Guest Reviews
- Nicole (9/5): Spacious, clean accommodation. - Great accommodation. Very spacious with all the amenities you need. Key collection and return very easy. Very clean, would stay again. The only thing (and this isn’t the fault of the accommodation) is that there are private beach clubs all along the shore where the house is. Therefore, if you don’t have a car, you need to walk 2-3km to a public beach or take a tram/bus.

- Alexander (9/5): Great longer-term stay in coastal Athens - Visited Athens to combine a month of business and leisure in January, and found this property at a location near friends. The actual premises appear to be a semi-detached, ADU-style couple of ground-floor condos, tucked in the rear yard of a condos building at the address. This feels like a more private setting than staying at a typical condo on a building floor. Location-wise, Voula is one of the nicer south Athens suburbs that is adjacent to the town of Glyfada. If unaware, both of these neighborhoods are in the Athens riviera so you are close to the sea. The unit is in a residential area, so it is a great choice for a rather quiet setting with better parking options. On the flip side, this means city, shops and cafes/bars/entertainment are not exactly outside your door, but everything's still very close by car. For me, I loved the setting being close to my friends, and I found myself often taking walks (~15' to seaside promenade, ~30' to Glyfada downtown in one direction, and ~30' to Voula downtown in the opposite). Without car, a bus stop is about 5' away, and tram is within a 10'-15' walk. The unit is property-managed; communication has been very easy, clear, and responsive (been contacted timely with useful information, directions about keys pick-up and drop-off at the entrance door key-lock box). The unit is in an overall good shape, and equipped with all home amenities you could need in a condo. Over my month-long stay, I encountered no issues, and I was pleasantly contacted by management that offered sheets and cleaning refreshes a few times during the stay. Climate control was fine with the two AC units. I particularly appreciated the washing machine; there is a folding drying hanger which worked fine for me indoors even in the winter. About half the drawers and closets are owner-locked, but I felt I had plenty of space left. Some people might find the bathroom bathtub a little high, yet it was no problem for me. My month-long stay was plenty of time to experience the good, the bad--and the one ugly. Starting from the bottom, the one and only ugly element was nothing about the unit itself, but rather the fact that right outside the living room wall there is construction. Note that, as of January 2026, a new condos post-COVID construction fever is taking place all over, and in almost every other city block in these suburbs, thus affecting the broader area for a while. Also as of January 2026, construction by the unit was at the foundation level (digging, no frame yet). Maybe due to the winter weather, construction work was spotty: For about 2/3 of the month I stayed, I sensed no construction work. Alas, on a few days noise was too-much to handle, especially as I needed to work in the mornings. Bottom-line on this topic for me, the whole experience was understandably reasonable, but I am raising a flag of caution. If you plan to be out and about during work hours (as expected when visiting Greece!) then you need not even worry about it. Moving on, I only have one negative remark about the unit itself. The way the unit is built, it has floor-to-ceiling windows on the internal side facing the plot, and walls on the other sides. The living room has one such window by the also-glass entrance door, and the bedroom has glass sliding french doors. Both rooms have mechanized shutters that fully cover the exterior, and drapes. Although I never felt unsafe, it felt a little awkward that shutters-up allow anyone in the yard to look in after dark (or possibly break in). For this, I personally kept shutters closed. Replacing the glass window entrance door with a solid one might be a good idea, too. Finally, a couple minor improvement suggestions: (i) Maybe replace the super-soft bed mattress with a more universally-acceptable firmer one; for some people, this set-up can be an orthopedic deal-breaker.
- Mei (7/5): - Good location and clean. Provided cot and high chair for baby. Too many locked cabinets, leaving not much space to put our stuff.
Dirty broom and dustpan, made the floor even dirty, could of provided a new broom instead or hoover.
Lack of hot water.
Very creaky doors and bed
Too many lights not working
- Jozef (5/5): - Nizke a makke postele, malo ulozneho priestoru..
- Katarzyna (9/5): - Sprawna klimatyzacja. Położenie apartamentu z ogrodem. Lepiej niż w bloku.
Duży stół, Wygodne fotele i łóżka. Za mało miejsca w szafkach jak dla trzech osób na pobyt dwutygodniowy.
Niby szaf i szafek jest dużo ale są niedostępne.
