• Niamh (10/5): A very enjoyable stay in a cute and quiet area of Venice that is just a short walk to Saint Mark’s square - Very clean apartment, the bed was large and super comfortable, the bathroom has a good shower. The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay including dishwasher and washing machine. Cool fridge! No negatives

Он всегда на связи, готов помочь, ответить на любые вопросы и оперативно решить любые возникающие моменты. Это создаёт ощущение комфорта и уверенности на протяжении всего пребывания. Расположение отличное: всё находится буквально под рукой. Рядом есть магазин, где можно купить всё необходимое, а до центра — всего около 15 минут пешком до Сан-Марко. Сами апартаменты продуманы до мельчайших деталей — чувствуется забота о гостях. Очень чисто, уютно и комфортно. Мы однозначно ставим 10 из 10. Никаких замечаний нет — только самые тёплые впечатления!

• Karin (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt! - Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Wohnung ordentlich und sauber. Ich mag Bettdecken, die nur in einem Leintuch eingeschlagen sind, nicht. Aber das ist anscheinend in Italien nach wie vor häufig anzutreffen.

Lorenzo was a perfect host and made sure we had everything we needed. With a grocery store nearby and a wonderful selection of places for dinner, we were spoiled for choice. Having our own washing machine and Nespresso machine made our stay simply perfect 🤩 Absolutely nothing to dislike

Como plus extra, nosotros estábamos a la mitad de nuestro viaje y pudimos lavar nuestra ropa lo que de verdad valoramos mucho. Lorenzo siempre está al pendiente y dándote muy buenos consejos. En general 100 de 10.

Il n'y a aucun bruit qui vient perturber votre sommeil. L'emplacement est idéal pour aller se promener en ville. Lorenzo est super accueillant et arrangeant. The welcome drinks were the cherry on top of the cake after some good minutes of carrying the luggage the apartment. The apartment is amazing, very well equipped, super clean. Was phenomenal. The apartment is just a little bit far from the boat points but the good treatment we had during our stay compensate it.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, we really felt like home. Lorenzo is the best! He provide us good recommendations for restaurants and also lots of advices and online support no matter the hour! . He really made our visit stress-free and enjoyable. We are highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice and would love to return ourselves someday! -

I love a view so we took our cuppas down to the sunny beautiful square infront instead to people watch. What a lovely past time after a long day. The apartment is so quiet at night and we slept so well. Felt very safe too. Lots of room. Everything was thought of… washing pods, coffee pods, washing up liquid, pink salt, quality olive oil and even slippers for the stone floor. I could go on and on. Everything is carefully considered. And if that isn’t enough Lorenzo is on hand at every step if needed! Acted as a personal tour guide when asked for advice. And even worked out my boat timings back to the airport which I had worked out incorrectly. Such a short walk to main attractions too. It’s all perfection. Don’t look and further! This is above and beyond. Nothing.

The location is fantastic, literally minutes away from Piazza San Marco, in a very quiet area, with a big supermarket and lots of trattorias and osterias around. It was extremely clean and the kitchen well fitted, just perfect for our family of 3. Lorenzo was extremely helpful, giving us all the necessary details about shortest routes and most convenient ways to explore Venice.

Our host Lorenzo was really helpful and easy to deal with. The apartment was clean, tidy and homely. There is no escaping stairs in Venice so be prepared to walk your bags through the streets and up a flight of stairs to get into the apartment.

• Mónica (10/5): A perfect stay in Venice! - Venice was the final stop on our 10-day journey through Italy, during which we stayed in apartments booked through Booking.com in each city. Overall, we were very satisfied with the quality of accommodations throughout Italy, but the Castello Boutique Apartment exceeded all expectations. Located in an old building in the charming Castello district, the apartment is just a ten-minute walk from the most interesting sites. The area is very quiet, yet conveniently close to everything you might need. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated, combining modern style with comfort. It’s full of thoughtful details to make your stay more enjoyable, such as coffee capsules, cold drinks in the fridge, dish soap and dishwasher pods, and even umbrellas in case of rain (which we unfortunately had to use). Moreover, Lorenzo is a fantastic host. Before our arrival, he sent us photos showing how to reach the apartment from Ospedale station. Getting lost in Venice's narrow streets is easy, but thanks to Lorenzo’s guidance, we found the place without any trouble. He was always available to ensure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions promptly (Lorenzo, I hope we didn’t bother you too much! ;-). Lorenzo and his apartment truly added the finishing touch to what has been an incredible tour for us. If we ever return to Venice, we will definitely stay at the Castello Boutique Apartment again.

It was clean, had every amenity you could need. It was the perfect walking location to most of the major attractions and some beautiful places to eat. The apartment was in a quiet square with a canal at the end and a Supermarket just around the back of the building. It was very convenient having a washing machine as well. The bed was comfortable and sheets crisp. It really was a beautiful experience for us all. There was nothing I didn't like about Lorenzo's apartment. We will definitely be back....just without the kids ;-)
