• Adrian (1/5): DONT GO THERE ,THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR NO SERVICE 😢😢😢😢 - LEGITIM SCAMMERS! AVOID AVOID AVOID . THEY TOOK OUR LAST MONEY AND NOT EVEN LET US BE THERE!!!!! AUTHORITIES NEED TO INVOLVE We need 2 nights to stay because we changed apartments ,so we decided to rent this,was good rate 76 euro for 2 nights,I could see nice photos, but the nightmare starts when we received a message after we paid that we need to pay another 200 euros for kaution. Our last money was 100 euros when we booked, so what I can say,we been left in the street without luggage for 2 days,they didn't want to give us the money back, they didn't want to give us the check in details! What can I say,they don't have soul or heart,they don't act like a human being. We been asking them for so many times to accommodate us,explaining the situation, they don't want to listen,they didn't want to cancel our booking for free,they didn't even take in consideration. I hope one day they will be in my situation that we been. Also they are so ipocrit and send me messages that the check out its at 11 am today,I tried to cancel the booking, they even don't allow me to. Booking. Com mentioned that they cannot do anything about it,and they can only feel sorry. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

• Raphaela (1/5): Extrem unhygienisch und Sicherheitsbedenken - Zahlung und Kaution wurden nicht gänzlich retourniert - Die Unterkunft war stark verschmutzt und stank intensiv, sodass ein Verbleib für mich nicht möglich war. Nachdem ich das rückgemeldet habe, kam ein Mann, drängte mich dazu ihn in die Wohnung zu lassen, erklärte mir dass der Zustand "normal" sei und setzte mich unter Druck, den Schlüssel ohne schriftliche Bestätigung zurückzugeben. Seinen Namen wollte er mir nicht nennen. Die gesamte Interaktion empfand ich als extrem unprofessionell und grenzüberschreitend. Ich fühlte mich bedroht und hatte insgesamt erhebliche Sicherheitsbedenken in der Unterkunft. Die Anzahlung wurde nicht rückerstattet, und die Kaution nur teilweise, obwohl ich nur wenige Stunden vor Ort war und nichts beschädigt habe. Die gesamte Erfahrung war extrem Belastend. Ich kann mir nicht erklären, wie die positiven Bewertungen zustande kommen. Die Unterkunft wirkt auf mich sehr unseriös, und ich habe mich mehrmals gefragt, ob es sich dabei um einen Scam handeln könnte. Ich kann nur dringend von dieser Unterkunft abraten.
• Osama (1/5): - Ich konnte den Gastgeber telefonisch nicht erreichen. ich war auf die Straße vor dem Haus für 4 Stunden lang. Ich konnte nicht die Wohnung eintreten. Und ich müsste andere Wohnung vermieten. Ich habe umsonst 75 Euro bezahlt.

• Pepa (1/5): - A fost extrem de murdar, miros oribil din canalizare! Nu recomand! Am părăsit locația imediat si am ales un alt apartament, nu am putut sta intr-un focar de infecții.
• Busuioc (1/5): - Nix Ich muss warten bis 15:00 Uhr dass ich Check mache. Dann muss ich aus 200 € bezahlen eine Kaution online. Ich dachte mir vielleicht eine besondere Wohnung eine Luxus Wohnung und so weiter, aber Überraschung der Wohnung katastrophal. Überall Haare Bettwäsche nichts frisch demonstrate voll von Urin duschen kannst du maximal 5 Minuten wenn du 5 Minuten nicht geschafft hast, dann bist du wieder Champion auf den Kopf und musst du mit kaltes Wasser Das ist nicht mal Klopapier nicht mal Seife für die Hand. Ich bin ohne Wort nicht zu empfehlen.

• Lovro (1/5): Bad - There were no toilet papre we were only given 4 towels for 7 days stay, I felt unsafe sleeping because i knew we had one key to open every door so did anyone else i the building and anyone could enter our apartment no forks or cooking pots aswell the owners are unplesant aswell and very rude Trust me when I say this if you value your hard earned money you wont be going to his apartment SHAME AND DISGRACE
• Florian (3/5): Disappointing Stay Due to Heating and Inaccurate Amenities - The property had potential, but my stay was overshadowed by significant issues. The heating didn’t work for six days despite snow outside, and the provided electric heater was insufficient to make the room comfortable. Communication with the host regarding this issue was slow and took hours to resolve. Additionally, the listing mentioned an in-room washing machine, which was not the case. Instead, there was a paid facility in a shared laundry area, which was inconvenient and misleading. While the location and comfort of the bed were good, these major issues made the stay far below expectations. I hope the host addresses these problems for future guests.
