Miriam (5/5): Passable - Self check-in without additional fees, nice bedroom, large bathroom (but small shower stall), metro station Cipro really close We ordered for 4 people but beds were prepared only for 2. We came at night, tired and had to unfold sofa and search trough closets for pillows, blankets, bed linen. Nothing was prepared. Smart lock via WiFi is a good idea but when we came it did not work-be sure the agency provided you with a Code to unlock the apt.manually otherwise you can be locked outside on the staircase. Wifi was good only in living room, unstable signal in bedroom.
Julia (10/5): An apartment with the soul ✨️ - An apartment with the soul and an amazing atmosphere ✨️ It had everything you need: fully equipped kitchenette, home appliances like iron (which might be very useful during trip), and air conditioning. Looks exactly like on the photos. Easy access to the apartment at any time. Unproblematic check-in and check-out. Close to metro and supermarket. Noise from the road, but it's not under owners control.

Van (1/5): Horrible smell, fungus and urine on ceiling, no AC, main traffic right under the windows - Non, were were lied to and set up. We did not get what we were promised to. Most horrible smelling place, fungus and urine on the ceiling in the bedroom. When we arrived there was no fresh air in the the apartment, we had about 55 degrees Celsius inside. We traveled with two small children. It was impossible to sleep in the bedroom, all four of us slept in the living room, two of us on the floor. We complained and was told that we will be reimbursed, which never happened. All communication have stopped towards us once we checked out. Also, many time there were was no hot water to shower, only ice cold, had to restart the heating unit. The windows cannot be opened because the main traffic is right under and front of the windows, constant smoke and smog is coming into the apartment. Toiled cannot be flushed correctly and it leaks. Cannot cook and gas stove did not work. All dusty and uncleaned. We were totally lied to and mislead when booked the place. The place is totally unhealthy and caused sickness to us. We all got sick. Avoid and stay away at all cost.
