• Kraemer (8/5): - Excellent location close to restaurants, bars, shops, public transport. The 2 lagoons with man-made beach with sand situated amongst tropical gardens was wonderful. Particularly lit romantically at night time. A lovely surprise. The studio's large balcony overlooked a large tree lined park and close skyline of Brisbane City. Was a little bit confusing to navigate and find, particularly parking, but host was very helpful and responsive in helping with directions and meeting us there.

• Natasha (10/5): Highly recommend 👌 - Host was fantastic, had everything we needed kitchen, washing machine, dryer and a huge balcony overlooking the city. Also had a great pool area with BBQ facilities. A short 5 minute walk to anything for adults and kids alike. Honestly couldnt fault it great price great location and soundproof from the vally noise. Would highly recommend completely secure access we had a great time and the host was fantastic with communication ☺️

Everything worked, and it was very clean. I'll be booking to stay at this location on my future travels to Brisbane. I liked everything, nothing to dislike.
• Leanda (2/5): Illegal? - Close to where I needed to be for work. It was clearly not permitted by the building to have rooms used for short term stays. Very expensive.
• Tegan (10/5): Relaxing, Fun & Perfect! Couldn’t have been better! - Great central location! Kids loved the pool & spa. Room fit 5 of us! Such a great price too with car park included! Loved having washing powder, soap everything included that I didn’t have to go out & buy. Nothing it was perfect!

• Shane (1/5): Bad - Close to city just walking distance and lots of restaurants around really good 👍 Had sheets with blood stains in the wardrobe just stuffed in there, for a 3 day stay half a roll of toilet paper, the toaster blew and short circuit out every thing could not use again, lots of the dishes were dirty and had not ben cleaned still had food on them , no basic kitchen items like egg flipper, no washing brush to clean dirty dishes, no milk in fridge , no salt or pepper. Stuff that is just a given for a fully furnished unit apparently
• Rick (10/5): For its age it’s perfect and we will be back! 11/10 - Absolute value for money place to stay, and well worth it, considering we were here for my girlfriends best friends wedding! She was part of bridal party and decided to get in early so as not too rush everywhere! Our stay was for 4 nights from, Tuesday the 29th of April to the Saturday the 3rd of May 2025. The owner and his family were a treat to deal with and so quick to respond and friendly! The balcony is huge and the pools are also a delight as an added extra for the price! Ordering in was so easy and the shops are basically down the road (major shopping centre) 200m away. What was there not to like? The only thing, which can’t be helped is the shower its very small, but hey this was built in 1999, and you have to make do! If you are a person above 8XL in size, which I am, you will have trouble fitting in and showering here. If you have health problems with bending over, please find somewhere else, it’s very tight!

I also loved the room very spacious and clean excellent view and provided all basics for our stay.. the pool was adorable.. the whole stay was very special and enjoyable. We will definitely be booking here every time we visit Brisbane. I loved everything ❤️ ♥️ 💕 💖

• Mary (8/5): Very good - The balcony was huge was a great space as it doubled as the lounge and dining room. The pool itself was fun for the kids and it was great having bbq area there also. The host was able to help us out when needed. The room was very well appointed with cleaning products etc. Brilliant location - can walk into the city or to the ferry. The pool area requires a lot of maintenance and the spa was sealed off (not the fault of the host). We had difficulties with the toilet, however, these were rectified by the host.
• Michelle (8/5): Perfect place to stay for a 3 day stay and 6 minute walk to Fortitude Valley Music Hall! - Adrian was super helpful with my confusion on getting into the very large, confusing and correct building and which lift to access! The memory of .05 seconds didn't help lol But all directions were well explained! The unit had absolutely everything you for a short stay. Mini kitchen and all you need to bake and create. Cooking a lazy breaky for dinner and sitting out on the balcony at night is lovely during our weekday stay. Even has tea, coffee, sugar, a kettle toaster, salt pepper n soy sauce The walk is a 6-minute walk to Fortitude Valley Music Hall. Many convenience stores and restaurants also. The air conditioning is amazing! Beds very comfortable. The couch folds out to double bed too and is quite comfortable. Room can sleep up to 5 people from my count.. Cleanaundry, bathroom and shower with cleaning products and loads to fresh towels and extra bedding. The pools were lovely though they are under maintenance. Bridge and spa are out of order. Gorgeous pools though 😍 No air conditioning in the foyer lifts, or anywhere else in the apartments. No privacy for adults, lol Streets surrounding are not disability friendly!! My mobility walker wheels would get stuck on the raised bitumen areas and dip or holes in the ground everywhere. Unfortunately, crossing the road at a traffic light, my wheels decide to stop on some raised bitumen and I fell with it! SO PLEASE BEWARE to all people with disabilities. It is extremely unlevel, dodgy, and hard to handle a walker, so I'd say wheelchairs and mobility scooters would also cause some issues, so please beware of this.
