• Bas (7/5): - Prijs/kwaliteit is prima mede gezien de locatie in Londen. We waren nogal wat tijd kwijt met het vinden van het juiste sleutelkastje, mede vanwege een verkeerde code.

• Nathan (1/5): Disappointing. - Location was ok in proximity to Camden Photos on listing do not accurately depict the run down nature of the actual property. Half the furniture is missing. It is small, dirty, with damage all an over the property, not to mention the Yale lock on the door is completely bust with the door frame gouged and exposed wiring. Definitely not “fabulous”. The key code given via email was incorrect. This was resolved quickly when calling the host. There is no parking as advertised. You are advised to park on the road opposite and leave by the time given on the general road signs.

• Megan (1/5): The property for you! - If you like sleeping in filthy accommodations, with yellow sheets, black mold, and a front door thats been kicked in - this is the property for you! The "lobby" gives you that sought after Hollywood horror movie vibe. Flickering lights, corners stained with piss, and concrete tagged with obscenities? You'll want to make sure you're wearing your brown pants. Let's not discount the smell of weed that REALLY sells the 'a crack home not a Crack house' mentality. If the lobby sounds good, WAIT till you see the property itself! A front door thats been kicked in and you can only lock from the outside? Perfect for those late night suprise visitors! Want something to liven up your stay? Well grab hold of the exposed wiring! Its sure to add that extra something to your holiday. Looking for more time off from work when you get home? Breathe easy in the bathroom covered in black mold. Recomedation is to get in the (broken) shower to really aerosol those tasty spores! If for some reason you DON'T love this property, Booking.com will be there to ignore your complaints, give you the runaround and refuse a refund. Sure, you'll have to spend another 1500$ on emergency accommodation, but you get to enjoy countless calls with the lovely booking.com staff who are trained to parrot the company line - "We're sorry this happened to you, but we won't be helping!" • Margaux (5/5): Manque de nettoyage. - Chambres spacieuses, bien situé. À 20min à pied de la gare internationale. La propreté. Sincèrement, j'ai vu beaucoup de commentaires négatif à se sujet et je suis d'accord sur la négligence de ce côté là. Le sol a peine nettoyé, les tables, chaises... Pas propre. Il faut faire un effort de ce côté. Le bouton pour réglé l'eau de la douche était cassé également. Pas de papier dans les toilettes. Heureusement en fouillant on a trouvé quelques rouleaux. Pas de torchon dans la cuisine.

The beds were uncomfortable, no lounge or seating areas. this could be described as a dosshouse, somewhere workers would crash. definitely not suitable for anyone looking for even a normal level of cleanliness or comfort.
• Martina (1/5): NON PRENOTATE!!!!!! - L’unica cosa positiva era la posizione molto vicina alla fermata della metro. L’appartamento era sporchissimo. Ma prima di questo tenuto malissimo, pareti macchiate, il bagno completamente coperto di muffa come anche le finestre di tutto l’appartamento. Avevano lasciato diverse bottiglie di liquore, probabilmente di ospiti precedenti. Il kit cortesia erano prodotti da bagno sotto marca del supermercato, aperti e usati da chi ha soggiornato prima noi, inaccettabile se si parla di kit cortesia si parla di prodotti nuovi e sigillati. La sera prima arrivano indicazioni per il check in totalmente casuali. Non ti spiegano quale delle keybox aprire (ce ne sono diverse) ne quale cancello porta al condominio dove si trova l’appartamento. La prima sera siamo stati senza riscaldamento in quanto non ci è stato spiegato come accenderlo (a fine ottobre, con una minima di notte di 5 gradi). Abbiamo poi contattato la struttura per capire come funzionasse, senza risposta. Abbiamo poi trovato il modo di farlo partire. Specificando che non potevamo lasciarlo acceso quando uscivamo di casa, specifico di nuovo si trattava di fine ottobre. La porta è totalmente insicura, vi vengono date 2 chiavi ma in realtà è solo una che apre la porta. C’è una sorta di cancellino prima ma che non si chiude e la serratura in sé è molto fragile. La cucina ha un forte odore di muffa, probabilmente arriva dal frigo che oltre a puzzare ha ripiani con macchie di muffa e vaschette con del liquido che non sappiamo da dove arrivi in quanto vuoto. Il forno e le stoviglie fornite abbiamo dovuto pulirle prima di utilizzarle in quanto SPORCHISSIME. Nei ripiani oltre lo sporco viene anche fornitura una presina per il forno, dopo averci messo la mano ho dovuto lavarla essendoci dentro una sostanza oleosa e giallognola. Anche nei ripiani sporco e macchie probabilmente mai pulite. Il bagno con wc anch’esso sporco e maleodorante. Il cestino aveva macchie indefinite. In bagno la situazione era la peggiore dalla doccia al soffitto alla finestra pieno di muffa.

• Pevzner (8/5): Great location - The location is great, very close to underground. Walking distance from Camden market. We were 5 and it felt spacious. The bathroom is separate from the toilet which is also an advantage. The only con is that it wasn’t clean and there was mold in the bathroom ceiling.

