• Ann (9/5): Beautiful property with a balcony and direct view of Zermatt - The property was in a great, convenient, but quiet location. We used the balcony every day to enjoy the view of Zermatt. The property was furnished very nicely. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen (even though we didn't cook). The instructions for collecting the keys and which unit to go to were confusing. I referred to the final communication from the owner with the key codes, but it didn't explain which unit we were supposed to go to. We were lucky that a neighbor came downstairs while we were trying to figure it out and told us. Perhaps a few more items in the kitchen would be nice--a bread knife, plastic wrap. We would have liked to have had extra pillows--we received only the one per bed. We could not use the ones in the spare bedroom, because they didn't have cases.
