Guest Reviews
- Jennifer (7/5): Great apartment in a great location - This is a really lovely roomy apartment in a great position. It’s close enough to the CBD to be convenient but not too close so as to be too busy/noisy. The bus stop is not far away and the property comes with parking (even though the instructions to find it were confusing to people unfamiliar with the area).
There’s a lovely balcony overlooking the road but the view through the trees was beautiful. The bedrooms/bathroom and lounge are very spacious. It was all very clean and well set up. Thank you. Sorry to say but the bed in the main bedroom was absolutely terrible. It’s very low to the ground which is quite odd but the biggest issue is that it was as hard as a rock. It appeared to be a cheap, thin mattress on wooden slats/platform. It gave us both sore backs and was really unpleasant. If we hadn’t prepaid 2 nights we would have gone elsewhere. The pillows were cheap and thin also.
Please spend the money on a decent bed and pillows as this is one of the most important aspects of accommodation.
Also the shower was over a bath which was no issue to us but could be to others. When it’s like this the bath really needs a non slip mat AND a handrail for safety when getting in and out of the bath. This bathroom had neither.
- Esther (10/5): - Location At over $300 a night.
Second rate towel only 1 towel was nice the other 3 I would class as dog towels.
The mould in the shower was really bad.
The toilet door we had to fix the door handle.
Light bulb playing up in the second bedroom.
The floor was dirty and no broom to sweep the floor. Wasn't mop probably.
1 drinking glass.
- Barbara (7/5): Clean apartment but not a hotel - Very clean, a nice apartment Only one key for 3 adults meant we couldn't split up. The ad implied this was a hotel, I don't like being deceived. The key box was really hard to find.
- Anna (10/5): Amazing! - Great to have coffee available and also the toiletries were such a plus! Apartment location was amazing and it was kept so well. Nothing!
- FRANCOISE (9/5): -
- Michael (9/5): Great - Great Nothing
- Rachelle (10/5): -
- Nathan (9/5): -
- Tammy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laurie (9/5): Recommend - The spaciousness, the floor plan, the cleanliness, the laundry facilities, the kitchen, the views. We got in late and it was very difficult to find a place to eat. Ended up taking an Uber to a tiny grocery store to buy a meager dinner.
- Andrew (7/5): Good - Location is good. Walking distance to King's Park and Elizabeth Quay. Aircon and fan not well maintained. Musky smell and the aircon rattles. Beds could be more comfortable. Access to keys for the apartment is complicated though the many step instructions provided is well written.
- Linda (8/5): Very good - We had a wonderful stay. The place is clean and cosy. I appreciated the prompt help given when I encountered problems or had questions. Highly recommended!
- Karen (4/5): Good location but not clean or comfortable. - Location. Two bedrooms, bath, balcony. There is mould in the grouting around the bath. The apartment did not feel clean and there were black hairs not just in the bathroom but everywhere.
- Wong (8/5): If I go to Perth in Jan 2026, I am happy to stay with this apartment. - Free parking space is available for family who rent a car. However, it is not easy to look up for first visit. Once you locate the space, it is easier for us to access in and out with our rental car. The instruction of getting my door key and parking slot should send to me in advance. So, it gives me some time to digest the information before my arrival. Secondly, I suggest the host should have a WhatsApp to share with the guest. So, we could communicate easier.
- Charlene (3/5): Better for long trips - Spacious The parking is a nightmare
- Mistilee (8/5): Good stay good communication - Cosy and comfortable Bathroom needs updating
- Lyndon (8/5): The apartment was comfortable, functional and conveniently located. - There was plenty of room and everything worked as it should. The location was convenient given our attendance at a conference at the Perth Exhibition Centre (995 bus - free). It's also close to the city for restaurants etc. It was not easy for an older person to take their bags around the back and up the stairs there. While, in retrospect, the instructions were perfectly clear, it took some time to find the locked box.
I was in the second bedroom with the two single beds. That suited me fine as the second bed was convenient for setting my stuff out, but I would have preferred to have a light that I could switch off at the bed and a closer power point for charging my phone overnight.
- Katisse (8/5): Accommodation as advertised. Very convenient location. - I was appreciative of the instructions and visuals provided to aid with check-in at the residence. I would have appreciated a second card / key for the room (especially as I was travelling with my family) as there were times we were separated (ie when I left for work), and only have one key/card made access to the property a little more difficult in general.
- Rebecca (7/5): Good -
- Richard (8/5): Great location and apartment was clean - Location was good Needed more than 1 saucepan
- Kylie (7/5): We would definitely stay there again, particularly if attending the Conference Centre - Instructions on accessing the lift could have been better. We tried 3 lifts before we rang the owner and found the correct lift location. See the photo below for the lift location.
- Mandour (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christine (9/5): Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Walkable to Kings Park and city center. - Easy check in and free parking. Apartment is cozy, clean and spacious. Near to Kings Park and walkable to the city centre. Had a comfortable stay.
- Alexandra (9/5): Clean and quiet - It was very clean and easy to keep warm during our winter stay. It's also been reasonable quiet in the bedrooms despite the location along a big road. The kitchen equipment was a bit bare - a simple coffee plunger would have been nice. The water in Perth tastes horrible - which is not the apartment ' s fault, but I will bring a water filter with me next time.
- Christopher (8/5): Very good - Located close to the city. Simple and comfortable apartment. The couple of issues we had were taken care of quickly by the hosts.
- Karlee (9/5): Superb - Great location great value for money clean and exactly as advertised. Small carpark
- Katrina (9/5): Was a great stay in a convenient location - Was very easy to collect the keys with the detailed instructions. However once we were in the parking garage it got confusing as to which elevator to use to access the apartment as there are 2 different elevators for 2 different apartment blocks and the packing space for this apartment is right near the elevator that isn’t for the access to this apartment. Could have provided better instructions on finding the elevator to access the apartment from the parking garage
- Kelly (8/5): Very good - Location The roadworks. Made it hard to get to the underground carpark. We werent warned about it.
