Serhii (10/5): Nice experience - Very nice and quiet neighbourhood, 5 minutes to supermarket and metro station. The house is cool, even when the temperature outside is +30. Appartment has many useful things: toaster, coffee machine, shampoo bottles, dishwasher, even notes and pen. Aroma diffusers made the atmosphere in the apartment more cozy. I was pleased with the set of dishes and cutlery. Also Mauro compiled a book with instructions and tips about restaurants. He helped us solve the problem with Internet. The lock in the entrance and gate is very noisy, you would hear it when neighbors go to work. It would be nice to have more hooks in bathroom. One is not enough for towels and clothes for two people.
Vaidas (8/5): Friendly apartment close to Metro and bus stops - Very friendly and helpful host who gave recommendations and was very approachable. I had a very late midnight flight, but checking in was not a problem. The host was available for directions and advice. It could be a great apartment with some investment and more practical items to make it feel more like home. The house was clean; however, I found my bedding dirty, which is unacceptable. The apartment was missing some basic items, like a cooking knife or bread knife. There is no ventilation in the shower, so towels won't dry. There was no soap and only a few small shampoo bottles. I think it's worth making a minimal investment and providing regular shampoo and shower gel. The apartment doors are made of metal with no soundproofing; there is no sound insulation, and you can hear all the noises from other rooms and the staircase. Neighbors on the upper floors are very noisy, slamming doors and making noise from as early as 5-6 a.m. I had bad sleep there. Mobile internet is very unstable.
Dan (10/5): Exceptional - - Easy and useful communication with the host (using WhatsApp). Mauro even gave us recommendations for great places to eat in Rome. - Clean and modern apartment with everything you need, as described. There is a coffee machine and coffee pods (the coffee is tasty!). - Very close to the metro station (5 minutes' walk).

Liudmyla (10/5): Perfect apartment - Apartment is sparkly clean! Perfect location - 10 minutes to subway and supermarket (Iper Triscount - a lot of different italian food) Apartment has microwave oven, coffee machine, stove, kettle, hairdryer, iron. Owners also left champagne, water, cookies, coffee, tea, olive oil, soap, shampoo. Apartment is amazing! Thank you so much!
