place for you AVOID, this is a scam. I lost £600. Different property in pictures. Booked 4 beds, two had no bedding. Place not cleaned from previous visitors. Sex paraphernalia in bathroom, blood on sheets, false nail and dirty q-tips everywhere, rotting food in fridge, filthy towels. When reported on entry, I was offered a refund. Found another place and accepted the refund. Then host goes quiet. Called the next day and he got very aggressive. Insists I should go through him and not contact booking.com. Tells me he can't give a refund because I took "hours to respond" (it was 50 mins). Now says he can't do it for technical reasons but won't refund when I suggested PayPal either. This guy is a crook and a scammer
- Olwen (1/5): I definitely wouldn't recommend booking. I think it's a scam. - I was unable to access the property, so I did not like anything because I did not enter the property. Essentially, I did not like everything. Mainly, I did not like the fact that I could not access the property. The host did not respond to any of my communications until they were contacted by Booking.com, and they took almost an hour to respond to Booking.com. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and condescending. I was late for the event I was scheduled to attend, and I incurred additional transportation costs. I had to go back and forth between the host and Booking.com they agreed to a refund the amount I paid for the property. I hope that I will receive my money back as stated. I could go on, but I don't even want to think about the terrible experience any longer.

- Chris (1/5): Very, very disappointing - Nothing! I stay in booking.com places 50 weeks of the year, this was the worst. No hot water for shower or gas for the hob, owner expected me to go out and top up the gas card at my expense after paying £100 ($125) per night. Waited nearly 3 hours on arrival for a response to having no gas supply. Everything! Crockery left on the draining board on arrival, old food left in cupboards covered with foil?? £12 per hour to park outside in the street, Mould all over bathroom, need I go on?

The whole week was taken up with messages from him despite me contacting booking.com who assured me that the price agreed was correct. On arrival, the bed linen was dirty as was the shower. It took 3 days to have the bed linen replaced. because of the ongoing argument over money, the host insisted the property was vacated a day early. Thankfully a very helpful member of staff at booking.com arranged alternative accommodation. An absolute nightmare all round!! Even had to go to the local shop to top up the electric meter at 11.00pm at night after the electricity ran out which we still haven't been reimbursed for.
