• Simone (7/5): Hard to sleep — light and noise at night - The apartment is exactly as advertised. Salvatore was very kind and helpful throughout the stay, always available for any questions. Check-in was smooth and easy, with clear instructions and good communication. Although the apartment matches the pictures, some aspects could be improved. There were no basic essentials like oil, salt, scissors, soap, shampoo, shower gel, or paper towels — items I usually find in Booking apartments. This didn’t affect my overall rating, as they’re small and easy to fix. However, I did lower the score because 2 bedrooms have a high glass panel connecting them, so when someone turns on the light in one room, the other lights up too. This makes it difficult to sleep if guests go to bed at different times. In addition, the windows facing both the courtyard and the street are not soundproof at all — you can hear people talking, walking, or cars passing by even late at night. Cleaning could also be improved: I found hair in the bathroom, some objects and dust under the sofa, and a few areas not properly cleaned.

• Delphine (5/5): Pourrait être mieux - Bonne literie. Emplacement non loin du métro. Beaucoup de rangement. Ménage et équipements à revoir. Lave-vaisselle dégoûtant. Pas de produits sanitaires comme évoqué dans l'annonce, de même pour le soi-disant jardin. Prévoir masques de nuit car l'une des 3 chambres est illuminée par le réverbère de la rue. Très mauvaise insonorisation de cette chambre, on entend les bruits de la rue et de l'appartement voisin. Bel appartement au départ mais mal mené par les occupants et mal entretenu, c'est dommage. Les informations pour trouver le logement ne sont pas claires.

• Mubarak (5/5): Not the best considering the city of Milan - Close proximity to metro station and town center No kitchen towel,no hand wash soap,no salt and not even a bottle of welcoming water.

• Schwan (8/5): Nice and friendly host, spacious apartment, but no parking on site, and a bit noisy. - The apartment was well-equipped, close to public transport, and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. The host is very friendly and helpful. The property does not have private parking as advertised, you have to park a 5-minute walk away, and it's rather expensive. The property is also not insulated, therefore sleeping at night can become a problem, as you can hear all the noise from the street and upstairs neighbours.
