• Carlotta (10/5): Comfortable, quiet and modern apartment close to transportation options. - It was a very comfortable apartment with every amenity needed! The host is very kind and available for questions. There was plenty of coffee and snacks for breakfast and the host even left a large bottle of beer and a bottle of Spumante to welcome us to Rome. The beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed, and the shower was wonderful with plenty on water pressure and hot water available. The apartment is very quiet, even with a busy street below and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. A great find close to transit options! Everything was great!

• Maria Pia (10/5): Appartamento nuovo e in posizione strategica - L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco, è corredato di tutto il necessario per una bella vacanza. È posto al 5° piano con ascensore, silenzioso , con aria condizionata e il parcheggio è comodo, in strada o in garage. E' vicino alla metro e ai supermercati. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci è venuto incontro ad ogni necessità.

The location is good, 5 minutes tram to Termini which was great with suitcases. Good air-conditioning!!! Much needed in Roman summer. Clean bathroom Would recommend as a great place for exploring Rome Nothing, everything was perfect

• Maryna (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed staying at this place🥰 Gianluca is very hospitable and friendly. There is everything in the apartments what a person needs for a comfortable stay. There is a good supermarket in 5 min of walk, park, lots of cafes, restaurants, gelaterias and so on. The metro and bus stations are also in 5-7min walking. We could easily get to the city center, Vatican, de Trevi fountain and others. 10 min from Termini station. Very good location, pleasant atmosphere, comfortable apartments. Thank you, Gianluca ❤🧡💛
• Roman (10/5): Nice - We had a lovely stay in Rome! The apartment was freshly renovated, clean, and nicely decorated. Its location was very convenient — within walking distance to many main attractions. The host was kind and even left us a small treat, which was a thoughtful touch. We also appreciated the flexibility with a late check-in. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Rome!

• Madeleine78 (10/5): Home in Rome - Beautiful apartment, just like in the photos! Wonderful central location, very close to Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica and Vittorio Emmanuele metro station. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes very close. The owner, Gianluca, a wonderful host! He even showed us the neighborhood when we arrived! 😊 I definitely recommend it!
• Natalia (10/5): Сozy apartment which has everything you need - Big, clean, nice, spacious and cozy apartment which has everything you need. We had the apartment with two separate rooms: big common room with the kitchen with sofa bed, sleeping room with big king-size bed and bathroom (big shower + toilet + bidet). The apartment has 2 separate air conditioners and heating. The host has 2 apartments opposite to each other and changed our booked apartment on arrival: we were happy about this change. All windows in all rooms have additional blackout jalousie. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped - tableware for everything, as well as all cutlery and kitchen utensils: toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer. Bathrooms are also good and very clean, contain shower gels, shampoos and soaps. The apartment is located in the safe and quiet local people area. Colosseum is around 17 min walking distance, metro station - 3-4 minutes, railway station - 15-17 minutes. The host Jan Luca is very kind nice man, who is always ready to help the guests. He was waiting for out late night arrival from the airport helping with advices on each our step on the way to the apartment. His hospitality is beyond the praise: for our arrival were prepared sweets, extremely tasty sparkling wine, coffee and milk capsules, tea, sugar. His advices are very helpful. We greatly recommend this apartment. Jan Luca, thank you so much! It will be nice to have big tea cups :-)
• Erika (9/5): A nice cute and clean apartment -10 min walk to train station - The host was amazing, although there was so confusion at first, he was wonderful and showed us the place. Since I was traveling with a friend,(he assumed we were a couple), but he still immediately made the fold out couch in the living room for us, which was really kind. The apartment would be great for one person. I was confused, by the listing, there are actually TWO different apartments that he rents out (that share a door, that then goes into two separate doors). Our apartment was nice and clean and we watched Netflix while there .We arrived in the afternoon and left the next morning, so there isnt much else to say. I think this would be a perfect place for a solo traveler or couple. Also it was only about a 10 min walk to the train station, which was great I noticed in the morning, it was a bit loud out the window. Obviously the host cannot control this, but it was something to notice
