• Lucy (6/5): Disappointing accommodation but good location - Location very good, we like the Dusodoro It's not an "apartment" as advertised it's two bedrooms with an adjoining door. No access to the kitchen except through the second bedroom. The photos sell you a bigger space. It's verging on false advertising. Bed wasn't a double but two singles pushed together, something I really dislike. Only 1 towel per person is mean for a 5 night stay. Three tiny tissues in the box. No body lotion in one of the bathrooms. No other bathroom extras. A long highly detailed inventory which you'd only normally see if you were renting long term.

• Anno (9/5): Tolle Lage, tolle Einrichtung. P-L-V okay. Superschön - Sehr schön eingerichtet. Unser Appartment hatte leider keinen Wasserblick, war aber dafür supercosy. Ein ganz wenig dunkel. Das gilt aber nur für eines der drei Appartments. Dafür ist es aber extrem „kuschelig“ - wir mochten das sehr.
• MK (10/5): Suurepärane korter puhkuseks. - Ilus, mugav, ruumikas korter. Imeline vaade. Väga hea asukoht: toidupood, restoranid, vaporetto peatus läheduses. Laupäev 9.00 kuni esmaspäev 7.00 ei ole võimalik prügi ära viia. Aga see on linna probleem, mitte korteri korraldus.

• Emmanuel (10/5): Confortable, plein soleil, ambiance artistique et culturelle du quartier - La vue, l''orientation sud, l'emplacement, le calme et la décoration de l'appartement. Le lit est un peu dur. L'équipement de la cuisine est minimum. Le lave vaisselle lave tout juste. Même si la qualité et les services sont excellents, le prix est élevé.
• Isabel (9/5): - Beautiful apartment on Zattere with a wonderful view to the Laguna. Clean and beautifully decorated. The boats come and go all the time right in front of the house but only add to the charm. They stop late into the evening though. The dishwasher didn't work properly, even after intervention from staff. A small washing machine would be a plus for longer stays like ours. Price is high. We made a last minute reservation, so we didn't have a wide choice. The location was perfect to catch the traghetto to Lido (we had tickets for the Mostra del Cinema), but when they stopped at Zattere they were often full. Of course this is not the fault of our hosts.

• Giedre (7/5): Overpriced - Nice decorations in the appartment, quite clean. Overpriced. The air conditioner is very loud, so for sensitive people could be a challenge to sleep at night and no option to open a window because of mosquitos.

• Ingo (4/5): - We stayed at this property a year ago and had a wonderful time – the apartment was lovely and had a fantastic view of the canal. It was that positive memory that led us to book again. Unfortunately, this time was disappointing. The apartment shown in the photos was not the one we were given. Although it was in the same building, it had a completely different (and much less appealing) view, facing a dilapidated wall instead of the canal, yet it was priced similarly. We felt misled. Additionally, we accidentally left a small bag of cash behind during our first visit. A kind member of staff contacted us and offered to return it, but unfortunately we were unable to collect it at the time. On our return, we were informed that it had been disposed of after three months and that the former employee had taken action on her own accord. And of course, there was no concession from the management in any form. Therefore, our impression is mixed: the accommodation itself is well located, but you should check carefully what you book, and we found the management's treatment of guests unacceptable.

Pulizia e servizio di consegna chiavi perfetti , vista sul canale della Giudecca molto suggestiva. Dotata anche di altana , appena defilata per ammirare al meglio i fuochi della notte del Redentore

Apartment is a very good size and the interior decoration is very well presented. Beautiful apartment. quality materials used. This is a very nice apartment Very good fridge. Great kitchenette stocked with all plates glasses basic cooking equipment. Good steam iron Air conditioning not too strong for summer . The system struggled a bit . Toiletries basic. Hand soap and body wash only. No tea ,coffee or sugar or cleaning cloth. Bed just needed a comfort layer. Mattress felt a little bony.
• Jane (9/5): Great apartment and good location - We chose the apartment because it was within walking distance of St Mark’s Square, Zattere ferry wharf, lot so eateries and tourist sights. It was easy to get around. Our host was very helpful and greeted us when we arrived and left.
• Jonathan (7/5): Be very careful! - The location was excellent. Being right on the Zattere gave an expansive outlook that is rare in Venice. (Although consequently quite noisy when windows opened). Check in arrangements went smoothly. One bedroom was spacious and had a good sized bathroom and shower (not so the other). Ample hot water and good water pressure. Great altana. Spotlessly clean an nicely decorated This is an accurately described property. It really is a suite as all rooms other than the bathrooms interconnect in one line. (They do however have separate external doors). This means that two couples staying together do need to know each other very well! The air conditioning was totally inadequate in the better bedroom though somewhat better in the one off the kitchen but this did not help because of the need to close the double interconnecting doors for privacy. After our departure the agency claimed we had damaged a shower door and charged us the entire security deposit. I completely dispute this and contended that any damage that occurred must have been due to a loose retaining grub screw. When we left the property the door was not in the condition shown to me in a later photograph. As we were back in the UK however we could not prevail in the dispute. I strongly recommend you insist on a representative being present when you check out.

