• Veronica Gabusi (10/5): Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un'atmosfera autentica e un servizio impeccabile - Ho soggiornato presso l'Hôtel d'Orsay ad aprile e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta. La struttura ha un grande fascino ed è "molto parigina" nell'anima. La posizione è imbattibile: centrale (nel 7° arrondissement, a pochi passi dal Museo d'Orsay) e collegata benissimo a ogni angolo della città. Ho ricevuto un upgrade di stanza e ho alloggiato in una camera con un grazioso balconcino tipicamente francese, un dettaglio che ha reso il risveglio a Parigi ancora più magico. Un plauso va a tutto lo staff. Il personale alla reception è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile per ogni necessità. Altrettanto gentile e premuroso è stato il personale in servizio nella sala colazione (servizio che, tra l'altro, era incluso nel mio pacchetto). La camera offriva tutti i comfort moderni, dall'insonorizzazione perfetta alla macchina del caffè in camera.

I would not recommend. Bathroom was tired and worn. Room was small and nothing at all remarkable for the high price paid.

Quiet room facing internal courtyard. Good lightblock curtains. Hotel other than reception area needs some modernization. We were informed this is scheduled to begin soon. Unfortunately our bedroom was not to the standard we expected from the website pictures and was of a lower standard than the Hotels star rating. The family were disappointed at this given the price paid. The breakfast was simple but sufficient.

Un po' scomodo soltanto l'accesso alla camera (fino al quinto piano ascensore, poi una rampa, stretta, a piedi). Buona la posizione dell'Hotel e stanza molto tranquilla,grande la stanza, romantica visto che è mansardata. La questione della chiave elettronica attaccata a un grosso accessorio in metallo poco funzionale. Poi un giorno non si trovava più la chiave elettronica ( lasciata alla reception) ed è stato complicato entrare in camera.

The champagne on arrival was a classy touch! The hotel was clean and quiet. The location is good! Not far from train station and close to many attractions. Got an upgraded room and it exceeded all my expectations! A lot of space and a lovely terrace! Breakfast was great, a wide continental variety to chose from. Would highly recommend staying here.

• Clement (10/5): Our stay at Hôtel d'Orsay made our trip to Paris all the more memorable. - We booked a deluxe room and were not disappointed. Very spacious and well appointed. The bed was queen size and extremely comfortable. On arrival we were greeted with a glass of champagne. We chose the location because of its proximity to the Musee d'Orsay and Notre Dame Cathedral. Both were within easy reach. Lastly, the hotel was located in a very desirable area being close to local cafe's, restaurants and artisan shops. I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to book there again.

Location was the best as we were going to Musse d'Orsay. Thanks We couldn't figure out the heating system. Room was too warm. That was our problem. We should have been able to figure it out.

Das Rezeptionspersonal trägt zwar Masken, nimmt Beschwerden jedoch nicht ernst und reagiert nicht. Das Personal am Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gastfreundlich und zu gut für das Hotel.
