• Henrik (9/5): Alles in Allem top - nette Vermieterin, saubere und gut ausgestattetes Appartment - Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber, klimatisiert und von der Größe her super für uns. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz war inbegriffen. Das Zentrum von Miami ist mit dem Auto relativ schnell erreichbar. Es gab so nichts auszusetzen. Lediglich die Flugzeuge fliegen im Landeanflug je nach Windrichtung relativ tief über das Haus aber das hat uns nicht allzu sehr gestört

• JDavidZap (9/5): Great small apartment to stay in Miami. - It's a comfortable, clean, and well-located apartment. I stayed in the unit for 4 nights, and it had everything I needed. The only thing I would recommend to the host is more space for guests to put their own stuff. The unit doesn't have much room, and there are very few places to unpack your stuff.

• Dave (1/5): One hour was all we stayed. We didn't have time to take photos. - The location was interesting middle of housing estate, with planes flying very low as the approached Miami airport. There was nothing to welcome us. It was cold and uninviting. We arrived by taxi and had absolutely no idea where we were. We were told if we needed supply's we would have to get a taxi to take us to the shops. So we did get a taxi and left

• Greg (9/5): - Clean rooms, good sized bathroom and friendly host. The location wasn't as close to sights and shops as we would have liked. However, public transport was available nearby.
• Paetra (10/5): Beautiful place, convenient location and Wonderful host - Monica's place was so pretty, well kept and clean! We needed to use the sofa bed and she had it already made up for us by the time we checked in. The apartment was private and had all the amenities needed for a stay, even to do our own cooking. The location was within walking distance to pharmacies, groceries and food (about a 15-20 minute walk). Monica also frequently checked in on us during our stay to ensure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises. 100% recommended! The padlock to the outer gate of the apartment area unfortunately stopped working just before we arrived; but the apartment itself was quite secure with its own security keypad padlock so we never felt unsafe.

Miami airport and Fort Lauderdale airport are also very close (up to 30 minutes). Everglades, Flamingo Gardens, Dolphin Mall are also only 30-40 minutes away. All necessary equipment available. Great contact with owner. Highly recommended! Mattress in the smaller bed could be better.

Bus stops, shops and restaurants about 10 min. walk from the apartment. Thank you so much! Planes, but you can easily bear it :)

Semi secured with only one lock could use one more but it has cameras outside giving it a way to have surveillance. 90% clean. And good amenities. Did found some dust very visible on top of microwave and on bedroom carpet some food crumbs. But nothing major.
