- Hessah (4/5): I would not stay here again. overall a bad experience - The apartment is relatively close to the city center The smell inside the apartment was extremely unpleasant. There was no water available in the apartment, and the view from the balcony was disappointing. It was also very noisy due to the neighbors next door. The listing mentioned free parking, but there was no dedicated parking for the apartment—we had to pay for parking separately. The staff was slow to respond, and the apartment itself felt very old and poorly maintained. There is only one bathroom, and the overall condition of the property does not match the pictures or the rating.
- Jasmine (8/5): Nice apartment in a great location - The property was clean and was in a very convenient location - close to cafés, bakeries, restaurants, shopping and most importantly, gelato places! It was a short walk to the metro station. The apartment was fairly well stocked with the basic necessities. We needed the sofa bed and it was made up and ready to go when we arrived. The hosts were very quick to reply to questions and were very helpful throughout our stay. We asked for a late check out on our last day and they were able to give us an extra 1/2 hour, which we appreciated. The kitchen was pretty tiny and there weren’t enough chairs for all of us. We had a bit of difficulty finding the right apartment as we expected to just go up 2 flights of stairs instead of 3 sets of stairs to get to the second floor but Europeans must count the ground floor as a separate floor and not as the 1st floor. Minor detail.
