Guest Reviews
- Rohaya (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at the villa. - The facilities provided and the location. The smell of cockroach in the kitchen cabinet. However we cannot find the cockroach.

- Donna (8/5): Very much enjoyed our stay would thoroughly recommend - Spacious Well appointed Beautifully decorated
Good level of cleanliness
Quality towels
Cute mini handmade soap Very minor attention to detail on cleaning fly screens, shower around the bottom of the doors places that can be forgotten.
Some flat trays for cooking in the oven would be useful
- Peter (8/5): Enjoyable - Breakfast not included very good location close to Dunsborough and plenty of wineries and natural sites The coffee machine struggled - lack of water through put. We couldn’t light the barbecue - it actually was dangerous - the bed a tad on the small size consider a larger TV for lounge
- Maddison (9/5): Fantastic place to stay - Fantastic place to stay, in a great location near the Dunsborough shops. Very spacious and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again.
- Angela (10/5): Lovely weekend stay - The beds are so comfortable in a quiet location
- carmelo (8/5): -
- Neil (10/5): Very pleasant - Very nice house, very spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much. Bathroom door downstairs handle lock needs attention. Master bedroom TV not working. No tea towels available to dry dishes.
- Ellis (10/5): - Beautifully appointed facilities and close to a major shopping precinct. Very central to travelling through the south west.

- Caroline (9/5): Excellent...would certainly return. - There was a misunderstanding with our arrival day and the property hadn't been prepared for us. We contacted the owner and he got it sorted very quickly.
He was lovely to deal with.

- Elena (10/5): It’s beautiful there, lovely views, comfortable, spacious place. Close to the centre. - Everything. Spacious , beautiful looking outside.good furniture, good kitchen , lihatsb The bin in the bathroom broken, the toilet should have a little bin.
Extra towels so you don’t always wash. They are wet and in winter takes longer to dry.
That’s me personally .
- Melissa (7/5): Enjoyed our stay but the property does require some maintenance in the bathrooms. - We liked the location as it was very peaceful within the bush. The shower in the en-suite bathroom was not draining which made showering very unpleasant.
- Penelope (9/5): Great long weekend in Dunsborough - Great location in Dunsborough and had everything we needed for a family Easter weekend. Close to all the shops and restaurants but tucked away in a quiet spot away from the busy centre. Will definitely stay here again!
- Joanne (10/5): The property was clean and comfortable. I don’t have anything negative to say and would definitely book again. - The property was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. NA

- Callus (8/5): Gorgeous villa with great kitchen & fabulous location - A gorgeous villa tucked away amongst the trees. Very peaceful and quiet. We loved the location being a short drive to dunsborough main st. Kitchen was huge with everything you needed. Loved the split level and bathroom was lovely too. My daughter wanted me to sleep in the single beds in the 2nd bedroom but unfor they were so noisy, you couldn't roll over without waking each other.
- Emily (10/5): - The house was clean, spacious & exactly what we needed for our family. The location was also beautiful! The gutters were overflowing. Might need a clean.
- Sarah (10/5): -
- Margaret (10/5): Excellent - Fantastic location , great facilities , clean and very well presented . Highly recommend and will definitely come back There was nothing we didn’t like , suited my family perfectly
- Angela (9/5): -
- Deana (8/5): -
- Debbie (9/5): Great, relaxing and comfortable - We found the property to be exactly as described. We used the barbecue most nights. Absolutely loved the bathroom. Nothing
- Marietjie (8/5): A pleasant stay in nature with beautiful bush lands. - The apartment is open and bright with lots of light. Two nice bedrooms and a good kitchen. Second bathroom shower has too little pressure to enjoy a shower and water only drips from the shower head.