The problem was that they told is we could leave our luggages at their office the day we were leaving, but when we got there the office was closed as it was Sunday. The pamphlet they leave at the apartment also said that the office was working on Sunday.

The apartment itself is a perfect blend of comfort and style—from the plush beds and linens to the modern design and elegant entrance. Every detail reflects thoughtful taste and quality. And the altana balcony? A true gem, with a great view. A wonderful stay—we would return in a heartbeat!

Especially when windows are open because air conditioning does not work. Air conditioning was not working and we had to find another place for 2nd night.

• John (10/5): An excellent stay in a well organized apartment. - The apartment was great and very useable in a great location. Several excellent restaurants literally just a few yards away. It was also easy to contact the management company. Also there were terific views from the apartment.
• Tatiana (3/5): Deception when booking - we liked the beautiful picture which had nothing to do with the reality at check-in. - Clean 1. When booking, there were other photos of a large room with high ceilings, with the atmosphere of a beautiful Venetian palazzo. The rooms were small with low ceilings and modern furniture. A big disappointment when checking in. 2. The check-in process took over an hour! We were explained the rules for a long time, checked the list of dishes in the kitchen, decorative items, vases, etc. We were required to sign a paper with the list of items and explained that if we broke anything we had to inform the administration immediately. It took up a lot of precious time that we had planned to spend on watching the Biennale of art! 3. And most importantly) - having paid more than 800 euros - we are obliged to take all the rubbish out of the apartment! Otherwise we will be fined by the administrators. This is the first time for Mei numerous visits and bookings of accommodation in Venice!

Direct access from the airport, train station or other islands of the city. The water transport's stop is just in the front of the entrance. The apartment was not clean enough.

• Monique (9/5): We were extremely happy with our stay, loved the apartment, it’s ammunition and the location. Would highly recommend. - the location was beyond perfect, the accommodations were modern and very spacious. the view from our room was extraordinary and we had plenty of natural light coming into the room. wonderful to have a small fridge and kitchen stove top, dishwasher and other appliances. they also allowed us to check in early which was extremely helpful since we arrived around 11 am. the a/c worked well but never got super cold. we are from Florida and are used to having our a/c on 70 Fahrenheit. it was extremely hot during the days we were there, and in all fairness it worked as well as the other hotels we stayed in during our stay in Italy.
• Loren (10/5): Superior stay in Venice! - The location was great!, being right by the Zattere water bus stop. We took the Vaporetto water bus from the Venice city center upon arrival as well as to the Marco Polo airport, so convenient. The two bedroom property was spacious, clean and comfortable. Only 15 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. Great restaurants and shops close by. We felt very safe traveling and staying here! The A/c takes awhile to cool the space down. Keeping drapes closed during the day will help. The safe wasn’t installed / bolted down in closet, but this could easily be remedied.
• Mara (10/5): We had an excellent experience staying at this apartment. - Lovely spacious and clean apartment with an amazing view. Isabella was extremely obliging and helpful and gave us really good information on arrival. She also arranged transfer to and from the airport. nothing.
• Stefan (10/5): Fantastic Apartment with a great view ! - Great Apartment, location is fantastic, a bit quieter location away from the main busy areas but still within 3min walking distance to Accademia Bridge, about 15min to St Mark's square. View from the bedroom and living room is directly onto the Giudecca Canal ! The apartments have a shared small terrace on top of the building which makes for a really nice location for breakfast or after sunset. All arrangements worked great, agency also managed to get us a taxi boat from airport when our usual booking contact had no more space, upon arrival the check-in worked very smoothly, even after hours at midnight, many thanks ! I would definitely book again and highly recommend this apartment. nothing, all was perfect !
• Adamwz (10/5): Nice stay in Venice - The apartment has a beautiful view of the water. It is a please walk away from the Piazza San Marco. It has easy access by water boat from the Venice garage area. There is a large supermarkets not far away (Conad).

We were met by an extremely friendly woman who handed over the keys and told us all we needed to know about the apartment and the neighborhood. What a nice welcome! Everything is as good as the pictures show, it is a very nice and spotless apartment. A great bonus which I did not realize is that it is located super close to a waterbus station, which meant that we did not have to drag our suitcases through half of Venice. A great little grocery store is just a few minutes away and lots of restaurants in a 10 minute radius. From now on we will stay here when we are in Venice.
• Claire (7/5): Beautiful modern apartment on the Zaterre. - High quality, modern renovation in great location. Two beautiful bathrooms. The living room area is dark (the two windows overlook a passage between two buildings) and there are not enough electrical plugs :)

• Will (9/5): This was our best spot out of a 14day trip through Italy. - The location was the best on the island! At Zaterre - near the water bus - overlooking the Giudecca Canal - close to many Museums. The apartment spoke of culture and refinement. The whole place must have recently been refurbished in the very best of style. Kind welcoming pack left for us as well. The living room had been changed into another bedroom - so to have access through to the beautiful main bedroom -poses a problem with privacy as their is no door, thus leading straight into the kithchen. This place is ideal for a family with children. The floor space in the kitchen was almost OK but the there are no surfaces to even put the kettle on - unless you close the beautifully designed lid for the sink and stove! Bottom line - rather eat out!
