• Daniela (9/5): - Great host, good location, quiet, really good A/C to beat the summer heat. Great for a large family (we were 7) or a group. Kitchen well equipped and large enough for proper cooking.
• Gail (3/5): It was a struggle! - The location was fine, in a nice apartment building. It took us almost an hour to get into the building as the locking system required Internet, which none of us had and could not know it was not available until we were there. The key was delivered, and it was a poor fit. Access into the apartment itself was easy. There was no written instructions for any of the equipment in the apartment, so we had to make multiple calls to find out how some things worked. The last day we were there the refrigerator failed, but we discovered that wiggling the plug fixed that problem. Two of the four bedrooms were up fairly steep, small steps and one of the bathrooms was also upstairs. One of the sets of stairs went through one of the bedrooms downstairs. None of this was stated in the ad. Due to work by the city of Florence, there was no running water for almost 2 days. The host brought us bottles of water, which I had to request. All in all, staying in this apartment was a fairly unpleasant experience for four older women!

• Marina (9/5): Wonderful location to explore fabulous Florence! - Lovely apartment within walking distance of all the beautiful things to see in Florence. Great restaurant and rooftop recommendations too. Had a wonderful time with my sons. The mosquito mesh doesn’t pull across the double doors in the kitchen onto the balcony so had to beware of mosquitos!
• Molly (10/5): Excellent upscale apartment for groups of 6 - I loved the chic style of the apartment and privacy of the sleeping arrangements for groups. We had six people and lots of room. The owner was kind enough to provide lots of coffee pods for the machine, shower soaps, and some napkins. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, ect in the kitchen. The owner gave us suggestions on what to do and where to go. We took one suggestion for a restaurant and enjoyed the best tiramisu Iv had. The area seemed safe, grocery store and cafes a 5 minute or less walk, and there’s plenty of bus stops around to make the walk easier to downtown. We only had a little trouble getting the air conditioner settings figured out as it was off when we arrived. Once we figured it out the apartment cooled.
• Jared (8/5): A great introduction to Florence. - Great value for the location for 8 people. Host was very attentive. Apartment is charming and had what we needed. Would stay here again. Parking cost around .5 block away is about 25 euro per 24hr. Mosquitoes got in somehow despite windows being closed, but likely this is only an end of summer problem.