- Stuart (10/5): Perfect - Very well equipped
We picked the only cyclone weekend in year but still had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay
Can’t recommend enough 😃 Nothing
- Natalie (9/5): Beautiful house with everything provided, value for money! -
- Tania (10/5): -
- Rob (7/5): -
- Harries (10/5): Just had a fantastic time in Dunsborough. - The villa is surrounded by trees and plenty of wildlife . It was spotlessly clean, bright and airy. It was also modern with
All of the necessary appliances needed for my stay. One minute from the town centre , and not far from
The beaches. I highly recommend
This property 😃 Nothing
- John (9/5): -
- JENNIFER (10/5): Great - worked very well for us! - N/a re Breakfast.
Location was close to town and a nice walk for morning coffee.
Also the Deck was great for morning coffee! Loved the 2 bathrooms - a bit of a luxury when away from home, unusual actually, but then
There were just the 2 of us staying so we used it all! Extremely well
Equipped place and all very well set out and easy to find. We
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Not so keen on the Tabletop - didn’t seem to respond well to
Wiping. Maybe I didn’t look well enough for some place mats/
Coasters etc.
- Breffni (9/5): -
- Elizabeth (9/5): A gorgeous stay - What a beautiful location and property. It was gorgeous and well set up. The decor was gorgeous and the main bathroom the suze of a dance floor. The beds weren't that comfortable for me, a bit soft but I do have many aches and pains.
- Callum (10/5): -
- Adrian (10/5): Accommodation l would use again - Nothing
- Kathleen (9/5): -
- Maria (7/5): Loved the location - Self catering
Loved the location and the size of the Villa
I left items behind and receive a call to advise of this. The cleanliness was not amazing.
There were no instuctions on how to use appliances in the property or how we should leave the property (bins empty etc)
- Shell (8/5): Weekend in Dunsborough - Great layout, really spacious, close to town. Nothing, was a great little unit
- Mathilda (5/5): Fantastiskt läge men dålig städning.
- Andrea (8/5): Good spot with easy access to a lot of the region. - Easy access, very large house with lots of living space. Expectations of guests on checkout a little excessive. Some important touches missing (e.g. no face washers).
- Ashlee (10/5): -
- bronagh (1/5): Awful - The beds were so so uncomfortable I have seriously hurt my back and have to get a massage. I have never experienced pain like it. My whole body is still hurting
- Gemma (10/5): -
- Jennifer (8/5): Great value for money, good location. Has good amenities in the villa, everything we needed - Location was great, very close to town. Short drive to beaches/attractions. There is a walking/bike path into town. Blockout blinds would’ve been great. It was very bright in the morning and I appreciate a sleep in on holidays!
Not a complaint, but would be great to have a play area for young kids to keep them occupied during the down time. Only reason we wouldn’t stay for a longer duration.
- Jean (10/5): Great stay in lovely villa - The location of the property was great. There is a bitumen path from the villas all the way into Dunsborough centre and only takes about 15 minutes steady walk through the shady trees. A 10 minute walk the other way is Baileys Brewing with good beer, wine and very good pub food. The apartment itself was very spacious and comfortable with quality furniture, furnishings and kitchen appliances. Importantly for me it was spotlessly clean. The bed (we only used the main bedroom) was very comfortable and the ensuite excellent. We arrived on a very hot day but the ducted aircon was efficient and quiet. The outside deck was lovely too, although we didn't use it due to a wedding and winery visits! Can't think of anything - probably too short a stay!
- Jelena (8/5): Lovely space and place. We will be back! - Location was great and space was lovely. We enjoyed the space it was perfect for us and our son. We had everything that we needed. Outdoor furniture on the balcony is a little dated and lets off a colour when you sit on it. We would have liked to sit more on the balcony.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was not great when we go there, it seemed that it wasn’t vacuumed well, but we fixed that.
- Wayne (10/5): - Convenient Nothing
- Kate (9/5): -
- Beth (9/5): -
- Karen (8/5): -
- Jo (10/5): Loved the house - Amenities at the house where all good Just a heads up on extra parking would be good to know
- Valsan (9/5): -
- Kellie (10/5): Christmas/New year break - I loved the location to Dunsborough town.
