- Stella (8/5): Perfect for our needs. - Quiet location so close to underground station. It felt safe and people were friendly. It was spacious and comfortable for our short stay. Having to go home.
- Mei Chin (9/5): 距離離地鐵站近 位置便利 超市購物方便 房子夠大 居住安靜 - 距離West Kensington 站走路3分鐘左右。屋主在入住前一天會提供詳細的取鑰匙以及如何到達住宿房的詳細影片 所以很方便尋找。住宿環境不錯鬧中取靜，走出去就有兩家連鎖超市 購物方便。房子夠大 廚房設施餐具齊全，雖然家具不是很新穎但還可以接受。電視可以用YouTube選看中文頻道。一家四口（兩個大青少年小孩）住起來很舒服。 若是房間的床可以變成180公分寬的話會更好 （他們是一般雙人床）夫妻兩個人睡起來不會太擠。還有就是透過平台的溝通，希望屋主可以預先準備客廳沙發床的鋪床 不知道哪個環節出錯沒有完成 還好衣櫥裡面有備份的寢具，所以只好自己鋪床。大門使用鑰匙鎖門以及進房後要鎖門有訣竅！要先把門的手把往上抬才可以上鎖。
- Craig (8/5): - Apartment was good. Spacious and clean. Address was bit confusing, Google maps takes you completely wrong way so make sure follow the video from owner. Suggest requesting to get that in advance.
- stacey (8/5): - Conveniently located within walking distance of 3 different underground stations. The property was clean and warm with lovely hot water and very comfortable beds. Self check in instructions were very detailed.
- Karen (8/5): Great location - Great location for Queens tennis club and general sightseeing in London . Close to the tube stops. Barons Court and West Kensington . The flat was very spacious , clean and comfortable. Ideal for us as a family. Only downside was the heat in the flat was unbearable. We did visit when it was 30c but we needed some fans to be available at the flat. We couldn’t open the windows completely in some rooms so it was like a sauna .
- A (10/5): Easy and comfortable with lovely hosts - Stayed with the family (3 kids), hosts communicated very well, picking up the keys was easy (a shop around the corner), West Kensington was a 5 minute walk and the stay was quiet and comfortable. There's a few late night shops around and also a very nice breakfast and coffee place around the corner (a few doors down from where keys are collected) called Hazel which is lovely. Great stay overall.

- J (1/5): Bad - Seemingly unsafe area and building. Neighbors were not friendly and staff unprepared despite our arrival 45 minutes after agreed check in time. Keys pick up was also arranged at a corner shop which came across as unprofessional. Flat itself is old and not up to par with what is available for the same price on the market.
