• Thierry_13 (8/5): Un appartement minimaliste mais idéalement placé - Il s'agit d'un appartement : 2 chambres avec lit double, un salon/cuisine avec un lit simple. Il y a une kitchenette, un WC, une SDB et une machine à laver. La cuisine n'est pas bien équipée mais dispose d'un micro-onde. De toute façon, il y a plein de petits restaurants très bon marché dans le coin. Les chambres sont climatisées, les lits confortables (sauf celui dans le salon, mais ça n'a pas gêné mon ado). Il y a même un petit balcon. Le plus important : l'appartement est idéalement placé à 4mn de la station de Métro Shin Okubo sur la ligne Yamanote. Vous êtes à 2 ou 3 arrêt de Shinjuku et de Shibuya. Le quartier est animé (il parait que c'est le quartier coréen, moi j'aurai dis plutôt indien mais bon), plein de restaurants, un 7-Eleven à 2mn à pied (indispensable). Le quartier est calme mais existe t il des quartiers bruyants à Tokyo ? ;-). Bref, vous ne vous trompez pas. L'hôte communique via WathsApp avec un Google Translate qui donne des résultats aléatoires, cela peut créer un petit malaise, mais l'hôte est très sérieux et nous a permis de déposer nos valises en avance. Aucun problème avec cet hébergement. On a récupéré les clés simplement dans l'appartement que l'hôte a laissé ouvert... Personne n'oserait faire cela en France (ou ailleurs) mais au Japon, cela ne pose pas de problème. L'appartement est basique, on dort, ça dépanne pour manger (micro-onde, cuisine). On a affaire à un appartement pour la location exclusivement, personne ne semble y vivre. Mais c'est ce que l'on recherchait donc ça nous a pas dérangé. On a vu personne.

• Tianna (8/5): Amazing value for money. Amazing location. - The location was amazing, the apartment was very clean. It’s great value for money There were a few kitchen necessities missing, but it wasn’t a big deal. There was a shutter between one of the bedrooms and the living room that didn’t offer full privacy. But I think this would be an excellent place to stay with family and children. We stayed with our 2yr old and it was quite and nice.

• Shanece (10/5): Next time I visit Japan, this is one place I will choose to stay at! - The communication was regular and consistent and our host was extremely lovely. The accomodation is a few minutes from the train station but feels like less than a minute. You’d think it’s a noisy area but we weren’t bothered by any street noises or train noises at all and there is a variety of food around.