We got to see a Kangaroo right next to the villa on the bush! Just lots of bugs in the villa. Its super normal being right next to the bush. Just best to shake the towel and blanket before use. We'd love to come back!
- Jeanette (8/5): -
- carmela (10/5): Because of the terrible weather some days we found boring, nothing to do - Breakfast was not provided or included Villa was very comfortable, Dunsborough is a quiet place, we had terrible weather, did not go to the beach for a swim.
- Danielle (10/5): -
- Jennifer (8/5): We enjoyed our stay, thankyou. - Close to town Lack of privacy because the blinds were broken.
- Suzette (10/5): Brilliant - Great stay, thank you What is not to like? Everything was perfect!
- Sevasti (10/5): - It was clean, comfortable and a great location and great value. No full length mirror.
- Ik Fei (10/5): -
- Vicky (9/5): -
- Bent (10/5): -
- Raymond (10/5): -
- Chris (10/5): Excellent accommodation - Comfortable and clean. Excellent condition Good aircon Nil
- carmelo (9/5): -
- Helen (6/5): The property was well maintained and well appointed. - Beds were super comfortable and the property had almost everything one would need on a stay there. The seating in the lounge looked nice, but was uncomfortable - especially the sofa. It needed to be much deeper for anyone over 160cms.
- Duncan (9/5): - Meat tidy and had everything we needed
- Lal Ram Liana (8/5): -
- Abbie (7/5): -
- Tarsh (9/5): -
- graham (10/5): -
- Karen (8/5): - Great location, a short walk to the main town.
- Wee Lee (10/5): -
- Danielle (2/5): The wifi was terrible - I couldn’t work & we couldn’t even watch a movie without it buffering every 5 minutes. -
- shelley (10/5): Perfect summer break holiday - Location.
Quality of the building
Well appointed
The complex Nothing I liked everything
- Pullella (8/5): -
- Ben (10/5): - Short walk to town along a nature footpath. Place was lovely to stay at. Recommend for families and groups. Would stay at again.
- Peng (9/5): -
- Philip (8/5): Our stay was enjoyable, inside the villa was clean. Also very convenient to all restaurants and attractions - Location Lots of cobwebs at the front of property where you sat for food or to use the bbq
- Helena (9/5): - Great location. Very clean and well equipped. We would return and recommend to others.
- Carolyne (10/5): Exactly what we needed after a busy day exploring the area. - God size, well equipped, clean and modern. Nothing.
- Brittany (10/5): -
- Chiranthi (10/5): - We stayed at number 17, it was great and we had a really comfortable stay. Villa was close to Dunsborough town but in a quiet, secluded location. There was a well equipped kitchen, spacious hall and nice, comfortable rooms which was ideal for our group of 3 people. Having a little balcony to sit out in was a nice plus. Definitely recommend :)
- David (8/5): - Large space and well-equipped kitchen, ideal for a group of 5. Closely located to Dunsborough. Two toilets for the three rooms. View of the sea from the balcony.
- Julia (10/5): Great location, clean and neat - Clean and great location Nothing
- theressa (10/5): Adding this one to my favourites list , will stay again - Location, style and decor Nothing I didn’t like my only suggestion would be maybe to pop a shower squeegee in the bathrooms to be able to wipe shower screens over after showering
- Erica (10/5): Cape Villa 8 - Great lay out, love a lock up garage, good location, good views.
Separate levels within house made it good for personal space. Villa was nicely presented and clean. Good range of appliances and basic tea/ coffee were available.. Nice linen and towels Could have had a few more coffee pods and another milk.
- Tim (10/5): Brilliant, we’ll be coming back for sure. - Quiet location but only a couple of minutes drive from town centre.
Easy access to town, Cape / Bay side beaches, Yalls & beyond.
Really well appointed kitchen, laundry, etc.
Very comfortable and for both short and long stays. Time for a new iron & ironing board.