• Alana (8/5): - Great location found easily. Was only for an overnight stay for a concert so suited our needs. Would absolutely stay again. Could do with a freshen up. There was no living space apart from a table with 4 chairs around in main bedroom. Rules stated no food or drink in bedrooms and only a small breakfast bar with 2 stools in kitchen. There were 5 of us so would be difficult to eat if staying for a longer duration.

I have already informed you that two kids are coming, so the bedroom has not been cleaned and is dusty (after cleaning). On the second day, a person is coming to this flat, and I informed him that the bathroom cold water pipe is not working, but he did not mind. We are very disappointed with this apartment.

Really easy to get round city. Could do with a pick me up, new tv (didn’t work), but all in all can’t complain too much.

The shower handle was broken, the walls were dirty, the whole building and flat is run down. The host wanted everybody out by 10am and left himself in while we were dressing to leave. I’d avoid at all costs unless you just want somewhere to sleep. The beds were comfortable and clean.

• Natasha (6/5): Cheap! - Like other reviewers have commented, the flat was very dusty, dirty and a bit mouldy. There was litter on the balcony, broken doors and generally unkempt. Heating didn't seem to work - some instructions would have been useful. The keybox was low to the ground and hard to find - a photo from a previous reviewer helped massively, I was glad I did my homework for that one!! The key code was wrong on the check in instructions so we had to phone owner (who was very friendly and did answer quickly). Check out instructions in the flat were different to ones on booking.com, which was confusing. HOWEVER, the location itself was great - close to tube, very quiet area. Cheap place for 1 night. You get what you pay for!

Difficult to find the key box as there were 2. When we opened it, the key wasn't there. The intercom wasn't working, we arrived as the cleaner was cleaning the flat but couldn't get in from downstairs. We waited for the key as there was only one set for us and the cleaner. Kettle has limescale, couldn't use. Not as clean as I thought it could be, mould in shower, fake eye lashes stuck to the wardrobe door, all sinks could be cleaner. Old onions kept in the cupboard. No hairdryer but the owner did provide one and was helpful.

Checkin experience was bad, location of the key lockbox was described in a rather vague fashion and the code we were sent was wrong. Also the place was fairly dirty with some mold in places. Even though it was cold the heating didnt seem to work.

Nothing stood out that should not have, it was fairly clean, there were some toiletries available which was good. The bed in the main bedroom was broken meaning only 1 person could sleep on it and very carefully too. My brother had to use the bench which folded out into a bed (good thing that was there) however there were not any extra blankets available so the sleep was broken.

• Richard (1/5): DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE!!! - Nothing Had booked this place in July for a few friends to stay while out in Camden. Was really looking forward to it. At about 4pm on the day of check-in, I had a message to say that "there's a problem". No more information other than that. I messaged back to ask what the problem was and received no reply. I called numerous times as well and didn't get any responses. Finally, at nearly 9pm I got a call to say that the property is double booked. So that left me in London, with nowhere to stay, as everywhere was fully booked. When I told him that he best kick out the people that were there, as I had booked this nearly 3 months ago, I was told that it wasn't his problem and that I would need to contact booking.com. When I naturally got very angry with him over the phone, he just hung up on me and wouldn't answer or return any of my calls. Absolutely ruined my night. Luckily, I was able to stay with family, but that was a nearly 2 hour journey on the night bus. At no point have I been offered a full refund, I barely got an apology. I haven't heard from him since late on the night in question, so I guess I'll have to pray that booking.com is able to help. If I were you, I'd book somewhere else, as the person who runs this place doesn't care about anything but money.

• Victoria (7/5): Good value for lines simply due to the location. If you are looking for hotel quality, this won’t be your thing but if y - The location is amazing. A little tricky to find but not that bad but it was a nice day so didn’t mind walking round the block The sealant in the shower needs redoing desperately. And the ceiling not done properly. Black mould just painted over. Needs a fan in there! Not that it affected our stay, but the living room is a 3rd bedroom so if there are 3 people, you will be in someone’s room to socialise.

• Bethany (1/5): Avoid, no key and dirty apartment. - Host agreed to 1pm check in, we arrived to no key in the box. We contacted the host at 2pm (check in time) and was told there was no key because the cleaners had not been yet. The host did come and let us in around 2:20 (after agreeing to give us 1pm check in) and we had to sit in the dirty flat waiting for cleaners. We couldn’t leave until the cleaners had been as we didn’t want to leave our bags unattended. Cleaners changed bedding but the rest of the flat was dirty and not wiped down. The shower is mouldy and the shower head is rusted and unclean. The host should not have said it was okay to check in at 1pm when it wasn’t, on top of this there definitely should have been a key in the box by the 2pm check in time. To have to wait until after 2 to get into a dirty flat and then wait until after 3pm for it to be cleaned was disgusting.

Had to chase numerous times to get the information for the keys. No hot water so we couldn't use the shower. Tried to contact again with no reply!

