• Marloes (8/5): - Nice location, close to the heart of Exarchia and walking distance to the Lykavittus Hill. Apartment is well-equipped and well-sized for two people. As mentioned in other reviews, the couch has seen better days. The apartment has a bit of a musty smell but nothing that can’t be fixed with opening the windows for a bit.

• Olga Shyposha (5/5): - I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one I simply can't skip. The apartment is listed as 4-star accommodation, described as cozy and comfortable. Unfortunately, reality told a very different story. The sofa is completely broken and unusable. The cleanliness level is well below acceptable — some parts of the bathroom look like they haven't been properly cleaned in years. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls. The bathtub is tiny and the whole space feels like it was put together without any real thought for the guest's comfort or dignity. The furniture is in such poor condition that touching it was genuinely unpleasant. If you're earning money from rentals and calling it 4 stars, the very minimum is to keep the place clean and functional. This didn't come close to even 1 star in my experience. My advice to future guests: if you don't want to feel like you're staying in a barn, please avoid this place.

• Basiliki (1/5): - Unfortunately, my stay at this apartment was disappointing. The place was not properly cleaned — only the visible areas seemed to have been touched, while the rest was neglected. I contacted the host about it, and although they sent the cleaner again the next day, the result was still unsatisfactory. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when booking a place, and sadly, it was completely lacking here. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who values hygiene and attention to detail.

• Pietro (8/5): - The host was super. They allowed us to early checkin from 10am which was great. Location is super, you are in the center of Exarchia district with all the coffe places only minutes away. Not the greatest looking, but it does the job for the price :) I woudl stay again

• onike (8/5): - having publick bus to the centre just across the street.. number 25, 26, both bus will taking you to ermou street the shopping centre also plaka with all nice club for drinks and eat. 230 a bus that stop closer to airport bus settle X95, you just need to walk down. and there a locket to buy a bus ticket to airport also for publick bus ticket .. there is a good deal 10+1 .. you need to ask it. . also a bus 230 will driving you until to accropolis... having nice place for coffee and drink till late night .. around neighboorhood nice small bath room .. with stable hot shower. easy access to get in to room.. with a small box and code to open it to get the key. the host very nice person .. talk aktive about my time for check in also for check out, he even contacted me for my earing that i left in the bed. very kind from him. the apartment have smoking smell.. in all room. and the bed not really thick.

• Xanne (8/5): A great find for Athens on a budget. - The apartment was compact but made the best use of the space available. The bed was a good size and very comfortable, clean sheets and towels and plenty of hot water. The location was ideal as were were attending a concern at the Lycabettus theatre. The apartment was amazingly quiet even with the windows open considering it is in the centre of Athens. It was a bit of a walk from the nearest metro, but busses ran frequently along the road it is situated on. There were plenty of reasonably priced cafes and restaurants within easy distance and a few small independent jewelry/gift shops. It was ideal for our purpose and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to our friends. Communication with the owner (Kostas) was excellent and frequent so we had no concerns before our arrival. The accommodation was basic and functional and what we expected for our budget. If we were being really picky the decor was a bit shabby in places and the paint work could do with refreshing.

The apartment itself was a 20 minute walk to the main city square and had lots of little cafes on the way. The apartment was very cute and clean which we loved!! Thank you again!! N/A

The location is good, not to close to the centre but accesible Several cockroaches appeared during our stay, apparently due to the hot weather but I think it is lack of maintenaince and cleaning. The shower wasn't clean. There were only two chairs for a three persons apartment. And a few things were broken...

• Hans (3/5): Don't expect the "9 wonderful" rating, there is NOTHING wonderful about it. - Quite and Cheap This property is a terrible misleading of customers due to the almost perfect "9 wonderful" rating ! I assume this rating comes from people who usually sleep in a tent or hostel ! The apartment is very simple, old with some cheaply made upgrades. The bathroom is tiny with with a cheap plastic sliding door screwed on the old frame. There is no fixed shower head or location where you can put the head above you, so you have to hold it in the hand while taking a shower. The bed was horrible, the mattress is so bouncy that if one person turns, the other starts shaking up and down. The two provided pillows where super tiny and flat. The A/c made a "klack klack klack" noise every few minutes. The location is to far from the center to walk, you need a cab as also the subway station is to far away. We stayed in two other places before which where almost luxury for 50$ more and in walking distance to everything. So unless any dollar counts, stay away from this property.

• Nada (10/5): Great stay! - The location was great and the flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I asked to check in a bit earlier and the host was very helpful. The view from the balcony is a wall but this wasnt a problem for us because we weren't there to sit in the balcony.

• Mpakis (8/5): Nice apartment - Small cozy apartment, perfect for a short stay for 2 people. Kostas gave us all the instructions before getting there, and self check in was very convenient as we arrived late evening. Overall it was very good, just felt a bit cold. Would have appreciated more stuff in the kitchen (no kitchen towel, or coffee jar was empty). The walk to the center was a bit long (15-20 minutes), but the area is quite nice.
• Audrone (9/5): Perfect value for money - Easy and clear communication with host. Two rooms (bedroom and dining room with sofa, TV) and small kitchen. You will find iron, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel. Grocery store - just 5 min away. More kitchen utensils would have been helpful.
