• Tomasz (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, komunikacja miejska blisko i wszędzie da się dojechać. Pomimo bliskości sporej drogi, w mieszkaniu cicho. Czysto, wygodnie. Na kilkudniowy city break dla pary czy rodzinki z dziećmi jak najbardziej. Minus w całym Wiedniu to drogie parkingi przy ulicach, ale w okolicy jest kilka parkingów piętrowych, z cenami które da się przeżyć.
• Christine (9/5): - Schönes, renoviertes Appartment. Für 3 Städtereisende wunderbar geeignet. Ruhiges Haus, Tram Höchstädtplatz in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, U Bahn in 8 Minuten, viele Supermärkte in direkter Umgebung. Fahrzeit zum Stephansplatz ca. 18 Minuten.

• Andreia (10/5): Conforto a preço acessível e perto de transportes - Conforto, autonomia no check-in e check-out. perto do transporte para o centro (eléctrico 2). Perto de restaurantes, padaria e supermercados. Recomendo para uma família de 3 pessoas.

• Sihoon (3/5): - 방은 쾌적했고 추운날씨에도 따뜻했다. 학회장과 가까워 좋았지만 시내에 나가기 위해서는 트램을 탈 필요가 있음. 20분 정도면 이동할 수 있음 방 청소 상태가 좋지 않음. 샴푸, 세제등 어매니티가 구비되어 있지 않았음. 싱크 쪽에서 초파리가 올라와서 초파리가 꽤 많았음. 따로 초파리 퇴치제를 사서 배치했음. 작은 도마뱀 한마리도 있어서 같이 지내야 했음. 주인의 대응이 없음.
• Matthaios (9/5): Nice and quiet room. Location was ok. - The design was very nice. Clean in general and with nice view. Very quiet room. The locations was OK, not fantastic but not bad. The check in was very late and the check out very early.

• Daniela (8/5): Bezahlbar und saubere Unterkunft am Rand von Wien - Gute Verbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf gut erreichbar, die Gegend des Appartements sollte jedem bewusst sein und dass es in einem Außenbezirk liegt Sehr guter und netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter- unkompliziert, kontaktlos mit tollem Service, Alles sauber Schlafmöglichkeiten waren gut, jedoch sollte bedacht werden. dass das Appartement für max. drei Erwachsene die Schlafmöglichkeiten hergeben die Ausstattung war für den Gebrauch ausreichend, teilweise haben die Möbel schon Gebrauchsspuren

• Tanja (8/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung und die Ausstattung Ein Nachbarn oben - man konnte jeden Schritt hören. Morgens ab 6 Uhr konnte man nicht mehr schlafen, so laut war es. Kann der Vermieter zwar nichts für, aber mit Ausschlafen war leider nix.
• Erica (7/5): - Ruim appartement met goede voorzieningen Het was ontzettend heet in het appartement, 30 graden, en er was geen airco aanwezig. Meerdere keren contact opgenomen met de eigenaar, maar tot op heden geen reactie ontvangen. Ook de slaapbank was veel te klein en zeer oncomfortabel, mijn dochter is twee keer uit bed gevallen.

Despite asking the owner to fix, he ignored it There qere no instructions on where to switch on the tv and modem power, struggled 2 days before i found, and again reguests to owner were successfully ignored It is a bad idea to stay at this apartment in summer, as there is only fan working which is useless when it is hot outside. And when you open the door a lot of mosquitoes makes it impossible to sleep. There was no soap in the toilet, i usually take everyting with me but never consudered taking soap Also very disappointed with booking.com’s helpline, they ignored ny multiple complains as well
• Sergei (5/5): Good stay, but had a couple of issues. - The location is quite nice. It has good public transport connectivity and a small mall next to it, so all the things you need to buy (e.g. soap, lol), can be done without problems. The apartment has a lot of light and, a nice balcony. Isolated bedroom and very tight doors, so this apartment is a good choice if you aren't alone and you need work, etc. I didn't like the fact that the apartment was poorly cleaned before the arrival, some parts of the cleaning weren't just done at all. I had to spend some time cleaning the vacuum cleaner as it clearly (pun) wasn't emptied from the purchasing time. I didn't like that the host ignored me once I brought up uncomfortable questions. I didn't like the fact that the keys are inside the building and you can not enter the building, as you don't meet the host at all. Lastly, I didn't like the fact that the host cancelled my booking at the time of check-out.

• Simona (10/5): Exceptional. Great place - The appartment is extremely confortable and offers all facilities you would need. Cosy, friendly and the owner has an exceptional care for details. We were previously in another Room4Art appartment and it was the same. The tv did not function, but this was not necessarily a need.
• San (10/5): A great apartment for family! - The apartment was very spacious and has everything we need. The location was excellent, with very easy access to S Bahns and trams to the main attractions. Grocery stall was just across the road!

• Nico (10/5): Amazing!! new apartment, would recommend to anyone :) - Well, what can i say. An amazing completely new apartment with natural wooden floor and roof (awesome for the air and atmosphere) i slept like a baby. The Location is awesome because you can reach the Danube Island in 10mins by foot and youre also 10mins aways from the famous Vienna City Center (with tramway). The Interior is modern and the host is suuuprt friendly (ive met her, and she gave me some insider Tips :). Restaurants, Pharmacy and Supermarkets are also super close. 5/5 Stars for that price... that i couldnt stay longer :D i only stayed one night spontaneously, would have booked a whole week if i compare it to other hotels for that price...