Lovely kitchen The block where the flat is isn’t very nice, but once inside the flat it’s fine. No TV which disappointed the teen. Took us a little while to find access, a map might be helpful

• Sam (3/5): Dirty!! - The property was in a good location for reaching the tube station and Camden market. I didn't receive the check in details until very late into the day of arrival which was very disconserting. When we arrived at the location we struggled to find the key box. Is was not on a white wall as described, it was low to the ground on a grey wall. We then struggled to open the box and had to call the owner. They sent someone to open it for us. The property was not clean. Inside there was dust, hairs, bits of rubbish, mould and the windows were dirty. Outside on the balcony were cigarette butts and a carton of apple juice. The heating and hot water were not on when we arrived which meant the property was cold. Thankfully we managed to turn the boiler on and warm it up. The property lacked some basic equipment e.g. toaster, wifi, bedside tables and a TV. The flat was within a council block that smelt of Marijuana. It was very disappointing and we will not be returning to this property.

• Luke (8/5): Great spot for overnighting or even a couple of days or so. - accomodation is newly refurbed and is clean and secure. Kitchen well equiped Key box takes a little finding. A light bulb in the second bedroom would help as would an airiel lead for the TV. No real living space as its set up as a third bedroom

The key box is almost at floor level, meaning it is barely visible at night. Took us 50mins to locate, in the dark and pouring rain. In the instructions it should state: “The key box is black and at a low position on the wall, rather than at usual chest height”.

• Huyen (1/5): Just dont - Dont book. We waited for 30 minutes in the rain. Until a guy came to bring us the keys. Some of us didnt have a light bulb in the room. Some things were broken. Moldy bathroom. Go and look somewhere else.
• Tom (9/5): Camden Town is brilliant - Nice and bright little apartment. 30 seconds from the hustle and bustle of Camden Town Nothing with property. Communication in run up to coming was a bit stressful but apartment was fine
• Kathryn (8/5): Definitely would use again - Great location, quiet area and very near to centre of Camden and bus and tube links. Spacious, clean, good value, provided towels, bedding, handsoap, cleaning products etc. Was met by the host who explained clearly how things were used etc. Was pleasantly surprised with this booking and would recommend. A couple of broken objects such as cupboard door off on floor in toilet though dont think this was a big deal and could probably be easily fixed. Security door over front door couldn't be used as lock fitting broke, no light bulb in one of the bedrooms. Host was late letting us in to the property so we were very rushed getting ready once in and late for our dinner reservation which was disappointing.
• Tenorio (4/5): Host not very serious. - It was clean and brand new The zone wee the apartment is located. Also we had to wait 35 minutes outside to enter the apartment because the host was not ready even if I specified my check in time.
• Dara (6/5): It wasted us a lot of time in check in and it let us fell unsafe to stay here. - The apartment is clean and well equipped. The location is a bit far away from the station. The process of check in is hard and waste time. We could’t find the location based on the address showing in the booking appointment. We needed to call the household and waited for a key. At night, the surrounding streets are full of drunks, it let us fell insecure.
• Elizabeth (3/5): Disappointed with this booking. - Property was in a good location for tube, (about 3/4 mins walk to Mornington Crescent ) food shops, takeaway and restaurants Where do I start! Pictures on website look like it’s a plush very well cared for property, it’s not! If you were uni students or young people on a weekend getaway with no intention of spending too much time in the flat you’d be ok I guess. However traveling with a 10 and 7 year old it wasn’t fun! It’s in an ex council tower block, the key fob to let you in to the gate and building worked intermittently and we resorted to waiting for people to let us in or calling random numbers to ask to be let in, the guy who gave us the key said it worked randomly?? Communication was very poor we messaged at 2pm from theme park to say could we get there 6/7 rather than 5/6 as we found out it closed at 6 rather than 5 but they didn’t reply so we ended up leaving early to get there at correct time, but got stuck in traffic, eventually made contact to say we’re in traffic for him to say sorry I’m going it won’t be able to make it, I then texted back to say I had two kids with me and I had been trying to get a hold of them since 2, and just got a curt reply text when you’re there and I’ll get someone to let you in. The bedding was atrocious, pillows were flat as pancakes thankfully we had some in the car, I’m not exaggerating the pillow slip swamped the pillow! It’s not 3 bedrooms it’s 2 bedrooms with the 3rd in what would have been the lounge/dining room, so there was nowhere to communally sit ash’s. The 3rd room had a table in with 4 chairs that were that dirty I put plastic over them, then a towel to sit on. The balcony was disgusting completely full of cigarette ends, like hundreds not just a few so has not been cleaned in a long long time. The sealant had come off in the shower and was just hanging loose everywhere and the cupboard in the toilet was broken and off it’s hinges placed behind the door.

• Gemma (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great to be right in the centre of Camden and local bars etc. This property was very difficult to find and access. There were no instructions on how to access the property on arrival and we unfortunately had to wait almost an hour for the host to arrive and give us access in 30 degree sunshine after 4 hours travelling. There were dirty towels left in the property and socks behind a cupboard so it could do with a thorough deep clean. As a place to sleep after a busy day and night in Camden though it was great.

Access is a bit inconvenient, lift wasn’t working and entrance was via a stairwell. Would be nice to have WiFi access.
