• Fernanda (10/5): Fantástica Hospedagem - Excelente anfitrião: extremamente cuidadoso, atencioso e ainda nos presenteia com um roteiro incrível do que fazer na cidade. Sobre a acomodação, foi simplesmente maravilhosa em todos os sentidos — moderna, automatizada com Alexa, tudo novinho, cama extremamente confortável, muito bem equipada e com uma localização perfeita. Uma experiência impecável! Não houve absolutamente nada que eu e meu marido não tenhamos gostado. Tudo foi perfeito, desde a recepção até os mínimos detalhes da acomodação. Uma experiência incrível que superou nossas expectativas!

Que me aya cobrado , y que 10 minutos antes de ingresar me aya cancelado la reserva bloquearme de todos lados sin darme ninguna explicación, y todavía aun sin haber recibido mi dinero , es una estafa estando 2 hs afuera del edificio sin saber porq me bloqueo o cancelo ..... no lo recomiendo

Recibimiento muy agradable por parte del propietario, detalles muy cuidados. Buena localización cerca del metro y de cafeterías y restaurantes. Zona tranquila. Muy recomendable. Nada, todo bien.

• Mariana Miraglio (10/5): Muy recomedable. - Nos gusto mucho el departamento, es igual que en las fotos. La ubicación es genial. Ignacio, super atento y predispuesto. Hace mucho no me quedaba en un dpto que cuide tanto los detalles, al margen de lo que dice en otros comentarios que "es muy tecnologico" (lo cual es cierto porque hay automatizaciones) tiene batas, sodastream, podes usar las cuentas de disney, etc. Detalles que hacen la diferencia. Felicitaciones Ignacio. No hay nada que no nos haya gustado, simplemente por poner algo, el sábado a la noche puede llegar a ser un poco "ruidoso" como el 100% de los dptos en Palermo (en la calle no dentro del edificio). Nada que impida descansar.

Lots of restaurants and bars in the immediate area, but it’s also easy to take a scenic walk to other sights and it’s good for transport. The apartment is spotlessly clean and is full of nice touches that make your stay more special. I would totally recommend this apartment. Nothing. It was perfect.

Coloquei um cartão novo e simplesmente me cancelaram a estadia mesmo eu avisando por mensagem que já tinha colocado o cartão novo. Cancelaram minha estadia eu estando no voo. Se agradece, ya que en un espacio compartido no escuchas la nevera por ejemplo durante la noche. Con terraza ideal para tomar un café o cerveza. Rodeado de comercios y oferta gastronómica. • Janina (10/5): Wundervolle Auszeit in Buenos Aires - Ignacio hat uns herzlich empfangen und konnte zu unserem überraschen auch deutsch mit uns sprechen! Das Apartment liegt im schönen Stadtteil Palermo, in dem man sich zu jeder Zeit sicher gefühlt hat. Mit der Metro ist man sehr schnell beim Plaza de Mayo, von wo man alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreicht. In kurzer fussläufiger Distanz sind sowohl Supermärkte als auch eine tolle Bäckerei. Das Apartment war wundervoll und wir haben uns sehr gerne dort aufgehalten. Ignacio ist für alle Fragen offen und hilft bei allem was geht! Die Kommunikation war bestens und er war immer erreichbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen und es jedem empfehlen!!
• Juliana (10/5): - The host was VERY nice, super welcoming and sweet. The apartment has everything we needed and it's automated with Alexa, which is very cool. The surroundings and location are nice, close by to a lot of restaurants, cafes and small markets. I would highly recommend to stay there and would stay there again in the future! It was 99% perfect except for the toilet flush, which sometimes would not work.

• Daniela (10/5): Totally recommended - The studio is in the middle of Palermo and at the same time quiet as it looks towards an internal court. Spotlessly clean with lots of amenities, such as voice controlled double blinds at the window, wonderfully artful cups, and a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen has everything that is needed if you want to do your own meals and the room is spacious with a very comfortable bed. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and it is obvious that there is pride and creativity in how the studio is set up. There are lots of eating options and the owner gives excellent recommendations on where to go. Absolutely recommendend for a relaxing stay in a comforable environment. It made our last few days special.

• Jeremy (10/5): Super clean modern apartment with the best host I’ve ever had - There were many things I really enjoyed - it was very clean, location was great, and the whole apartment works with Alexa even the curtains. But what’s really unique is the host Ignacio. In all my travels around the world, I’ve never had such a fantastic host. He sent a full list of top places to go on the first day. And throughout my stay, we were in contact about how things went and if there were other places I want recommendations for. Or even if I just wanted to know some things about the Argentinian culture or people. Oh and he even has a Sube card that his guests can use to travel with the busses, super useful. • Ka (10/5): Exceptional - Ignacio was incredibly friendly, helpful and had lots of great recommendations and local insights on Buenos Aires. We arrived late at night but he still took the time to let us in, take us through the apartment's features, local tips and also left us with a SUBE card to use. The apartment is well located but quiet, in a safe nighbourhood, with easy public transport access and nearby shops. The bed was really comfortable, and kitchen is well equipped enough to cook simple meals. We really enjoyed our 1 week stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat if we return to BA. Thanks for everything, Ignacio!
